Psalms 33

1 To David, when he changed his appearance in the sight of Abimelech, and so he dismissed him, and he went away.	1 (32-1) Радуйтесь, праведные, о Господе: правым прилично славословить.
2 I will bless the Lord at all times. His praise will be ever in my mouth.	2 (32-2) Славьте Господа на гуслях, пойте Ему на десятиструнной псалтири;
3 In the Lord, my soul will be praised. May the meek listen and rejoice.	3 (32-3) пойте Ему новую песнь; пойте Ему стройно, с восклицанием,
4 Magnify the Lord with me, and let us extol his name in itself.	4 (32-4) ибо слово Господне право и все дела Его верны.
5 I sought the Lord, and he heeded me, and he carried me away from all my tribulations.	5 (32-5) Он любит правду и суд; милости Господней полна земля.
6 Approach him and be enlightened, and your faces will not be confounded.	6 (32-6) Словом Господа сотворены небеса, и духом уст Его--все воинство их:
7 This poor one cried out, and the Lord heeded him, and he saved him from all his tribulations.	7 (32-7) Он собрал, будто груды, морские воды, положил бездны в хранилищах.
8 The Angel of the Lord will encamp around those who fear him, and he will rescue them.	8 (32-8) Да боится Господа вся земля; да трепещут пред Ним все живущие во вселенной,
9 Taste and see that the Lord is sweet. Blessed is the man who hopes in him.	9 (32-9) ибо Он сказал, --и сделалось; Он повелел, --и явилось.
10 Fear the Lord, all you his saints. For there is no destitution for those who fear him.	10 (32-10) Господь разрушает советы язычников, уничтожает замыслы народов.
11 The rich have been needy and hungry, but those who seek the Lord will not be deprived of any good thing.	11 (32-11) Совет же Господень стоит вовек; помышления сердца Его--в род и род.
12 Come forward, sons. Listen to me. I will teach you the fear of the Lord.	12 (32-12) Блажен народ, у которого Господь есть Бог, --племя, которое Он избрал в наследие Себе.
13 Which is the man who wills life, who chooses to see good days?	13 (32-13) С небес призирает Господь, видит всех сынов человеческих;
14 Prohibit your tongue from evil and your lips from speaking deceit.	14 (32-14) с престола, на котором восседает, Он призирает на всех, живущих на земле:
15 Turn away from evil, and do good. Inquire about peace, and pursue it.	15 (32-15) Он создал сердца всех их и вникает во все дела их.
16 The eyes of the Lord are on the just, and his ears are with their prayers.	16 (32-16) Не спасется царь множеством воинства; исполина не защитит великая сила.
17 But the countenance of the Lord is upon those who do evil, to perish the remembrance of them from the earth.	17 (32-17) Ненадежен конь для спасения, не избавит великою силою своею.
18 The just cried out, and the Lord heard them, and he freed them from all their tribulations.	18 (32-18) Вот, око Господне над боящимися Его и уповающими на милость Его,
19 The Lord is near to those who are troubled in heart, and he will save the humble in spirit.	19 (32-19) что Он душу их спасет от смерти и во время голода пропитает их.
20 Many are the afflictions of the just, but from them all the Lord will free them.	20 (32-20) Душа наша уповает на Господа: Он--помощь наша и защита наша;
21 The Lord preserves all of their bones, not one of them shall be broken.	21 (32-21) о Нем веселится сердце наше, ибо на святое имя Его мы уповали.
22 The death of a sinner is very harmful, and those who hate the just will fare badly.	22 (32-22) Да будет милость Твоя, Господи, над нами, как мы уповаем на Тебя.
23 The Lord will redeem the souls of his servants, and none of those who hope in him will fare badly.
