Esodo (خروج) 6

SMITH VAN DYKE	NEW JERUSALEM
1 فقال الرب لموسى الآن تنظر ما انا افعل بفرعون. فانه بيد قوية يطلقهم وبيد قوية يطردهم من ارضه	1 Yahweh then said to Moses, 'Now you wil see what I am going to do to Pharaoh. A mighty hand wilforce him to let them go, a mighty hand will force him to expel them from his country.'
2 ثم كلم الله موسى وقال له انا الرب.	2 God spoke to Moses and said to him, 'I am Yahweh.
3 وانا ظهرت لابراهيم واسحق ويعقوب باني الاله القادر على كل شيء. واما باسمي يهوه فلم أعرف عندهم.	3 To Abraham, Isaac and Jacob I appeared as El Shaddai, but I did not make my name Yahweh known tothem.
4 وايضا اقمت معهم عهدي ان اعطيهم ارض كنعان ارض غربتهم التي تغربوا فيها.	4 I also made my covenant with them to give them the land of Canaan, the country in which they wereliving as aliens.
5 وانا ايضا قد سمعت أنين بني اسرائيل الذين يستعبدهم المصريون وتذكرت عهدي.	5 Furthermore, I have heard the groaning of the Israelites, enslaved by the Egyptians, and haveremembered my covenant.
6 لذلك قل لبني اسرائيل انا الرب. وانا اخرجكم من تحت اثقال المصريين وانقذكم من عبوديتهم واخلصكم بذراع ممدودة وباحكام عظيمة.	6 So say to the Israelites, "I am Yahweh. I shall free you from the forced labour of the Egyptians; I shalrescue you from their slavery and I shal redeem you with outstretched arm and mighty acts of judgement.
7 واتخذكم لي شعبا واكون لكم الها. فتعلمون اني انا الرب الهكم الذي يخرجكم من تحت اثقال المصريين.	7 I shall take you as my people and I shal be your God. And you wil know that I am Yahweh your God,who have freed you from the forced labour of the Egyptians.
8 وادخلكم الى الارض التي رفعت يدي ان اعطيها لابراهيم واسحق ويعقوب. واعطيكم اياها ميراثا. انا الرب.	8 Then I shal lead you into the country which I swore I would give to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, andshall give it to you as your heritage, I, Yahweh." '
9 فكلم موسى هكذا بني اسرئيل. ولكن لم يسمعوا لموسى من صغر النفس ومن العبودية القاسية	9 And Moses repeated this to the Israelites, but they would not listen to Moses, so crushed was their spiritand so cruel their slavery.
10 ثم كلم الرب موسى قائلا.	10 Yahweh then said to Moses,
11 ادخل قل لفرعون ملك مصر ان يطلق بني اسرائيل من ارضه.	11 'Go to Pharaoh, king of Egypt, and tel him to let the Israelites leave his country.'
12 فتكلم موسى امام الرب قائلا هوذا بنو اسرائيل لم يسمعوا لي. فكيف يسمعني فرعون وانا اغلف الشفتين.	12 But Moses spoke out in Yahweh's presence and said, 'The Israelites have not listened to me, so whyshould Pharaoh take any notice of a poor speaker like me?'
13 فكلم الرب موسى وهرون واوصى معهما الى بني اسرائيل والى فرعون ملك مصر في اخراج بني اسرائيل من ارض مصر	13 Yahweh spoke to Moses and Aaron and sent them to Pharaoh king of Egypt, to lead the Israelites outof Egypt.
14 هؤلاء رؤساء بيوت آبائهم. بنو رأوبين بكر اسرائيل حنوك وفلو وحصرون وكرمي. هذه عشائر رأوبين.	14 These were their heads of families: The sons of Reuben, Israel's first-born: Hanoch, Pal u, Hezron andCarmi: these are the clans of Reuben.
15 وبنو شمعون يموئيل ويامين وأوهد وياكين وصوحر وشأول ابن الكنعانية. هذه عشائر شمعون.	15 The sons of Simeon: Jemuel, Jamin, Ohad, Jachin, Zohar, and Shaul son of the Canaanite woman:these are the clans of Simeon.
16 وهذه اسماء بني لاوي بحسب مواليدهم. جرشون وقهات ومراري. وكانت سنو حياة لاوي مئة وسبعا وثلاثين سنة.	16 These were the names of the sons of Levi with their descendants: Gershon, Kohath and Merari. Levilived for a hundred and thirty-seven years.
17 ابنا جرشون لبني وشمعي بحسب عشائرهما.	17 The sons of Gershon: Libni and Shimei, with their clans.
18 وبنو قهات عمرام ويصهار وحبرون وعزّيئيل. وكانت سنو حياة قهات مئة وثلاثا وثلاثين سنة.	18 The sons of Kohath: Amram, Izhar, Hebron and Uzziel. Kohath lived for a hundred and thirty-threeyears.
19 وابنا مراري محلي وموشي. هذه عشائر اللاويين بحسب مواليدهم.	19 The sons of Merari: Mahli and Mushi. These are the clans of Levi with their descendants.
20 واخذ عمرام يوكابد عمته زوجة له. فولدت له هرون وموسى. وكانت سنو حياة عمرام مئة وسبعا وثلاثين سنة.	20 Amram married Jochebed, his aunt, who bore him Aaron and Moses. Amram lived for a hundred andthirty-seven years.
21 وبنو يصهار قورح ونافج وذكري.	21 The sons of Izhar were: Korah, Nepheg and Zichri.
22 وبنو عزّيئيل ميشائيل وألصافان وسنري.	22 And the sons of Uzziel: Mishael, Elzaphan and Sithri.
23 واخذ هرون أليشابع بنت عمّيناداب اخت نحشون زوجة له. فولدت له ناداب وابيهو والعازار وإيثامار.	23 Aaron married Elisheba daughter of Amminadab and sister of Nahshon, and she bore him Nadab,Abihu, Eleazar and Ithamar.
24 وبنو قورح أسّير وألقانة وابيأساف. هذه عشائر القورحيين.	24 The sons of Korah: Assir, Elkanah and Abiasaph. These are the clans of the Korahites.
25 والعازار ابن هرون اخذ لنفسه من بنات فوطيئيل زوجة. فولدت له فينحاس. هؤلاء هم رؤساء آباء اللاويين بحسب عشائرهم.	25 Eleazar, son of Aaron, married one of Putiel's daughters who bore him Phinehas. These were theLevitical heads of families, according to clan.
26 هذان هما هرون وموسى اللذان قال الرب لهما أخرجا بني اسرائيل من ارض مصر بحسب اجنادهم.	26 It was to this Aaron and Moses that Yahweh said, 'Lead the Israelites out of Egypt in their armies.'
27 هما اللذان كلما فرعون ملك مصر في اخراج بني اسرائيل من مصر هذان هما موسى وهرون	27 It was they who spoke to Pharaoh, king of Egypt, to lead the Israelites out of Egypt -- namely Mosesand Aaron.
28 وكان يوم كلم الرب موسى في ارض مصر	28 Now the day when Yahweh spoke to Moses in Egypt,
29 ان الرب كلمه قائلا انا الرب. كلم فرعون ملك مصر بكل ما انا اكلمك به.	29 Yahweh said to Moses, 'Tell Pharaoh king of Egypt everything that I am going to say to you.'
30 فقال موسى امام الرب ها انا اغلف الشفتين. فكيف يسمع لي فرعون	30 But Moses said to Yahweh's face, 'I am a poor speaker, so why should Pharaoh take any notice ofme?'
