1 Yahweh then said to Moses, 'Now you wil see what I am going to do to Pharaoh. A mighty hand wilforce him to let them go, a mighty hand will force him to expel them from his country.'	1 Disse il Signore a Moisè: ora vederete quello ch' io farò a Faraone: in verità per la mano forte mia lascerà loro; e nella mano potente caccerà loro della terra sua.
2 God spoke to Moses and said to him, 'I am Yahweh.	2 Favellò lo Signore a Moisè dicendo: io Signore,
3 To Abraham, Isaac and Jacob I appeared as El Shaddai, but I did not make my name Yahweh known tothem.	3 il quale apparii ad Abraam, Isaac e lacob in Dio onnipotente; e il nome mio Adonai non dimostrai loro;
4 I also made my covenant with them to give them the land of Canaan, the country in which they wereliving as aliens.	4 e pattuii con loro patto, ch' io daria a loro la terra di Canaan, la terra di peregrinazione loro, nella quale furono forestieri;
5 Furthermore, I have heard the groaning of the Israelites, enslaved by the Egyptians, and haveremembered my covenant.	5 io udii lo pianto de' figliuoli d'Israel, del quale quelli d'Egitto premettero loro; e ricordato mi sono del patto mio.
6 So say to the Israelites, "I am Yahweh. I shall free you from the forced labour of the Egyptians; I shalrescue you from their slavery and I shal redeem you with outstretched arm and mighty acts of judgement.	6 Adunque dì a' figliuoli d'Israel: io Signore, il quale trarrò voi dello rigoglio di quegli d'Egitto, e iscamperò voi della servitudine, e ricompererò voi nel braccio eccelso e con grandi giudicii.
7 I shall take you as my people and I shal be your God. And you wil know that I am Yahweh your God,who have freed you from the forced labour of the Egyptians.	7 E torrò voi per mio popolo, e sarò vostro Dio; e saprete ch' io son lo Signore Iddio vostro, il quale trarrò voi della servitudine degli Egizii.
8 Then I shal lead you into the country which I swore I would give to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, andshall give it to you as your heritage, I, Yahweh." '	8 E menerò voi nella terra, sopra la quale levai la mano mia acciò ch' io dessi quella ad Abraam Isaac e Iacob; e darò quella a voi da possedere, io Signore.
9 And Moses repeated this to the Israelites, but they would not listen to Moses, so crushed was their spiritand so cruel their slavery.	9 Narrò adunque Moisè ogni cosa alli figliuoli d'Israel; i quali non acconsentirono a lui per l'angoscia dello spirito e lavorìo durissimo.
10 Yahweh then said to Moses,	10 E favellò lo Signore a Moisè, dicendo:
11 'Go to Pharaoh, king of Egypt, and tel him to let the Israelites leave his country.'	11 Va, e favella a Faraone re d'Egitto, acciò che lasci li figliuoli d'Israel uscire della terra sua.
12 But Moses spoke out in Yahweh's presence and said, 'The Israelites have not listened to me, so whyshould Pharaoh take any notice of a poor speaker like me?'	12 Rispose Moisè innanzi al Signore: ecco, i gliuoli d'Israel non odono me; e come udirà Faraone, specialmente conciosia cosa ch' io sia non circonciso de' labri?
13 Yahweh spoke to Moses and Aaron and sent them to Pharaoh king of Egypt, to lead the Israelites outof Egypt.	13 Favello lo Signore a Moisè ed Aaron; e diede lo comandamento alli figliuoli d'Israel, e a Faraone re d'Egitto, che gli menassero li figliuoli d'Israel della terra d'Egitto.
14 These were their heads of families: The sons of Reuben, Israel's first-born: Hanoch, Pal u, Hezron andCarmi: these are the clans of Reuben.	14 Questi sono li principali delle case per le famiglie: li figliuoli di Ruben, primogenito d'Israel: Enoc, Fallu, Esron e Carmi. E queste sono le cognazioni di Ruben.
