Ezekiel 30

1 And the word of the Lord came to me, saying:	1 Και εγεινε λογος Κυριου προς εμε, λεγων,
2 Son of man prophesy, and say: Thus saith the Lord God: Howl ye, Woe, woe to the day:	2 Υιε ανθρωπου, προφητευσον και ειπε, Ουτω λεγει Κυριος ο Θεος. Ολολυζετε, Ουαι, δια την ημεραν.
3 For the day is near, yea the day of the Lord is near: a cloudy day, it shall be the time of the nations.	3 Διοτι πλησιον ειναι η ημερα, ναι, η ημερα του Κυριου ειναι πλησιον, ημερα νεφωδης? ο καιρος των εθνων θελει εισθαι.
4 And the sword shall come upon Egypt: and there shall be dread in Ethiopia, when the wounded shall fall in Egypt, and the multitude thereof shall be taken away, and the foundations thereof shall be destroyed.	4 Και η μαχαιρα θελει ελθει, επι την Αιγυπτον και μεγας τρομος θελει εισθαι εν τη Αιθιοπια, οταν οι τετραυματισμενοι πεσωσιν εν Αιγυπτω, και θελουσι λαβει το πληθος αυτης και θελουσι καταστρεψει τα θεμελια αυτης.
5 Ethiopia, and Libya, and Lydia, and all the rest of the crowd, and Chub, and the children of the land of the covenant, shall fall with them by the sword.	5 Αιθιοπες και Λιβυες και Λυδιοι και παντες οι συμμικτοι λαοι, και ο Χουβ και οι υιοι της συμμαχου γης, θελουσι πεσει μετ' αυτων εν μαχαιρα.
6 Thus saith the Lord God: They also that uphold Egypt shall fall, and the pride of her empire shall be brought down: from the tower of Syene shall they fall in it by the sword, saith the Lord the God of hosts.	6 Ουτω λεγει Κυριος? Θελουσι πεσει και οι υποστηριζοντες την Αιγυπτον, και η υπερηφανια της δυναμεως αυτης θελει καταβληθη? απο Μιγδωλ μεχρι Συηνης θελουσι πεσει εν αυτη δια μαχαιρας, λεγει Κυριος ο Θεος.
7 And they shall be desolate in the midst of the lands that are desolate, and the cities thereof shall be in the midst of the cities that are wasted.	7 Και θελουσιν αφανισθη εν μεσω των ηφανισμενων τοπων, και αι πολεις αυτης θελουσιν εισθαι εν μεσω των ηρημωμενων πολεων.
8 And they shall know that I am the Lord: when I shall have set a fire in Egypt, and all the helpers thereof shall be destroyed.	8 Και θελουσι γνωρισει οτι εγω ειμαι ο Κυριος, οταν βαλω πυρ εις την Αιγυπτον και συντριφθωσι παντες οι βοηθουντες αυτην.
9 In that day shall messengers go forth from my face in ships to destroy the confidence of Ethiopia, and there shall be dread among them in the day of Egypt: because it shall certainly come.	9 Εν εκεινη τη ημερα θελουσιν εξελθει απ' εμου μηνυται εν πλοιοις, δια να εκπληξωσι τους αμεριμνους Αιθιοπας? και τρομος μεγας θελει επελθει επ' αυτους, καθως εν τη ημερα της Αιγυπτου? διοτι, ιδου, ερχεται.
10 Thus saith the Lord God : I will make the multitude of Egypt to cease by the hand of Nabuchodonosor the king of Babylon.	10 Ουτω λεγει Κυριος ο Θεος? Και θελω απολεσει το πληθος της Αιγυπτου δια χειρος του Ναβουχοδονοσορ βασιλεως της Βαβυλωνος.
11 He and his people with him, the strongest of nations, shall be brought to destroy the land: and they shall draw their swords upon Egypt: and shall fill the land with the slain.	11 Αυτος και ο λαος αυτου μετ' αυτου, οι τρομερωτεροι των εθνων, θελουσι φερθη δια να αφανισωσι την γην? και θελουσιν εκσπασει τας ρομφαιας αυτων κατα της Αιγυπτου και γεμισει την γην απο τετραυματισμενων.
12 And I will make the channels of the rivers dry, and will deliver the land into the hand of the wicked: and will lay waste the land and all that is therein by the hands of strangers, I the Lord have spoken it.	12 Και θελω ξηρανει τους ποταμους και παραδωσει την γην εις χειρας κακων, και θελω αφανισει την γην και το πληρωμα αυτης δια χειρος των ξενων? εγω ο Κυριος ελαλησα.
13 Thus saith the Lord God: I will also destroy the idols, and I will make an end of the idols of Memphis: and there shall be no more a prince of the land of Egypt: and I will cause a terror in the land of Egypt.	13 Ουτω λεγει Κυριος ο Θεος? Και θελω καταστρεψει τα ξοανα και εξαλειψει τα ειδωλα απο Νωφ, και δεν θελει υπαρχει πλεον αρχων εκ της γης της Αιγυπτου, και θελω εμβαλει φοβον εις την γην της Αιγυπτου.
