1 Ecco quello che farai per consacrarli come miei sacerdoti. Prendi un torello ancora giovane e due arieti integri;	1 “But you shall also do this, so that they may be consecrated to me in the priesthood: Take a calf from the herd, and two immaculate rams,
2 pane non lievitato, focacce non lievitate intrise con olio, schiacciate non lievitate unte d'olio: le farai con fiore di farina di grano.	2 and unleavened bread, and a crust without leaven that has been sprinkled with oil, likewise, unleavened cakes smeared with oil. You shall make them all from the same wheat flour.
3 Le porrai in un cesto e le offrirai nel cesto insieme con il torello e i due arieti.	3 And, having placed them in baskets, you shall offer them, along with the calf and the two rams.
4 Farai avvicinare Aronne e i suoi figli all'ingresso della tenda del convegno e li laverai con acqua.	4 And you shall bring forward Aaron and his sons, to the door of the tabernacle of the testimony. And when you will have washed the father with his sons in water,
5 Prenderai le vesti e rivestirai Aronne della tunica, del mantello dell'efod, dell'efod, del pettorale e lo cingerai con la cintura dell'efod.	5 you shall clothe Aaron in his vestments, that is, with the linen, and the tunic, and the ephod, and the breastplate, which you shall draw together with the wide belt.
6 Metterai il turbante sulla sua testa e porrai il diadema sacro sul turbante.	6 And you shall place the headdress on his head and the holy plate upon the headdress.
7 Prenderai l'olio dell'unzione, lo verserai sul suo capo e lo ungerai.	7 And you shall pour the oil of unction over his head. And so, by this rite, he shall be consecrated.
8 Farai avvicinare i suoi figli e li rivestirai della tunica.	8 Likewise, you shall bring forward his sons, and you shall clothe them in the linen tunics, and wrap them with the wide belt:
9 Li cingerai con la cintura e annoderai loro il copricapo. Avranno il sacerdozio in statuto perenne. Così avrai investito Aronne e i suoi figli.	9 Aaron, certainly, as well as his sons. And you shall impose headdresses upon them. And they shall be priests to me by a perpetual ordinance. After you have initiated their hands,
10 Farai avvicinare il torello davanti alla tenda del convegno: Aronne e i suoi figli poseranno le loro mani sulla testa del torello.	10 you shall bring forward also the calf, in the presence of the tabernacle of the testimony. And Aaron and his sons shall lay their hands upon its head.
11 Immolerai il torello davanti al Signore, all'ingresso della tenda del convegno.	11 And you shall sacrifice it in the sight of the Lord, beside the door of the tabernacle of the testimony.
12 Prenderai del sangue del torello e lo porrai con il tuo dito sui corni dell'altare e verserai il resto del sangue alla base dell'altare.	12 And taking some of the blood of the calf, you shall place it upon the horns of the altar with your finger, but the remainder of the blood you shall pour next to its base.
13 Prenderai tutto il grasso che ricopre gli intestini, quello che eccede nel fegato, i due reni con il grasso che vi è sopra e li farai fumare sull'altare.	13 And you shall take all the fat which covers its intestines, and the mesh of the liver, as well as the two kidneys, and the fat that is on them, and you shall offer them as a burnt offering upon the altar.
14 La carne del torello, la sua pelle e i suoi escrementi li brucerai con il fuoco fuori dell'accampamento: è un sacrificio per il peccato.	14 Yet truly, the flesh of the calf, and the hide and the dung, you shall burn outside, beyond the camp, because it is for sin.
15 Prenderai un ariete: Aronne e i suoi figli poseranno le loro mani sul capo dell'ariete.	15 Likewise, you shall take one ram, and upon its head Aaron and his sons shall lay their hands.
16 Immolerai l'ariete, prenderai il suo sangue e lo aspergerai intorno all'altare.	16 And when you will have sacrificed it, you shall take from its blood and pour it around the altar.
17 Farai a pezzi l'ariete, laverai i suoi intestini, le sue zampe e li porrai sui suoi pezzi e sulla sua testa.	17 Then you shall cut the ram into pieces, and, having washed its intestines and feet, you shall place these upon the cut-up flesh and upon its head.
