Levitico 27

1 Il Signore disse a Mosè:	1 And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying:
2 "Parla ai figli d'Israele e di' loro: Se un uomo vuole sciogliere un voto del valore di una vita davanti il Signore,	2 Speak to the sons of Israel, and you shall say to them: The man who will have made a vow and espoused his soul to God shall give the price according to the estimation.
3 il valore di un maschio sarà: dai trent'anni ai sessant'anni, cinquanta sicli d'argento, calcolato secondo il siclo del santuario;	3 If it is a male from twenty years to sixty years, he shall give fifty shekels of silver, by the measure of the Sanctuary;
4 se si tratta di una donna, il valore sarà di trenta sicli;	4 if it is a woman, thirty.
5 se si tratta di una persona dai cinque ai trent'anni, il valore del maschio sarà di venti sicli e della femmina di dieci sicli;	5 But from the fifth year until the twentieth, a male shall give twenty shekels; a female, ten.
6 se si tratta di un bambino da un mese a cinque anni, il valore del maschio sarà di cinque sicli d'argento e della femmina di tre sicli d'argento;	6 From one month until the fifth year, for a male, five shekels shall be given; for a female, three.
7 se si tratta di persona da sessant'anni in su, se è maschio il suo valore sarà di quindici sicli, e per la donna sarà di dieci sicli.	7 At sixty years and beyond, a male shall give fifteen shekels; a female, ten.
8 Se colui che ha fatto il voto non arriva a pagare il valore stabilito, presenti la persona al sacerdote; il sacerdote la valuta secondo le possibilità di colui che ha fatto il voto. Bestiame.	8 If he is poor, and he does not have the means to pay the estimation, he shall stand before the priest, and however much he will value him and see that he is able to pay, so much shall he give.
9 Se si tratta di bestiame che si può offrire al Signore, ogni animale offerto al Signore sarà sacro.	9 But an animal which could be immolated to the Lord, if anyone has vowed it, shall be holy,
10 Non si potrà cambiarlo o permutarne uno buono con uno cattivo, o uno cattivo con uno buono. Se si permuta un animale con un altro, l'animale e il suo sostituto saranno considerati sacri.	10 and it cannot be exchanged, that is, neither better for worse, nor worse for better. And if he has exchanged it, both that which was exchanged, and that for which it was exchanged shall be consecrated to the Lord.
11 Se si tratta di animale impuro, che non si può offrire al Signore, colui che ha fatto il voto presenti l'animale al sacerdote;	11 An unclean animal which could not be sacrificed to the Lord, if anyone has vowed it, shall be led before the priest,
12 il sacerdote lo valuti; buona o cattiva che sia, la valutazione del sacerdote sia accettata.	12 who, judging whether it is either good or bad, shall set the price.
13 Se l'animale viene riscattato, si aggiunga un quinto alla valutazione. Case.	13 But if he who offers it was willing to give, he shall add a fifth part above the estimation.
14 Quando un uomo consacra al Signore la sua casa, il sacerdote la valuti; buona o cattiva che sia la valutazione, si starà alla valutazione del sacerdote.	14 If a man has vowed his house, and he has sanctified it to the Lord, the priest shall examine it, whether it is good or bad, and it shall be sold according to the price which he will have established.
15 Se il consacrante vuole riscattare la sua casa, aggiunga un quinto della somma valutata e la casa sia sua. Campi.	15 But if he who vowed it was willing to redeem it, he shall give a fifth part beyond the estimation, and he shall have the house.
16 Se un uomo consacra al Signore una parte dei campi del suo patrimonio, la valutazione sarà secondo quanto vi è stato seminato; la semente contenuta in un comer d'orzo è valutata cinquanta sicli d'argento.	16 But if he has vowed a field of his possession, and has consecrated it to the Lord, the price shall be estimated according to the measure of the seed. If the land would be sown with thirty measures of barley, then let it be sold for fifty shekels of silver.
17 Se egli consacra il suo campo a partire dall'anno giubilare, la valutazione resta la stessa;	17 If he has vowed his field beginning from the current year of Jubilee, as much as it may be worth, so shall it be estimated.
18 ma se consacra il suo campo dopo il giubileo, il sacerdote gli calcoli la somma in base agli anni che restano fino all'anno giubilare, diminuendo la valutazione.	18 But if, after some amount of time, the priest shall evaluate the money according to the number of years that remain until the Jubilee, then the price shall be reduced.
