1 - Vi raccomando Febe, la sorella nostra, ministra della chiesa di Cenerea,	1 I commend to you our sister Phoebe, a deaconess of the church at Cenchreae;
2 affinchè l'accogliate nel Signore in modo degno dei santi, e l'assistiate in quelle cose in cui abbia bisogno di voi; anch'essa è stata d'aiuto a molti e anche a me stesso.	2 give her, in the Lord, a welcome worthy of God's holy people, and help her with whatever she needs from you -- she herself has come to the help of many people, including myself.
3 Salutate Prisca e Aquila, i miei cooperatori in Cristo Gesù,	3 My greetings to Prisca and Aquila, my fellow-workers in Christ Jesus,
4 (i quali per la vita mia hanno esposto la loro testa, a cui non io solo son grato ma tutte le chiese dei Gentili);	4 who risked their own necks to save my life; to them, thanks not only from me, but from al thechurches among the gentiles;

14 Salutate Asincrito, Flegonte, Erma, Patroba, Erme, e i fratelli che son con loro.	14 Greetings to Asyncritus, Phlegon, Hermes, Patrobas, Hermas, and the brothers who are with them.
15 Salutate Filologo e Giulia, Nereo e sua sorella, e Olimpiade e tutti i santi che son con loro.	15 Greetings to Philologus and Julia, Nereus and his sister, and Olympas and al God's holy peoplewho are with them.
16 Salutatevi gli uni gli altri con un santo bacio. Vi salutano le Chiese tutte di Cristo.	16 Greet each other with the holy kiss. All the churches of Christ send their greetings.
17 O fratelli, vi esorto ad aprir gli occhi su quelli che son causa di dissensioni e d'inciampi contro la dottrina che voi avete appreso; e allontanatevi da loro;	17 I urge you, brothers, be on your guard against the people who are out to stir up disagreements andbring up difficulties against the teaching which you learnt. Avoid them.
18 poichè costoro non servono a Cristo Signor nostro, ma al loro proprio ventre, e coll'onesto parlare e colle lusinghe ingannano i cuori dei semplici.	18 People of that sort are servants not of our Lord Christ, but of their own greed; and with talk thatsounds smooth and reasonable they deceive the minds of the unwary.
19 Ma la vostra obbedienza è nota a tutti; di voi perciò mi compiaccio e voglio che siate saggi nel bene e semplici rispetto al male.	19 Your obedience has become known to everyone, and I am very pleased with you for it; but I shouldwant you to be learned only in what is good, and unsophisticated about al that is evil.
20 Il Signore della pace schiacci presto Satana sotto i vostri piedi. La grazia del Signor nostro Gesù sia con voi.	20 The God of peace wil soon crush Satan under your feet. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be withyou.
21 Vi saluta Timoteo il mio cooperatore, e Lucio e Giasone e Sosipatro, i miei parenti.	21 Timothy, who is working with me, sends greetings to you, and so do my kinsmen Lucius, Jason andSosipater.

25 A colui che può consolidarvi secondo il mio Vangelo e la predicazione di Gesù Cristo, conforme alla rivelazione di un mistero per lunghi secoli taciuto,	25 And now to him who can make you strong in accordance with the gospel that I preach and theproclamation of Jesus Christ, in accordance with that mystery which for endless ages was kept secret
26 (ma ora rivelato per mezzo delle Scritture profetiche, giusta l'ordine dell'eterno Dio e conosciuto fra tutte le genti per trarle all'obbedienza della fede),	26 but now (as the prophets wrote) is revealed, as the eternal God commanded, to be made known toal the nations, so that they obey in faith:
27 a Dio unico Sapiente, per via di Gesù Cristo, sia la gloria per i secoli dei secoli. Così sia !	27 to him, the only wise God, give glory through Jesus Christ for ever and ever. Amen.
