LA SACRA BIBBIA	NEW JERUSALEM
1 Il Signore disse a Mosè:	1 Yahweh then spoke to Moses and said,
2 "Vedi, ho chiamato per nome Besaleel, figlio di Uri, figlio di Cur, della tribù di Giuda.	2 'Look, I have singled out Bezalel son of Uri, son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah,
3 L'ho riempito dello spirito di Dio, di sapienza, intelligenza, scienza per ogni opera,	3 and have filled him with the spirit of God in wisdom, knowledge and skil in every kind of craft:
4 per far progetti ed eseguirli in oro, argento e bronzo,	4 in designing and carrying out work in gold and silver and bronze,
5 per scolpire la pietra da incastonare, intagliare il legno e fare ogni opera.	5 in cutting stones to be set, in wood carving and in executing every kind of work.
6 Ecco, io gli ho dato Ooliab, figlio di Akisamac, della tribù di Dan. Nel cuore di ogni abile artigiano ho dato la sapienza, e faranno tutto ciò che ti ho ordinato:	6 And to help him I have given him Oholiab son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan, and have endowedthe hearts of al the skilled men with the skil to make everything I have ordered you:
7 la tenda del convegno, l'arca della testimonianza e il propiziatorio che vi è sopra, e tutti gli oggetti della tenda,	7 the Tent of Meeting; the ark of the Testimony; the mercy-seat above it; and all the furniture of the tent;
8 la tavola e i suoi oggetti, il candelabro d'oro puro e tutti i suoi oggetti, l'altare dell'incenso,	8 the table and al its accessories; the pure lamp-stand and al its equipment; the altar of incense;
9 l'altare dell'olocausto e tutti i suoi oggetti, la vasca e il suo supporto,	9 the altar of burnt offerings and al its accessories; the basin and its stand;
10 le vesti da cerimonia e le vesti sante per il sacerdote Aronne e le vesti dei suoi figli per il sacerdozio;	10 the liturgical vestments, the sacred vestments for Aaron the priest, and the vestments for his sons,for their priestly functions;
11 l'olio d'unzione e l'incenso aromatico per il santuario. Faranno secondo tutto quello che ti ho ordinato".	11 the anointing oil and the fragrant incense for the sanctuary. They wil do everything as I have orderedyou.'
12 Il Signore disse a Mosè:	12 Yahweh then said to Moses,
13 "Riferisci ai figli d'Israele: Dovrete osservare i miei sabati, perché è un segno tra me e voi per le vostre generazioni, perché sappiate che sono io, il Signore, a santificarvi.	13 'Speak to the Israelites and say, "You wil keep my Sabbaths properly, for this is a sign betweenmyself and you for all your generations to come, so that you will know that it is I, Yahweh, who sanctify you.
14 Osserverete il sabato, perché è santo per voi: chi lo profanerà sarà messo a morte, perché chiunque vi farà un lavoro sarà eliminato dal mezzo del suo popolo.	14 You wil keep the Sabbath, then; you wil regard it as holy. Anyone who profanes it wil be put todeath; anyone who does any work on that day wil be outlawed from his people.
15 Per sei giorni lavorerete, e il settimo giorno è riposo assoluto, sacro al Signore: chiunque farà un lavoro nel settimo giorno sarà messo a morte.	15 Work must be done for six days, but the seventh day wil be a day of complete rest, consecrated toYahweh. Anyone who works on the Sabbath day wil be put to death.
16 I figli d'Israele osserveranno il sabato, praticando il sabato nelle loro generazioni. Alleanza perenne.	16 The Israelites wil keep the Sabbath, observing the Sabbath for all their generations to come: this isan eternal covenant.
17 Tra me e i figli d'Israele è un segno perenne, perché in sei giorni il Signore fece il cielo e la terra e nel settimo giorno cessò e respirò".	17 Between myself and the Israelites, this is a sign for ever, for in six days Yahweh made heaven andearth, but on the seventh day he rested and drew breath."
18 Quando ebbe finito di parlare con lui sul monte Sinai, diede a Mosè due tavole della testimonianza, tavole in pietra, scritte con il dito di Dio.	18 When he had finished speaking to Moses on Mount Sinai, he gave him the two tablets of theTestimony, tablets of stone inscribed by the finger of God.