19 Se chi ha consacrato il campo lo vuole riscattare, aggiunga un quinto della somma valutata e il campo vada a lui.	19 But if he who had vowed it, was willing to redeem his field, he shall add a fifth part of the money to the estimation, and then he shall possess it.
20 Se non riscatta il suo campo e lo vende a un altro uomo, non potrà riscattarlo più;	20 But if he is not willing to redeem it, then it shall be sold to any other; he who vowed it is no longer able to redeem it.
21 e quando, al giubileo, dovrà essere lasciato dal compratore, il campo sarà sacro al Signore come un campo votato con anatema; sarà possesso del sacerdote.	21 For when the day of Jubilee arrives, it shall be sanctified to the Lord. And as a possession that has been consecrated, it rightfully belongs to the priest.
22 Se consacra al Signore un campo che ha acquistato e non un campo del suo patrimonio,	22 If a field has been bought, and it is not from the possession of ancestors, it shall be sanctified to the Lord.
23 il sacerdote calcoli la somma del valore fino all'anno del giubileo ed egli versi il valore il giorno stesso come cosa sacra al Signore.	23 The priest shall evaluate the price according to the number of years until the Jubilee; and the one who had vowed it shall give to the Lord.
24 Nell'anno giubilare il campo ritorni in possesso della persona da cui l'ha comprato, a cui appartiene la terra.	24 Then, in the Jubilee, it shall be returned to the former owner, the one who had sold it and who had held it within the lot of his possession.
25 Ogni valutazione sia fatta in sicli del santuario, ogni siclo venti ghera.	25 All estimation shall be weighed according to the shekel of the Sanctuary. A shekel has twenty obols.
26 Nessuno consacri un primogenito di animali, che, in quanto tale, appartiene già al Signore; sia bestiame grosso che minuto, appartiene al Signore.	26 The firstborn, which belong to the Lord, no one is able to sanctify or vow, whether it is an ox, or a sheep, they are for the Lord.
27 Nel caso di bestiame impuro, lo si può riscattare al suo valore, aggiungendovi un quinto; e se non è riscattato sarà venduto al prezzo di stima.	27 But if it is an unclean animal, whoever offers it shall redeem it, according to your estimation, and he shall add a fifth part to the price. If he is not willing to redeem it, it shall be sold to another for whatever amount it was estimated by you.
28 Ogni cosa di cui un uomo ha fatto voto con anatema al Signore fra quanto gli appartiene, persone o animali o campi del suo patrimonio, non sia venduta e non sia riscattata; ogni cosa votata con anatema sia considerata sacra al Signore.	28 All that is consecrated to the Lord, whether it is a man, or an animal, or a field, shall not be sold; neither is it able to be redeemed. Anything, once it has been consecrated, shall be the Holy of holies to the Lord.
29 Nessuna persona votata con anatema può essere riscattata; sia messa a morte.	29 And all that has been consecrated, which is offered by man, shall not be redeemed, but shall surely die.
30 Ogni decima della terra, sia dei prodotti del suolo che dei frutti delle piante, appartiene al Signore; è sacra al Signore.	30 All the tithes of the land, whether from the grain, or from the fruits of trees, are for the Lord and are sanctified to him.
31 Se un uomo riscatta una parte delle sue decime, vi aggiunga un quinto.	31 But if anyone is willing to redeem his tithes, he shall add a fifth part to them.
32 Ogni decima del bestiame grosso o minuto, e cioè il decimo capo di quanto passa sotto la verga del pastore, sia considerato sacro al Signore.	32 Out of all the tithes of oxen, and sheep, and goats, which cross under the rod of the shepherd, every tenth one that arrives shall be sanctified to the Lord.
33 Non si scelga tra il buono e il cattivo, non si facciano permute; se una permuta sarà stata fatta, l'animale e il suo sostituto saranno ritenuti sacri; non potranno essere riscattati".	33 It shall not be chosen by what is good or bad; neither shall it be exchanged for another. If anyone has exchanged it, both that which was exchanged, and that for which it was exchanged, shall be sanctified to the Lord and shall not be redeemed.
34 Queste sono le norme che il Signore comandò a Mosè per i figli d'Israele sul monte Sinai.	34 These are the precepts, which the Lord commanded Moses for the sons of Israel on mount Sinai.
