1 וַיַּעַשׂ מִזְבַּח נְחֹשֶׁת עֶשְׂרִים אַמָּה אָרְכֹּו וְעֶשְׂרִים אַמָּה רָחְבֹּו וְעֶשֶׂר אַמֹּות קֹומָתֹו׃ ס	1 He made a bronze altar, twenty cubits long, twenty cubits wide and ten cubits high.
2 וַיַּעַשׂ אֶת־הַיָּם מוּצָק עֶשֶׂר בָּאַמָּה מִשְּׂפָתֹו אֶל־שְׂפָתֹו עָגֹול ׀ סָבִיב וְחָמֵשׁ בָּאַמָּה קֹומָתֹו וְקָו שְׁלֹשִׁים בָּאַמָּה יָסֹב אֹתֹו סָבִיב	2 He made the Sea of cast metal, ten cubits from rim to rim, circular in shape and five cubits high; a cordthirty cubits long gave the measurement of its girth.
3 וּדְמוּת בְּקָרִים תַּחַת לֹו סָבִיב ׀ סָבִיב סֹובְבִים אֹתֹו עֶשֶׂר בָּאַמָּה מַקִּיפִים אֶת־הַיָּם סָבִיב שְׁנַיִם טוּרִים הַבָּקָר יְצוּקִים בְּמֻצַקְתֹּו	3 Under it and completely encircling it were things like oxen, ten to the cubit round the entire Sea; theoxen were in two rows, of one and the same casting with the rest.
4 עֹומֵד עַל־שְׁנֵים עָשָׂר בָּקָר שְׁלֹשָׁה פֹנִים ׀ צָפֹונָה וּשְׁלֹושָׁה פֹנִים ׀ יָמָּה וּשְׁלֹשָׁה ׀ פֹּנִים נֶגְבָּה וּשְׁלֹשָׁה פֹּנִים מִזְרָחָה וְהַיָּם עֲלֵיהֶם מִלְמָעְלָה וְכָל־אֲחֹרֵיהֶם בָּיְתָה	4 It rested on twelve oxen, three facing north, three facing west, three facing south, three facing east; onthese, their hindquarters al turned inwards, stood the Sea.
5 וְעָבְיֹו טֶפַח וּשְׂפָתֹו כְּמַעֲשֵׂה שְׂפַת־כֹּוס פֶּרַח שֹׁושַׁנָּה מַחֲזִיק בַּתִּים שְׁלֹשֶׁת אֲלָפִים יָכִיל׃ ס	5 It was a hand's breadth in thickness, and its rim was shaped like the rim of a cup-lily-shaped. It couldhold three thousand bat.
6 וַיַּעַשׂ כִּיֹּורִים עֲשָׂרָה וַיִּתֵּן חֲמִשָּׁה מִיָּמִין וַחֲמִשָּׁה מִשְּׂמֹאול לְרָחְצָה בָהֶם אֶת־מַעֲשֵׂה הָעֹולָה יָדִיחוּ בָם וְהַיָּם לְרָחְצָה לַכֹּהֲנִים בֹּו׃ ס	6 He made ten basins, putting five on the right and five on the left, for washing in; the things to be offeredas burnt offerings were to be rinsed in these, but the Sea was for the priests to wash in.
7 וַיַּעַשׂ אֶת־מְנֹרֹות הַזָּהָב עֶשֶׂר כְּמִשְׁפָּטָם וַיִּתֵּן בַּהֵיכָל חָמֵשׁ מִיָּמִין וְחָמֵשׁ מִשְּׂמֹאול׃ ס	7 He made the ten golden lamp-stands according to the pattern and placed them in the Hekal, five on theright and five on the left.
8 וַיַּעַשׂ שֻׁלְחָנֹות עֲשָׂרָה וַיַּנַּח בַּהֵיכָל חֲמִשָּׁה מִיָּמִין וַחֲמִשָּׁה מִשְּׂמֹאול וַיַּעַשׂ מִזְרְקֵי זָהָב מֵאָה	8 He made ten tables which he set up in the Hekal, five on the right and five on the left. He also made ahundred golden sprinkling bowls.
9 וַיַּעַשׂ חֲצַר הַכֹּהֲנִים וְהָעֲזָרָה הַגְּדֹולָה וּדְלָתֹות לָעֲזָרָה וְדַלְתֹותֵיהֶם צִפָּה נְחֹשֶׁת	9 He made the court of the priests and the great court with its gates and plated the gates with bronze.
10 וְאֶת־הַיָּם נָתַן מִכֶּתֶף הַיְמָנִית קֵדְמָה מִמּוּל נֶגְבָּה	10 The Sea he placed on the right-hand side of the Temple, to the south-east.
