Isaia 56

BIBBIA VOLGARE	KING JAMES BIBLE
1 Questo dice lo Signore Iddio: custodite lo giudicio, e fate la giustizia; però che la mia salute sì è presso per venire, e la mia giustizia sì è presso per essere rivelata.	1 Thus saith the LORD, Keep ye judgment, and do justice: for my salvation is near to come, and my righteousness to be revealed.
2 Beato lo (figliuolo dell' ) uomo il quale farà questo, e lo figliuolo dell' uomo il quale s' appiglierà a questo; che guardi lo sabbato, e non corrompa quello; che guardi le sue mani, acciò che non faccia alcuno male.	2 Blessed is the man that doeth this, and the son of man that layeth hold on it; that keepeth the sabbath from polluting it, and keepeth his hand from doing any evil.
3 E non dica lo [figliuolo del] forestiere, lo quale s'accosta al Signore, dicendo: lo Signore scparerà me dal popolo. L'uomo (lo quale non puote fare suoi figliuoli, cioè che sia) castrato non dica (della cosa): ecco io sono uno legno arido.	3 Neither let the son of the stranger, that hath joined himself to the LORD, speak, saying, The LORD hath utterly separated me from his people: neither let the eunuch say, Behold, I am a dry tree.
4 Però che questo dice lo Signore a quelli (u omini così fatti, i quali la legge sì appella) castrati : coloro (dice Iddio) i quali guarderanno lo sabbato, e averanno eletto quello ch' io averò voluto, e averanno tenuto fermo lo patto,	4 For thus saith the LORD unto the eunuchs that keep my sabbaths, and choose the things that please me, and take hold of my covenant;
5 io darò loro nella mia casa, e nelli muri miei, luogo e lo nome, meglio che non è d' avere figliuoli e figliuole; io darò loro nome sempiterno, lo quale non potrà perire.	5 Even unto them will I give in mine house and within my walls a place and a name better than of sons and of daughters: I will give them an everlasting name, that shall not be cut off.
6 E li figliuoli del forestiere, li quali s' accostono (per amore e) per servire a Dio, e per amare il suo santo nome, acciò che siano loro servi; e ogni uomo che guardi lo sabbato e non lo corrumpa, e che tenga fermo lo patto mio;	6 Also the sons of the stranger, that join themselves to the LORD, to serve him, and to love the name of the LORD, to be his servants, every one that keepeth the sabbath from polluting it, and taketh hold of my covenant;
7 (dice Iddio) io menerò loro nello santo monte mio, e farogli allegri nella casa della mia orazione; li loro sacrificii e li loro animali piaceranno a me (e sì saranno in accetto) sopra lo mio altare; però che la mia casa sarà chiamata (e detta) casa d'orazione a tutti li populi.	7 Even them will I bring to my holy mountain, and make them joyful in my house of prayer: their burnt offerings and their sacrifices shall be accepted upon mine altar; for mine house shall be called an house of prayer for all people.
8 Così disse lo Signore Iddio, il quale raduna li dispersi d' Israel: ancora io radunerò a lui tutti li suoi ricolti.	8 The Lord GOD which gathereth the outcasts of Israel saith, Yet will I gather others to him, beside those that are gathered unto him.
9 Tutte bestie del campo, e quelle del bosco, venite a pascere.	9 All ye beasts of the field, come to devour, yea, all ye beasts in the forest.
10 Li loro guardiani sono tutti ciechi, e non lo seppono; e tutti li cani furono muti e non poterono abbaiare, vedendo le cose vane (cioè le visioni), e dormenti [e amanti] li sogni.	10 His watchmen are blind: they are all ignorant, they are all dumb dogs, they cannot bark; sleeping, lying down, loving to slumber.
11 E li cani svergognati non seppono che si fusse saturamento; (e nota che per questi cani si intendono li peccatori, i quali non sanno che si sia altro che peccare; e confessansi e poi pure ricaggiono); quelli pastori (non seppono e) non conobbono la intelligenza; tutti andorono alla via sua, ciascuno alla sua avarizia, dal primo insino all' ultimo (di).	11 Yea, they are greedy dogs which can never have enough, and they are shepherds that cannot understand: they all look to their own way, every one for his gain, from his quarter.
12 Venite e pigliamo del vino, e riempieracci di ebriezza; come oggi fu, così sarà domani, e più e più; (chè se oggi siamo inebriati, domani saremo più).	12 Come ye, say they, I will fetch wine, and we will fill ourselves with strong drink; and to morrow shall be as this day, and much more abundant.