18 Farai fumare tutto l'ariete sull'altare. E' un olocausto in onore del Signore, un odore gradevole, un sacrificio di fuoco in onore del Signore.	18 And you shall offer the entire ram as a burnt offering upon the altar. It is an oblation to the Lord, a most sweet odor of the victim of the Lord.
19 Prenderai il secondo ariete: Aronne e i suoi figli poseranno le loro mani sul capo dell'ariete.	19 Likewise, you shall take the other ram, upon whose head Aaron and his sons shall lay their hands.
20 Immolerai l'ariete: prenderai del suo sangue e ne porrai sul lobo dell'orecchio destro di Aronne e sul lobo dell'orecchio destro dei suoi figli, sul pollice della loro mano destra e sull'alluce del loro piede destro e aspergerai il sangue intorno all'altare.	20 And when you will have immolated it, you shall take of its blood, and place it on the tip of the right ear of Aaron and his sons, and on the thumbs and big toes of their right hand and right foot, and you shall pour the blood upon the altar, all around.
21 Prenderai del sangue dall'altare e dell'olio d'unzione e ne aspergerai Aronne e le sue vesti, i suoi figli e le loro vesti. Così sarà consacrato lui e le sue vesti, i suoi figli e le loro vesti.	21 And when you have taken from the blood that is on the altar, and from the oil of unction, you shall sprinkle Aaron and his vestment, his sons and their vestments. And after they and their vestments have been consecrated,
22 Dell'ariete prenderai il grasso e la coda, il grasso che ricopre l'intestino e quello che eccede nel fegato, i due reni e il grasso che vi è sopra e la coscia destra: poiché è l'ariete dell'investitura.	22 you shall take the fat of the ram, and the rump, and the lard that covers the internal organs, and the mesh of the liver, and the two kidneys along with the fat that is on them, and the right shoulder, because it is the ram of consecration,
23 Poi prenderai un pane rotondo, una focaccia all'olio, una schiacciata dal cesto degli azzimi che è davanti al Signore,	23 and one turn of bread, a crust sprinkled with oil, and a cake from the basket of unleavened bread, which was placed in the sight of the Lord.
24 metterai tutto sulle palme di Aronne e sulle palme dei suoi figli e li presenterai con gesto di agitazione davanti al Signore.	24 And you shall place all these in the hands of Aaron and his sons, and you shall sanctify them, lifting them up in the sight of the Lord.
25 Li prenderai dalle loro mani e li farai fumare all'altare, sopra l'olocausto, in odore gradevole davanti al Signore. E' un sacrificio con il fuoco in onore del Signore.	25 And you shall take all these things from their hands and burn them upon the altar as a holocaust, as a most sweet odor in the sight of the Lord, because it is his oblation.
26 Prenderai il petto dell'ariete dell'investitura di Aronne e ne farai il gesto di agitazione davanti al Signore: sarà la tua porzione.	26 Likewise, you shall take the chest of the ram, with which Aaron was initiated, and you shall sanctify it, lifting it up in the sight of the Lord, and it will fall to your share.
27 Consacrerai il petto dell'agitazione e la coscia dell'elevazione, prelevati dall'ariete d'investitura: saranno la porzione per Aronne e per i suoi figli.	27 And you shall sanctify both the consecrated chest and the shoulder that you separated from the ram,
28 Sarà per Aronne e i suoi figli uno statuto perenne da parte dei figli di Israele: perché è un prelievo e sarà un prelievo da parte dei figli d'Israele sui loro sacrifici di comunione, il loro prelievo in onore del Signore.	28 with which Aaron was initiated with his sons, and these will fall to the share of Aaron and his sons, as a perpetual oath by the sons of Israel. For these are the greatest and the first of their victims of peace, which they offer to the Lord.
29 Le vesti sacre di Aronne passeranno ai suoi figli dopo di lui, per la loro unzione e per la loro investitura.	29 But the holy vestment, which Aaron shall use, his sons shall possess after him, so that they may be anointed in it and their hands may be consecrated.
30 Per sette giorni le rivestirà il sacerdote dopo di lui, colui che tra i suoi figli entrerà nella tenda del convegno per offrire nel santo.	30 For seven days, he who is high priest in his place and who enters the tabernacle of the testimony to minister in the Sanctuary shall use it.