11 וַיַּעַשׂ חוּרָם אֶת־הַסִּירֹות וְאֶת־הַיָּעִים וְאֶת־הַמִּזְרָקֹות ס וַיְכַל [חיּרָם כ] (חוּרָם ק) לַעֲשֹׂות אֶת־הַמְּלָאכָה אֲשֶׁר עָשָׂה לַמֶּלֶךְ שְׁלֹמֹה בְּבֵית הָאֱלֹהִים	11 Huram made the ash containers, the scoops and the sprinkling bowls. Thus Huram completed al thework done for King Solomon for the Temple of God:
12 עַמּוּדִים שְׁנַיִם וְהַגֻּלֹּות וְהַכֹּתָרֹות עַל־רֹאשׁ הָעַמּוּדִים שְׁתָּיִם וְהַשְּׂבָכֹות שְׁתַּיִם לְכַסֹּות אֶת־שְׁתֵּי גֻּלֹּות הַכֹּתָרֹות אֲשֶׁר עַל־רֹאשׁ הָעַמּוּדִים	12 the two pillars; the mouldings of the capitals surmounting the two pil ars; the two sets of filigree tocover the two mouldings of the capitals surmounting the pil ars;
13 וְאֶת־הָרִמֹּונִים אַרְבַּע מֵאֹות לִשְׁתֵּי הַשְּׂבָכֹות שְׁנַיִם טוּרִים רִמֹּונִים לַשְּׂבָכָה הָאֶחָת לְכַסֹּות אֶת־שְׁתֵּי גֻּלֹּות הַכֹּתָרֹות אֲשֶׁר עַל־פְּנֵי הָעַמּוּדִים	13 the four hundred pomegranates for the two sets of filigree -- two rows of pomegranates for each set offiligree;
14 וְאֶת־הַמְּכֹנֹות עָשָׂה וְאֶת־הַכִּיֹּרֹות עָשָׂה עַל־הַמְּכֹנֹות	14 the ten stands and the ten basins on the stands;
15 אֶת־הַיָּם אֶחָד וְאֶת־הַבָּקָר שְׁנֵים־עָשָׂר תַּחְתָּיו	15 the one Sea and the twelve oxen beneath it;
16 וְאֶת־הַסִּירֹות וְאֶת־הַיָּעִים וְאֶת־הַמִּזְלָגֹות וְאֶת־כָּל־כְּלֵיהֶם עָשָׂה חוּרָם אָבִיו לַמֶּלֶךְ שְׁלֹמֹה לְבֵית יְהוָה נְחֹשֶׁת מָרוּק	16 the ash containers, scoops and forks. Al these utensils made by Huram-Abi for King Solomon for theTemple of Yahweh were of burnished bronze.
17 בְּכִכַּר הַיַּרְדֵּן יְצָקָם הַמֶּלֶךְ בַּעֲבִי הָאֲדָמָה בֵּין סֻכֹּות וּבֵין צְרֵדָתָה	17 The King made them by the process of sand casting, in the plain of the Jordan between Succoth andZeredah.
18 וַיַּעַשׂ שְׁלֹמֹה כָּל־הַכֵּלִים הָאֵלֶּה לָרֹב מְאֹד כִּי לֹא נֶחְקַר מִשְׁקַל הַנְּחֹשֶׁת׃ פ	18 There was such an enormous quantity of them that the weight of the bronze could not be calculated.
19 וַיַּעַשׂ שְׁלֹמֹה אֵת כָּל־הַכֵּלִים אֲשֶׁר בֵּית הָאֱלֹהִים וְאֵת מִזְבַּח הַזָּהָב וְאֶת־הַשֻּׁלְחָנֹות וַעֲלֵיהֶם לֶחֶם הַפָּנִים	19 Solomon made al the objects designed for the Temple of God, as wel as the golden altar and thetables for the loaves of permanent offering;
20 וְאֶת־הַמְּנֹרֹות וְנֵרֹתֵיהֶם לְבַעֲרָם כַּמִּשְׁפָּט לִפְנֵי הַדְּבִיר זָהָב סָגוּר	20 the lamp-stands with their lamps to burn, as prescribed, in front of the Debir, of pure gold;
21 וְהַפֶּרַח וְהַנֵּרֹות וְהַמֶּלְקַחַיִם זָהָב הוּא מִכְלֹות זָהָב	21 the floral work, the lamps, the tongs, of gold (and it was pure gold);
22 וְהַמְזַמְּרֹות וְהַמִּזְרָקֹות וְהַכַּפֹּות וְהַמַּחְתֹּות זָהָב סָגוּר וּפֶתַח הַבַּיִת דַּלְתֹותָיו הַפְּנִימִיֹּות לְקֹדֶשׁ הַקֳּדָשִׁים וְדַלְתֵי הַבַּיִת לַהֵיכָל זָהָב	22 the snuffers, the sprinkling bowls, incense ladles and the pans, of real gold; and the entrance to theTemple, the inner doors (for the Holy of Holies) and the doors of the Temple itself, that is of the Hekal, were alsomade of gold.
