Exodus 30

1 'You will make an altar on which to burn incense; you wil make it of acacia wood,	1 E farai l'altare, per lo adoramento del timiama, di legno setino,
2 one cubit long, and one cubit wide -- it must be square -- and two cubits high; its horns must be of apiece with it.	2 avendo uno cubito di lunghezza e uno di larghezza, cioè quadro, e di due cubiti alto; e li corni di quello procederanno.
3 You will overlay its top, its sides all round and its horns with pure gold and make a gold moulding to goal round.	3 E vestira’lo d'oro purissimo, così la grati cola sua, come la parte intorno e li corni. E farai una corona d'oro intorno,
4 You will make two gold rings for it below the moulding on its two opposite sides, to take the shaftsused for carrying it.	4 e due anelli d'oro sotto la corona in ciascheduno lato, acciò che si metteno per quelli i chiavi stelli, e l'altare sia portato.
5 You will make the shafts of acacia wood and overlay them with gold.	5 E quelli chiavistelli farai di legno setino, ed orera'li.
6 'You will put it in front of the curtain by the ark of Testimony, in front of the mercy-seat which is on theTestimony, where I shal meet you.	6 E porrai l'altare contra il velo ch' è innanzi all'arca della testimonianza, che pende dinanzi al propiziatorio; del quale si coprirà il testimonio, dove io favellerò a te.
7 On it Aaron wil burn fragrant incense each morning; when he trims the lamps, he will burn incense onit;	7 Ed olirà lo incenso sopra quello Aaron, soa vemente spargente l'odore, la mattina; quando componerà le lucerne, arda quello.
8 and when Aaron puts back the lamps at twilight, he will burn incense on it, incense perpetual y beforeYahweh for all your generations to come.	8 Quando alloga quelle nel vespro, arda lo timiama sempremai, nelle generazioni vostre, dinanzi al Signore.
9 You will not offer unauthorised incense, or burnt offering, or cereal offering on it, and you will not pourany libation over it.	9 Non offerrete sopra quello lo timiama d'altrui composizione, nè la oblazione; nè la vittima sacrificherete.
10 Once a year, Aaron wil perform the rite of expiation on the horns of the altar; once a year, on the Dayof Expiation, with the blood of the sacrifice for sin, he wil make expiation for himself, for al your generations tocome. It is especial y holy for Yahweh.'	10 E pregherà Aaron sopra li corni suoi una volta l'anno, nel sangue il quale è offerto per lo peccato; e umilierassi sopra lui nelle generazioni vostre. Santo di Santi sarà al Signore.
11 Yahweh then spoke to Moses and said,	11 Favellò lo Signore a Moisè, dicendo:
12 'When you count the Israelites by census, each one of them must pay Yahweh a ransom for his life,to avoid any incidence of plague among them while you are holding the census.	12 Quando rapporterai la somma de' figliuoli d'Israel appresso il numero, daranno ciascheduno lo prezzo per l'anime loro al Signore; e non sarà piaga in lui, quando saranno numerati.
13 Everyone subject to the census wil pay half a shekel, reckoning by the sanctuary shekel: twentygerah to the shekel. This half-shekel will be set aside for Yahweh.	13 E questo darà ciascheduno, che passa al nome, di mezzo siclo, appresso la misura del tempio. Lo siclo sia XX oboli. La metà del siclo sia offerto al Signore.
14 Everyone subject to the census, that is to say of twenty years and over, will pay the sum set aside forYahweh.	14 Per colui che è stato trovato nel numero da XX anni in su, darà lo prezzo.
15 The rich man must not give more, nor the poor man less, than half a shekel when he pays the sumset aside for Yahweh in ransom for your lives.	15 Lo ricco non vi aggiungerà al mezzo sielo; e lo povero niuna cosa minuirà.
16 You wil take the ransom money of the Israelites and apply it to the service of the Tent of Meeting, forit to be a reminder of the Israelites before Yahweh, as the ransom for your lives.'	16 E ricevuta la pecunia ch' è offerta dalli ti gliuoli [d ' Israel], dara’la nell'uso del tabernacolo della testimonianza, acciò che sia monimento dinanzi al Signore, e aiuti l'anime loro.
