1 These are the generations of the sons of Noe: Sem, Cham, and Japheth: and unto them sons were born after the flood.	1 Oto potomstwo synów Noego: Sema, Chama i Jafeta. Po potopie urodzili się im następujący synowie:
2 The sons of Japheth: Gomer, and Magog, and Madai, and Javan, and Thubal, and Mosoch, and Thiras.	2 Synowie Jafeta: Gomer, Magog, Madaj, Jawan, Tubal, Meszek i Tiras.
3 And the sons of Gomer: Ascenez and Riphath and Thogorma.	3 Synowie Gomera: Aszkanaz, Rifat i Togarma.
4 And the sons of Javan: Elisa and Tharsis, Cetthim, and Dodanim.	4 Synowie Jawana: Elisza i Tarszisz, Kittim i Dodanim.
5 By these were divided the islands of the Gentiles in their lands, every one according to his tongue and their families in their nations.	5 Od nich pochodzą mieszkańcy wybrzeży i wysp, podzieleni według swych krajów i swego języka, według szczepów i według narodów.
6 And the sons of Cham: Chus, and Mesram, and Phuth, and Chanaan.	6 Synowie Chama: Kusz, Misraim, Put i Kanaan.
7 And the sons of Chus: Saba and Hevila, and Sabatha, and Regma, and Sabatacha. The sons of Regma: Saba and Dadan.	7 Synowie Kusza: Seba, Chawila, Sabta, Rama i Sabteka. Synowie Ramy: Saba i Dedan.

9 And he was a stout hunter before the Lord. Hence came a proverb: Even as Nemrod the stout hunter before the Lord.	9 Był on też najsławniejszym na ziemi myśliwym. Stąd powstało przysłowie: Dzielny jak Nimrod, najsławniejszy na ziemi myśliwy.
10 And the beginning of his kingdom was Babylon, and Arach, and Achad, and Chalanne in the land of Sennaar.	10 On to pierwszy panował w Babelu, w Erek, w Akkad i w Kalne, w kraju Szinear.
11 Out of that land came forth Assur, and built Ninive, and the streets of the city, and Chale.	11 Wyszedłszy z tego kraju do Aszszuru, zbudował Niniwę, Rechobot-Ir, Kalach

14 And Phetrusim, and Chasluim; of whom came forth the Philistines, and the Capthorim.	14 Patrusim i Kasluchim, od których pochodzą Filistyni i Kaftoryci.
15 And Chanaan begot Sidon, his firstborn, the Hethite,	15 Kanaan zaś miał synów: pierworodnego Sydona i Cheta.
16 And the Jebusite, and the Amorrhite, and the Gergesite,	16 A ponadto: Jebusytów, Amorytów, Girgaszytów,
17 The Hevite and the Aracite: the Sinite,	17 Chiwwitów, Arkitów, Sinitów,
18 And the Aradian, the Samarite, and the Hamathite: and afterwards the families of the Chanaanites were spread abroad.	18 Arwadytów, Semarytów i Chamatytów. A potem szczepy kananejskie rozproszyły się.

27 And Anduram, and Uzal, and Decla,	27 Hadorama, Uzala, Dikli,
28 And Ebal, and Abimael, Saba,	28 Obala, Abimaela, Saby,
29 And Ophir, and Hevila, and Jobab.	29 Ofira, Chawili i Jobaba. Ci wszyscy byli synami Joktana.
30 And their dwelling was from Messa as we go on as far as Sephar, a mountain in the east.	30 Obszar, na którym mieszkali, rozciągał się od Meszy w kierunku Sefar aż do wyżyny wschodniej.

32 These are the families of Noe, according to their peoples and nations. By these were the nations divided on the earth after the flood.	32 Oto szczepy synów Noego według ich pokrewieństwa i według narodów. Od nich to wywodzą się ludy na ziemi po potopie.
