Zechariah 10

NEW JERUSALEM	Biblija Hrvatski
1 Ask Yahweh for rain in autumn and at the time of the spring rains. Yahweh is the one to make thestorm-clouds. He wil give them showers of rain; to each, grass in his field.	1 Tražite od Jahve dažda u vrijeme proljetno! Jahve stvara munje i daje kišu; čovjeku kruh daje, a stoci travu.
2 Since the domestic idols have talked nonsense, and the diviners have seen false signs, and dreamshave purveyed delusions, affording empty comfort, that is why they have strayed like sheep, in distress for wantof a shepherd.	2 Lažno bajaju kumiri, prijevaru vide gatari, obmanu govore snovi, varljivu utjehu daju, zato kao stado blude ljudi, lutaju jer nemaju pastira.
3 My anger has been roused by the shepherds, and I shal vent it on the he-goats. When YahwehSabaoth comes to visit his flock, the House of Judah, he wil make it his royal war-horse.	3 Izraela Moj je gnjev planuo na pastire, i ja ću kaznom pohodit’ jarce. Da, Jahve nad vojskama pohodit će stado svoje, dom Judin. I učinit će da budu k’o gizdav konj u boju:
4 From it wil emerge Cornerstone and Tent-peg, from it, Bow-ready-for-Battle, from it, every type ofleader. Together	4 od njega će poteći kamen zaglavni, klin šatorski, od njega ubojit lûk, od njega sve vođe.
5 they wil be like warriors trampling the dirt of the streets in battle; when they fight, because Yahweh iswith them, they wil put mounted men to rout.	5 Bit će zajedno kao junaci što u boju gaze kao po blatu uličnom; vojevat će, jer Jahve je s njima, i osramotit će one koji konje jašu.
6 Then I shal make the House of Judah mighty and the House of Joseph victorious. I shal restore them,because I have taken pity on them, and they wil be as though I had never cast them off, for I am Yahweh theirGod and shal answer their prayer.	6 »Ojačat ću dom Judin, spasiti dom Josipov. Opet ću ih naseliti, žao mi ih, i bit će kao da ih nisam odbacio, jer ja sam Jahve, Bog njihov – uslišat ću ih.«
7 Ephraim will be like a warrior. Their hearts will be cheered as though by wine. Their children wil seethis and rejoice, their hearts wil exult in Yahweh.	7 Efrajimci bit će kao junaci i radostit će im se srce kao od vina: vidjet će sinove svoje i veseliti se, u Jahvi će klicati srce njihovo.
8 I shall whistle to them and gather them in, for I have redeemed them; they will be as numerous as theyused to be.	8 »Zazviždat ću im i sabrati ih, jer ja sam ih izbavio, bit će opet brojni kao što bjehu.
9 I shall scatter them among the peoples but in distant countries they will remember me, they wil instructtheir children and then return.	9 Rasijao sam ih među narode, ali će se oni u zemljama dalekim spomenuti mene, poučit će svoje sinove, i oni će se vratiti.
10 I shal bring them home from Egypt and gather them back from Assyria; I shal lead them into Gileadand the Lebanon, and even that wil not be large enough for them.	10 Vratit ću ih iz zemlje egipatske, sabrat ću ih iz Asirije i dovest’ ih u zemlju gileadsku i na Libanon, i neće biti dosta mjesta za njih.«
11 They wil cross the sea of Egypt (and the waves of the sea wil be struck); al the depths of the Riverwil be dried up. The arrogance of Assyria wil be cast down and the sceptre of Egypt taken away.	11 Prijeći će more egipatsko, jer on će udariti valove morske, sve dubine Nila presahnut će. Bit će oboren ponos Asirije, oduzeto žezlo Egiptu.
12 I shal make them mighty in Yahweh, and they wil march in my name -- Yahweh declares.	12 U Jahvi će biti snaga njihova, njegovim će se oni proslavit’ imenom – riječ je Jahvina.