17 Yahweh then spoke to Moses and said,	17 E favello lo Signore a Moisè, dicendo:
18 'You wil also make a bronze basin on its bronze stand, for washing. You wil put it between the Tentof Meeting and the altar and put water in it,	18 Farai vaso di bronzo colla base sua a lavare, e porra’lo fra lo tabernacolo della testimonianza e l'altare. E messavi l'acqua,
19 in which Aaron and his sons wil wash their hands and feet.	19 laveransi in quello Aaron e li figliuoli suoi le mani loro e li piedi,
20 Whenever they are to enter the Tent of Meeting, they wil wash, to avoid incurring death; andwhenever they approach the altar for their service, to burn an offering for Yahweh,	20 quando anderanno nel tabernacolo della testimonianza, e quando anderanno all'altare, acciò che offerino in quello lo timiama al Signore,
21 they wil wash their hands and feet, to avoid incurring death. This is a perpetual decree for him andhis descendants for all their generations to come.'	21 acciò che per avventura non muoiano. Le gittimo sempiterno sarà a lui, e al seme suo, per la successione.
22 Yahweh spoke further to Moses and said,	22 E favello lo Signore a Moisè, dicendo:
23 'Take the finest spices: five hundred shekels of fresh myrrh, half as much (two hundred and fiftyshekels) of fragrant cinnamon, two hundred and fifty shekels of scented reed,	23 Togli a te spezie odorifere, e della mirra prima ed eletta cinquecento sicli, e la metà di cinnamomo, cioè ducento cinquanta sicli, e similmente di calamo ccL sicli,
24 five hundred shekels (reckoning by the sanctuary shekel) of cassia, and one hin of olive oil.	24 e di cassia cinquecento sicli nel peso del santuario, olio delli olivi hin, cioè una misura.
25 You wil make this into a holy anointing oil, such a blend as the perfumer might make; this wil be aholy anointing oil.	25 E farai della unzione l'olio santo, unguento composito in modo che si possi ungere;
26 With it you wil anoint the Tent of Meeting and the ark of the Testimony,	26 e ungerai di quello lo tabernacolo del testimonio, e l'arca del testamento,
27 the table and al its accessories, the lamp-stand and its accessories, the altar of incense,	27 e la mensa colli vaselli suoi, lo candeliere, e le cose che sono in su l'altare del timiama
28 the altar of burnt offerings and al its accessories, and the basin with its stand,	28 e del sacrifizio, e tutta la loro massarizia che al coltivamento loro s'appartiene.
29 consecrating them, so that they wil be especial y holy and whatever touches them wil become holy.	29 E santificherai ogni cosa, e saranno Sante di santi. Chi toccherà quelle cose sarà santificato.
30 You wil also anoint Aaron and his sons and consecrate them to be priests in my service.	30 Aaron e li figliuoli suoi ugnerai, e santificherai loro, acciò che faccino sacrificio a me.
31 You wil then speak to the Israelites and say, "This anointing oil wil be holy for you for al yourgenerations to come.	31 E alli figliuoli d'Israel dirai: questo olio dell' unzione santo sarà a me nelle generazioni vostre.
32 It must not be used for anointing the human body, nor may you make any of the same mixture. It is aholy thing; you wil regard it as holy.	32 La carne dell' uomo non sarà unta di quello; e appresso la composizione sua non farete altro, perciò che santificato è, e santo sarà a voi.
33 Anyone who makes up the same oil or uses it on an unauthorised person wil be outlawed from hispeople." '	33 Chiunque uomo questo cotale componerà, e darà di quello ad altrui, sarà esterminato del popolo suo.
34 Yahweh then said to Moses, 'Take sweet spices: storax, onycha, galbanum, sweet spices and purefrankincense in equal parts,	34 E disse lo Signore a Moisè: togli a te spezie odorifere, statte, onica e galbano di buono odore, e lo incenso lucidissimo; di egual peso saranno tutte.
35 and compound an incense, such a blend as the perfumer might make, salted, pure, and holy.	35 E farai lo timiama composto ad opera d'un guento, mescolato diligentemente, e puro e degnissimo di santificazione.
36 You wil grind some of this up very fine and put it in front of the Testimony in the Tent of Meeting,where I shal meet you. You wil regard it as especial y holy.	36 E pesterai ogni cosa in sottilissima polvere, e porrai di quello dinanzi al tabernacolo della testimonianza, nel quale luogo apparirò a te. Santo di santi sarà a voi lo timiama.
37 You may not make any incense of similar composition for your own use. You wil regard it as holy,reserved for Yahweh Anyone who makes up the same thing to use as perfume will be outlawed from his people.'	37 Cotale composizione non farete negli usi vostri, perciò che santo è al Signore.
	38 Qualunque uomo farà lo simile, acciò che dello odore di quello usi, perirà de' popoli suoi.