14 And I will destroy the land of Phatures, and will make a fire in Taphnis, and will execute judgments in Alexandria.	14 Και θελω αφανισει την Παθρως και βαλει πυρ εις την Τανιν και εκτελεσει κρισεις εν Νω.
15 And I will pour out my indignation upon Pelusium the strength of Egypt, and will cut off the multitude of Alexandria.	15 Και θελω εκχεει τον θυμον μου επι Σιν την ισχυν της Αιγυπτου, και θελω εκκοψει το πληθος της Νω.
16 And I will make a fire in Egypt: Pelusium shall be in pain like a woman in labour, and Alexandria shall be laid waste, and in Memphis there shall be daily distresses.	16 Και θελω βαλει πυρ εις την Αιγυπτον? η Σιν θελει λαβει μεγαν τρομον και η Νω θελει διασπαραχθη και η Νωφ θελει εισθαι καθ' ημεραν εν αγωνια.
17 The young men of Heliopolis, and of Bubastus shall fall by the sword, and they themselves shall go into captivity.	17 Οι νεανισκοι της Αβην και της Πι-βεσεθ θελουσι πεσει εν μαχαιρα, και αυται θελουσιν υπαγει εις αιχμαλωσιαν.
18 And in Taphnis the day shall be darkened, when I shall break there the sceptres of Egypt, and the pride of her power shall cease in her: a cloud shall cover her, and her daughters shall be led into captivity.	18 Και εν Ταφνης η ημερα θελει συσκοτασει, οταν συντριψω εκει τα σκηπτρα της Αιγυπτου? και η επαρσις της δυναμεως αυτης θελει παυσει εν αυτη? ταυτην δε, νεφος θελει σκεπασει αυτην, και αι θυγατερες αυτης θελουσιν υπαγει εις αιχμαλωσιαν.
19 And I will execute judgments in Egypt: and they shall know that I am the Lord.	19 Και θελω εκτελεσει κρισεις επι την Αιγυπτον? και θελουσι γνωρισει οτι εγω ειμαι ο Κυριος.
20 And it came to pass in the eleventh year, in the first month, in the seventh day of the month, that the word of the Lord came to me, saying:	20 Και εν τω ενδεκατω ετει, τω πρωτω μηνι, τη εβδομη του μηνος, εγεινε λογος Κυριου προς εμε λεγων,
21 Son of man, I have broken the arm of Pharao king of Egypt: and behold it is not bound up, to be healed, to be tied up with clothes, and swathed with linen, that it might recover strength, and hold the sword.	21 Υιε ανθρωπου, συνεθλασα τον βραχιονα του Φαραω βασιλεως της Αιγυπτου? και ιδου, δεν θελει επιδεθη προς θεραπειαν, ωστε να περιτυλιξωσιν αυτον με επιδεσματα δια να δοθη εις αυτον δυναμις να κρατη μαχαιραν.
22 Therefore, thus saith the Lord God: Behold, I come against Pharao king of Egypt, and I will break into pieces his strong arm, which is already broken: and I will cause the sword to fall out of his hand:	22 Δια τουτο ουτω λεγει Κυριος ο Θεος? Ιδου, εγω ειμαι εναντιον του Φαραω βασιλεως της Αιγυπτου και θελω συνθλασει τους βραχιονας αυτου, τον δυνατον και τον συντεθλασμενον? και θελω καμει την μαχαιραν να εκπεση απο της χειρος αυτου.
23 And I will disperse Egypt among the nations, and scatter them through the countries.	23 Και θελω διασπειρει τους Αιγυπτιους μεταξυ των εθνων και διασκορπισει αυτους εις τους τοπους.
24 And I will strengthen the arms of the king of Babylon, and will put my sword in his hand: and I will break the arms of Pharao, and they shall groan bitterly being slain before his face.	24 Και θελω ενισχυσει τους βραχιονας του βασιλεως της Βαβυλωνος και θελω δωσει την ρομφαιαν μου εις την χειρα αυτου, τους δε βραχιονας του Φαραω θελω συνθλασει και θελει στεναξει εμπροσθεν αυτου με στεναγμους τετραυματισμενου.
25 And I will strengthen the arms of the king of Babylon, and the arms of Pharao shall fall: and they shall know that I am the Lord, when I shall have given my sword into the hand of the king of Babylon, and he shall have stretched it forth upon the land of Egypt.	25 Τους βραχιονας ομως του βασιλεως της Βαβυλωνος θελω ενισχυσει, οι δε βραχιονες του Φαραω θελουσι πεσει? και θελουσι γνωρισει οτι εγω ειμαι ο Κυριος, οταν δωσω την ρομφαιαν μου εις την χειρα του βασιλεως της Βαβυλωνος? και θελει εκτεινει αυτην επι την γην της Αιγυπτου.
26 And I will disperse Egypt among the nations, and will scatter them through the countries, and they shall know that I am the Lord.	26 Και θελω διασπειρει τους Αιγυπτιους μεταξυ των εθνων και διασκορπισει αυτους εις τους τοπους? και θελουσι γνωρισει οτι εγω ειμαι ο Κυριος.
