BIBBIA VOLGARE	NEW JERUSALEM
1 Alleluia. Confessarò a te, Signore, in tutto il cuore mio; nel consiglio e adunazione de' giusti.	1 [Of David Psalm] Yahweh declared to my Lord, 'Take your seat at my right hand, til I have madeyour enemies your footstool.'
2 Le grandi opere del Signore; (sono sapientemente) cercate in tutte le volontà sue.	2 Yahweh will stretch out the sceptre of your power; from Zion you wil rule your foes al around you.
3 L'opera sua è confessione e magnificenza; e permane IN SECULUM SECULI la giustizia sua.	3 Royal dignity has been yours from the day of your birth, sacred honour from the womb, from thedawn of your youth.
4 Fece memoria delle sue maraviglie il Signore misericordioso e miseratore;	4 Yahweh has sworn an oath he wil never retract, you are a priest for ever of the order of Melchizedek.
5 dètte cibo a quelli che il temono. Ricordarassi sempre del testamento suo;	5 At your right hand, Lord, he shatters kings when his anger breaks out.
6 raccontarà la virtù delle sue opere al popolo suo;	6 He judges nations, heaping up corpses, he breaks heads over the whole wide world.
7 acciò a loro doni la eredità delle genti; l'opera delle sue mani sono verità e giudicio.	7 He drinks from a stream as he goes, and therefore he holds his head high.
8 Fedeli sono tutti li comandamenti suoi; confirmati sono IN SECULUM SECULI; (che sono) fatti in verità ed equità.
9 Mandato ha il Signore la redenzione al popolo suo; ha comandato sempre il testamento suo. Santo e terribile è il nome suo;
10 il principio della sapienza è il timore del Signore. A tutti li operanti quello gli è buono l' intelletto; la laude sua sta ferma IN SECULUM SECULI.
