LA SACRA BIBBIA	NEW JERUSALEM
1 Amo il Signore, perché ha dato ascolto alla voce della mia implorazione;	1 Al eluia! I am fil ed with love when Yahweh listens to the sound of my prayer,
2 perché ha teso verso di me il suo orecchio, quando l'invocavo.	2 when he bends down to hear me, as I cal .
3 Mi stringevano funi di morte, i lacci degli inferi mi avvincevano, mi opprimevano tristezza e angoscia.	3 The bonds of death were al round me, the snares of Sheol held me fast; distress and anguish heldme in their grip,
