4 The LORD then said to Moses,4 Yahvé dit à Moïse:
5 "Accept their offering, that these things may be put to use in the service of the meeting tent. Assign them to the Levites, to each group in proportion to its duties."5 “Reçois cela de leur part et mets-le au service de la Tente du Rendez-Vous. Confie-le aux Lévites, à chacun selon sa responsabilité.”
6 So Moses accepted the wagons and oxen, and assigned them to the Levites.6 Moïse reçut donc les chars et les bœufs et les donna aux Lévites.
7 He gave two wagons and four oxen to the Gershonites in proportion to their duties,7 Il donna aux fils de Guerchon, en raison de leur charge, deux des chars et quatre bœufs.

10 For the dedication of the altar also, the princes brought offerings before the altar on the day it was anointed.10 Les chefs firent leur offrande en ce jour de la dédicace de l’autel, ils présentèrent leur offrande devant l’autel ainsi consacré.
11 But the LORD said to Moses, "Let one prince a day present his offering for the dedication of the altar."11 Yahvé dit à Moïse: “Chaque jour, chacun leur tour, les princes présenteront leur offrande pour la consécration de l’autel.”
12 The one who presented his offering on the first day was Nahshon, son of Amminadab, prince of the tribe of Judah.12 Ce fut Nachon, fils d’Aminadab, de la tribu de Juda qui apporta l’offrande pour le premier jour.
13 His offering consisted of one silver plate weighing a hundred and thirty shekels according to the sanctuary standard and one silver basin weighing seventy shekels, both filled with fine flour mixed with oil for a cereal offering;13 Voici son offrande: une coupe d’argent pesant 130 sicles, une coupe d’argent pour l’aspersion, de 70 sicles comptés selon le sicle du sanctuaire, toutes deux remplies de fleur de farine pétrie dans l’huile, pour l’oblation,

84 These were the offerings for the dedication of the altar, given by the princes of Israel on the occasion of its anointing: twelve silver plates, twelve silver basins, and twelve gold cups.84 Telles furent les offrandes des princes d’Israël pour la dédicace de l’autel au jour de sa consécration: 12 coupes d’argent, 12 coupes d’argent pour l’aspersion, 12 coupes d’or.
85 Each silver plate weighed a hundred and thirty shekels, and each silver basin seventy, so that all the silver of these vessels amounted to two thousand four hundred shekels, according to the sanctuary standard.85 Chaque coupe d’argent pesait 130 sicles, chaque coupe pour l’aspersion 70 sicles, l’argent de ces objets pesait au total 2 400 sicles, selon le sicle du sanctuaire.
86 The twelve gold cups that were filled with incense weighed ten shekels apiece, according to the sanctuary standard, so that all the gold of the cups amounted to one hundred and twenty shekels.86 Les 12 coupes d’or remplies d’encens pesaient chacune 10 sicles, selon le sicle du sanctuaire. Ces coupes pesaient au total 120 sicles. 87 Le total du bétail pour l’holocauste était de 12 taureaux, 12 béliers, 12 agneaux d’un an avec les oblations jointes. 87 The animals for the holocausts were, in all, twelve young bulls, twelve rams, and twelve yearling lambs, with their cereal offerings; those for the sin offerings were twelve goats.
88 The animals for the peace offerings were, in all, twenty-four oxen, sixty rams, sixty goats, and sixty yearling lambs. These, then, were the offerings for the dedication of the altar after it was anointed.88 Le total du bétail pour le sacrifice de communion était de 24 taureaux, 60 béliers, 60 boucs, 60 agneaux d’un an. 89 When Moses entered the meeting tent to speak with him, he heard the voice addressing him from above the propitiatory on the ark of the commandments, from between the two cherubim; and it spoke to him. . . .89 Lorsque Moïse pénétrait dans la Tente du Rendez-Vous pour s’adresser à Dieu, il entendait la voix qui lui parlait du haut de l’Instrument de l’Expiation qui était sur l’Arche du Témoignage, entre les deux chérubins. Alors Moïse parlait avec Dieu.