31 Prenderai l'ariete dell'investitura e cuocerai la sua carne in un luogo santo.	31 But you shall take the ram of consecration and cook its flesh in the holy place.
32 Aronne e i suoi figli mangeranno la carne dell'ariete e il pane che è nel cesto all'ingresso della tenda del convegno.	32 And Aaron and his sons shall feed on it. Likewise, the loaves which are in the basket, they shall consume in the vestibule of the tabernacle of the testimony,
33 Mangeranno di quello che è stato sacrificato per loro espiazione, per la loro investitura e la loro consacrazione. Un profano non ne mangerà, perché sono cose sacre.	33 so that it may be an appeasing sacrifice, and so that the hands of those who offer may be sanctified. A stranger shall not eat from these, for they are holy.
34 Se al mattino resta della carne dell'investitura e del pane, brucerai quello che resta nel fuoco: non si mangerà, perché è sacro.	34 And what may remain until morning, of the consecrated flesh or of the bread, you shall burn these remnants with fire. These shall not be eaten, because they have been sanctified.
35 Farai così per Aronne e i suoi figli, secondo tutto quello che ti ho ordinato. Per sette giorni farai l'investitura.	35 All that I have instructed you concerning Aaron and his sons, you shall do. For seven days shall you consecrate their hands,
36 Farai un sacrificio per il peccato di un torello al giorno, in espiazione; toglierai il peccato dall'altare, facendo per esso il sacrificio espiatorio, poi lo ungerai per consacrarlo.	36 and you shall offer a calf for sin on each day, as an atonement. And you shall cleanse the altar when you will have immolated the victim of expiation, and you shall anoint it for sanctification.
37 Per sette giorni farai l'espiazione per l'altare e lo consacrerai: l'altare sarà santissimo e sarà santo tutto quello che toccherà l'altare.	37 For seven days, you shall expiate and sanctify the altar, and it shall be the Holy of holies. All those who will touch it must be sanctified.
38 Ecco quello che offrirai sull'altare: due agnelli di un anno ogni giorno, per sempre.	38 This is what you shall acquire for the altar: Two one-year-old lambs, each day continually,
39 Un agnello lo offrirai al mattino e il secondo agnello l'offrirai tra le due sere.	39 one lamb in the morning, and the other in the evening;
40 Con il primo agnello: un decimo di fior di farina impastata in un quarto di hin di olio di olive schiacciate e una libazione di un quarto di hin di vino.	40 for the one lamb, a tenth part of fine flour sprinkled with crushed oil, which shall have the measure of the fourth part of a hin, and wine for a libation, of the same measure;
41 Il secondo agnello lo farai tra le due sere con una oblazione e una libazione come quella del mattino, in odore gradevole: sacrificio di fuoco in onore al Signore.	41 truly, the other lamb you shall offer in the evening, according to the ritual of the morning oblation, and according to what we have said, as an odor of sweetness.
42 E' l'olocausto perenne per le vostre generazioni, all'ingresso della tenda del convegno, davanti al Signore, dove vi incontrerò per parlarti.	42 It is a sacrifice to the Lord, by a perpetual oblation among your generations, at the door of the tabernacle of the testimony before the Lord, where I resolve to speak to you.
43 E' là che incontrerò i figli d'Israele, e sarà consacrato per la mia gloria.	43 And there I will instruct the sons of Israel, and the altar shall be sanctified by my glory.
44 Consacrerò la tenda del convegno e l'altare; consacrerò Aronne e i suoi figli come miei sacerdoti.	44 I will also sanctify the tabernacle of the testimony with the altar, and Aaron with his sons, to exercise the priesthood for me.
45 Abiterò in mezzo ai figli d'Israele e sarò loro Dio.	45 And I will live in the midst of the sons of Israel, and I will be their God.
46 Sapranno che io sono il Signore, loro Dio, che li ho fatti uscire dalla terra d'Egitto per abitare in mezzo a loro: io, il Signore, loro Dio.	46 And they shall know that I am the Lord their God, who led them away from the land of Egypt, so that I might dwell among them. I am the Lord their God.”
