1 And all Israel was numbered: and the sum of them was written in the book of the kings of Israel, and Juda: and they were carried away to Babylon for their transgression.	1 -Tutto Israele fu contato e la somma di tutti venne inscritta nel Libro dei re d'Israele e di Giuda; ed essi furono trasferiti in Babilonia in pena del loro delitto.
2 Now the first that dwelt in their possessions, and in their cities, were the Israelites, and the priests, and the Levites, and the Nathineans.	2 I primi che abitarono nei loro possedimenti e nelle loro città furono Israele, i sacerdoti, i leviti e i Natinei.
3 And in Jerusalem dwelt of the children of Juda, and of the children of Benjamin, and of the children of Ephraim, and of Manasses.	3 In Gerusalemme abitarono dei figli di Giuda e dei figli di Beniamin e altresì dei figli di Efraim e di Manasse.

6 And of the sons of Zara: Jehuel, and their brethren, six hundred and ninety.	6 dei figli poi di Zara: Jeul e i suoi fratelli in numero di seicentonovanta.

9 And their brethren by their families, nine hundred and fifty-six. All these were heads of their families, by the houses of their fathers.	9 e i fratelli loro distribuiti per famiglie in numero di novecentocinquantasei. Tutti costoro erano capi di famiglia nelle case dei loro padri.

12 And Adaias the son of Jeroham, the son of Phassur, the son of Melchias, and Maasai the son of Adiel, the son of Jezra, the son of Mosollam, the son of Mosollamith, the son of Emmer.	12 Inoltre Adaia, figlio di Jeroam, figlio di Fassur, figlio di Melchia; e Maasai, figlio di Adìel, figlio di Jezra, figlio di Mosollam, figlio di Mosollamit, figlio di Emmer;

22 All these that were chosen to be porters at the gates, were two hundred and twelve: and they mere registered in their proper towns: whom David and Samuel the seer appointed in their trust.	22 in tutto gli eletti a far da portiere delle varie porte erano duecentododici e furono registrati nelle proprie città. 37 Gedor also, and Ahio, and Zacharias, and Macelloth.	37 Gedor, Aio, Zaccaria e Macellot.
38 And Macelloth beget Samaan: these dwelt over against their brethren in Jerusalem, with their brethren.	38 Macellot generò Samaan. Costoro abitarono in Gerusalemme coi loro fratelli dalla parte opposta di essi.
39 Now Ner beget Cia: and Cis begot Saul: and Saul beget Jonathan and Melchisua, and Abinadab, and Esbaal.	39 Ner poi generò Cis e Cis generò Saul, Saul generò Jonatan, Melchisua, Abinadab ed Esbaal.
40 And the son of Jonathan, was Meribbaal: and Meribbaal beget Micha.	40 Il figlio poi di Jonatan fu Meribbaal e Meribbaal generò Mica.
41 And the sons of Micha, were Phithon, and Melech, and Tharaa, and Ahaz.	41 I figli di Mica furono: Fiton, Meloc, Taraa e Aaz.
42 And Ahaz beget Jara, and Jara beget Alamath, and Azmoth, and Zamri. And Zamri beget Mesa.	42 Aaz generò Jara e Jara generò Alamat, Azmot e Zamri; Zamri generò Mosa;
