EL LIBRO DEL PUEBLO DE DIOS	DOUAI-RHEIMS
1 ¡Aleluya! [Alef]Doy gracias al Señor de todo corazón, [Bet]en la reunión y en la asamblea de los justos.	1 I will praise thee, O Lord, with my whole heart; in the council of the just: and in the congregation.
2 [Guímel] Grandes son las obras del Señor: [Dálet] los que las aman desean comprenderlas.	2 Great are the works of the Lord: sought out according to all his wills
3 [He] Su obra es esplendor y majestad, [Vau] su justicia permanece para siempre.	3 His work is praise and magnificence: and his justice continueth for ever and ever.
4 [Zain] El hizo portentos memorables, [Jet] el Señor es bondadoso y compasivo.	4 He hath made a remembrance of his wonderful works, being a merciful and gracious Lord:
5 [Tet] Proveyó de alimento a sus fieles [Iod] y se acuerda eternamente de su alianza.	5 he hath given food to them that fear him. He will be mindful for ever of his covenant:
6 [Caf] Manifestó a su pueblo el poder de sus obras, [Lámed] dándole la herencia de las naciones.	6 he will shew forth to his people the power of his works.
7 [Mem] Las obras de sus manos son verdad y justicia; [Nun] todos sus preceptos son indefectibles:	7 That he may give them the inheritance of the Gentiles: the works of his hands are truth and judgment.
8 [Sámec] están afianzados para siempre [Ain] y establecidos con lealtad y rectitud.	8 All his commandments are faithful: confirmed for ever and ever, made in truth and equity.
9 [Pe] El envió la redención a su pueblo, [Sade] promulgó su alianza para siempre: [Qof] Su Nombre es santo y temible.	9 He hath sent redemption to his people: he hath commanded his covenant for ever. Holy and terrible is his name:
10 [Res] El temor del Señor es el comienzo de la sabiduría: [Sin] son prudentes los que lo practican. [Tau] Su alabanza por siempre permanece.	10 the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. A good understanding to all that do it: his praise continueth for ever and ever.
