1 Il Signore regna! E' ammantato di maestà, il Signore è cinto di forza. Ha reso saldo il mondo, non vacillerà.	1 The LORD is king, robed with majesty; the LORD is robed, girded with might. The world will surely stand in place, never to be moved.
2 Saldo è il suo trono da sempre: dall'eternità tu sei, o Dio.	2 Your throne stands firm from of old; you are from everlasting, LORD.
3 Elevarono i fiumi, o Signore, elevarono i fiumi la loro voce, elevarono i fiumi il loro fragore.	3 The flood has raised up, LORD; the flood has raised up its roar; the flood has raised its pounding waves.
4 Più che lo scroscio di acque imponenti, possente più che i flutti del mare, possente è nell'alto il Signore.	4 More powerful than the roar of many waters, more powerful than the breakers of the sea, powerful in the heavens is the LORD.
5 I tuoi statuti sono oltremodo fedeli, la santità s'addice alla tua casa, per la durata dei giorni, o Signore.	5 Your decrees are firmly established; holiness belongs to your house, LORD, for all the length of days.
