1 And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying:	1 Il Signore parlò a Mosè e disse:
2 “Speak to the sons of Israel, and you shall say to them: A man or a woman, when they have made a vow so that they may be sanctified, and when they are willing to consecrate themselves to the Lord,	2 «Parla agli Israeliti dicendo loro: “Quando un uomo o una donna farà un voto speciale, il voto di nazireato, per consacrarsi al Signore,
3 shall abstain from wine and from anything which is able to inebriate. They shall not drink vinegar made from wine or from any other drink, nor anything pressed from the grape. They shall not eat grapes, neither fresh nor dried.	3 si asterrà dal vino e dalle bevande inebrianti, non berrà aceto di vino né aceto di bevanda inebriante, non berrà liquori tratti dall’uva e non mangerà uva, né fresca né secca.
4 During all the days that they are consecrated to the Lord by vow, they shall not eat whatever may be from the vineyard, from raisins, even to grape seeds.	4 Per tutto il tempo del suo nazireato non mangerà alcun prodotto della vite, dai chicchi acerbi alle vinacce.
5 During all the time of his separation, no razor shall pass over his head, even until the completion of the day when he is consecrated to the Lord. He shall be holy, letting the hair of his head grow long.	5 Per tutto il tempo del suo voto di nazireato il rasoio non passerà sul suo capo; finché non siano compiuti i giorni per i quali si è votato al Signore, sarà sacro: lascerà crescere liberamente la capigliatura del suo capo.
6 During all the time of his consecration, he shall not enter because of a death,	6 Per tutto il tempo in cui rimane votato al Signore, non si avvicinerà a un cadavere;
7 nor shall he contaminate himself, even over the funeral of his father, or his mother, or his brother, or his sister. For the consecration of his God is upon his head.	7 si trattasse anche di suo padre, di sua madre, di suo fratello e di sua sorella, non si renderà impuro per loro alla loro morte, perché porta sul capo il segno della sua consacrazione a Dio.
8 During all the days of his separation, he shall be holy to the Lord.	8 Per tutto il tempo del suo nazireato egli è sacro al Signore.
9 But if anyone will have died unexpectedly before him, the head of his consecration shall be polluted, and he shall shave it in that very place, on the same day of his purification, and again on the seventh day.	9 Se qualcuno gli muore accanto all’improvviso e rende impuro il suo capo consacrato, nel giorno della sua purificazione si raderà il capo: se lo raderà il settimo giorno;
10 Then, on the eighth day, he shall offer two turtledoves or two young pigeons, to the priest at the entrance to the covenant of the testimony.	10 l’ottavo giorno porterà due tortore o due piccoli di colomba al sacerdote, all’ingresso della tenda del convegno.
11 And the priest shall effect one for sin, and the other as a holocaust, and he shall pray for him, because he has sinned on account of the dead. And he shall sanctify his head on that day.	11 Il sacerdote ne offrirà uno in sacrificio per il peccato e l’altro in olocausto e compirà il rito espiatorio per lui, per il peccato in cui è incorso a causa di quel morto. In quel giorno stesso, il nazireo consacrerà così il suo capo.
12 And he shall consecrate to the Lord the days of his separation, offering a one-year-old lamb for sin, yet in such a manner that the former days will be made null and void, because his sanctification was polluted.	12 Consacrerà di nuovo al Signore i giorni del suo nazireato e offrirà un agnello dell’anno come sacrificio per il peccato; i giorni precedenti decadranno, perché il suo nazireato è stato reso impuro.
13 This is the law of consecration. When the days that he had decreed by vow have been completed, he shall bring him to the door of the tabernacle of the covenant,	13 Questa è la legge per il nazireo: quando i giorni del suo nazireato saranno compiuti, lo si farà venire all’ingresso della tenda del convegno;
14 and he shall offer his oblation to the Lord: an immaculate one-year-old male lamb as a holocaust, and an immaculate one-year-old female lamb for sin, and an immaculate ram, a peace-offering victim,	14 egli presenterà l’offerta al Signore: un agnello dell’anno, senza difetto, per l’olocausto; una pecora dell’anno, senza difetto, per il sacrificio per il peccato; un ariete senza difetto, come sacrificio di comunione;
15 also, a basket of unleavened bread, which has been sprinkled with oil, and cakes without leaven, anointed with oil, as well as the libations of each one.	15 un canestro di pani azzimi di fior di farina, di focacce impastate con olio, di schiacciate senza lievito unte d’olio, insieme con la loro oblazione e le loro libagioni.
16 And the priest shall offer them before the Lord, and he shall perform both the sin offering and the holocaust.	16 Il sacerdote le offrirà davanti al Signore e compirà il suo sacrificio per il peccato e il suo olocausto;
17 Yet truly, the ram he shall immolate as a peace-offering victim to the Lord, offering at the same time the basket of unleavened bread, and the libations which are required by custom.	17 offrirà l’ariete come sacrificio di comunione al Signore, oltre al canestro degli azzimi. Il sacerdote offrirà anche l’oblazione e la sua libagione.
18 Then the Nazarite shall be shaved of the long hair of his consecration, before the door of the tabernacle of the covenant. And he shall take his hair, and he shall place it upon the fire, which is under the sacrifice of the peace offerings.	18 Il nazireo raderà, all’ingresso della tenda del convegno, il suo capo consacrato, prenderà la capigliatura del suo capo consacrato e la metterà sul fuoco che è sotto il sacrificio di comunione.
19 And he shall take the cooked shoulder of the ram, and one twist of bread without leaven from the basket, and one unleavened cake, and he shall deliver them into the hands of the Nazarite, after his head has been shaven.	19 Il sacerdote prenderà la spalla dell’ariete, quando sarà cotta, una focaccia non lievitata dal canestro e una schiacciata azzima e le porrà nelle mani del nazireo, dopo che questi avrà rasato la capigliatura consacrata.
20 And receiving them again from him, he shall elevate them in the sight of the Lord. And having been sanctified, these shall be for the priest, as also the breast, which was ordered to be separated, and the leg. After this, the Nazarite is able to drink wine.	20 Il sacerdote le presenterà con il rito di elevazione davanti al Signore; è cosa santa che appartiene al sacerdote, insieme con il petto della vittima offerta con il rito di elevazione e la coscia della vittima offerta come tributo. Dopo, il nazireo potrà bere vino.
21 This is the law of the Nazarite, when he has vowed his oblation to the Lord in the time of his consecration, aside from those things which his hand shall find. According to what he had vowed in his mind, so shall he do, to the perfection of his sanctification.”	21 Questa è la legge per il nazireo che ha promesso la sua offerta al Signore per il suo nazireato, oltre quello che è in grado di fare in più, secondo il voto che avrà emesso. Così egli farà quanto alla legge del suo nazireato”».
22 And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying:	22 Il Signore parlò a Mosè e disse:
23 “Say to Aaron and his sons: Thus shall you bless the sons of Israel, and you shall say to them:	23 «Parla ad Aronne e ai suoi figli dicendo: “Così benedirete gli Israeliti: direte loro:
24 ‘May the Lord bless you and keep you.	24 Ti benedica il Signore e ti custodisca.
25 May the Lord reveal his face to you and take pity on you.	25 Il Signore faccia risplendere per te il suo volto e ti faccia grazia.
26 May the Lord turn his countenance toward you and grant peace to you.’	26 Il Signore rivolga a te il suo volto e ti conceda pace”.
27 And they shall invoke my name over the sons of Israel, and I will bless them.”	27 Così porranno il mio nome sugli Israeliti e io li benedirò».