15 The sons of Simeon: Jemuel, Jamin, Ohad, Jachin, Zohar, and Shaul son of the Canaanite woman:these are the clans of Simeon.	15 Li figliuoli di Simeon: Iamuel e lamin ed Aod, lachim e Soar e Saul figliuolo di Cananito. E queste sono le schiatte di Simeon.
16 These were the names of the sons of Levi with their descendants: Gershon, Kohath and Merari. Levilived for a hundred and thirty-seven years.	16 E questi sono li nomi de' figliuoli di Levi per le sue cognazioni: Gerson e Caat e Merari. Li anni della vita di Levi furono centotrentasette.
17 The sons of Gershon: Libni and Shimei, with their clans.	17 Li figliuoli di Gerson: Lobni e Semei, per li parentadi suoi.
18 The sons of Kohath: Amram, Izhar, Hebron and Uzziel. Kohath lived for a hundred and thirty-threeyears.	18 Li figliuoli di Caat: Amram ed Isaar ed Ebron ed Oziel. Eli anni della vita di Caat cento trentatre.
19 The sons of Merari: Mahli and Mushi. These are the clans of Levi with their descendants.	19 E li figliuoli di Merari: Mooli e Musi. E questi sono li parentadi di Levi per le famiglie sue.
20 Amram married Jochebed, his aunt, who bore him Aaron and Moses. Amram lived for a hundred andthirty-seven years.	20 Ma tolse Amram moglie Iocabed della schiatta sua, la quale partorì a lui Aaron e Moisè. E furono gli anni della vita di Amram centotrentasette.
21 The sons of Izhar were: Korah, Nepheg and Zichri.	21 Eli figliuoli d'Isaar: Core e Neteg e Zecri.
22 And the sons of Uzziel: Mishael, Elzaphan and Sithri.	22 E li figliuoli d'Oziel: Misael, Elisafan e Setri.
23 Aaron married Elisheba daughter of Amminadab and sister of Nahshon, and she bore him Nadab,Abihu, Eleazar and Ithamar.	23 Ma tolse Aaron moglie Elisabet, figliuola di Aminadab, sorella di Naason, la quale partorì a lui Nadab ed Abiu, Eleazar ed Itamar.
24 The sons of Korah: Assir, Elkanah and Abiasaph. These are the clans of the Korahites.	24 E li figliuoli di Core: Aser ed Elcana ed Abiasaf. Questi sono li parentadi delli Coritari.
25 Eleazar, son of Aaron, married one of Putiel's daughters who bore him Phinehas. These were theLevitical heads of families, according to clan.	25 Ma impertanto Eleazar, figliuolo di Aaron (prete) tolse moglie delle figliuole di Futiel, la quale partorì a lui Finees. Questi sono li principi delle famiglie di Levi per li parentadi suoi.
26 It was to this Aaron and Moses that Yahweh said, 'Lead the Israelites out of Egypt in their armies.'	26 E questi è Moisè ed Aaron; ai quali comandò lo Signore, che ne menassero li figliuoli d'Israel d'Egitto, ciascuno con la sua schiatta.
27 It was they who spoke to Pharaoh, king of Egypt, to lead the Israelites out of Egypt -- namely Mosesand Aaron.	27 Questi sono coloro, che favellarono a Faraone re d'Egitto,acciò educano i figliuoli d'Israel d'Egitto: questi sono Aaron e Moisè.
28 Now the day when Yahweh spoke to Moses in Egypt,	28 Nel dì nel quale favello lo Signore a Moisè nella terra d'Egitto,
29 Yahweh said to Moses, 'Tell Pharaoh king of Egypt everything that I am going to say to you.'	29 e favello lo Signore a Mosè dicendo: io Signore; favella a Faraone re d'Egitto ogni cosa ch' io favello a te.
30 But Moses said to Yahweh's face, 'I am a poor speaker, so why should Pharaoh take any notice ofme?'	30 E disse Moisè innanzi al Signore: certo io sono incirconciso de' labri; come udirà me Faraone?
