1 'You will make an altar on which to burn incense; you wil make it of acacia wood,	1 »Napravi i žrtvenik za paljenje tamjana; napravi ga od bagremova drva.
2 one cubit long, and one cubit wide -- it must be square -- and two cubits high; its horns must be of apiece with it.	2 Neka bude lakat dug, lakat širok, u pravokut, i dva lakta visok. Neka mu roščići budu od jednoga komada s njim.
3 You will overlay its top, its sides all round and its horns with pure gold and make a gold moulding to goal round.	3 Obloži mu u čisto zlato: njegovu gornju plohu, njegove strane naokolo i njegove roščiće. Načini mu zlatan završni pojas naokolo.
4 You will make two gold rings for it below the moulding on its two opposite sides, to take the shaftsused for carrying it.	4 Načini mu dva zlatna koluta. Pričvrsti mu ih s dviju suprotnih strana ispod završnog pojasa. Kroz njih će se provlačiti motke za nošenje.
5 You will make the shafts of acacia wood and overlay them with gold.	5 Motke načini od bagremova drva i zlatom ih obloži.
6 'You will put it in front of the curtain by the ark of Testimony, in front of the mercy-seat which is on theTestimony, where I shal meet you.	6 Postavi žrtvenik pred zavjesu što zastire Kovčeg svjedočanstva – nasuprot Pomirilištu nad Svjedočanstvom – gdje ću se ja s tobom sastajati.
7 On it Aaron wil burn fragrant incense each morning; when he trims the lamps, he will burn incense onit;	7 Neka na njemu Aron pali miomirisni tamjan svako jutro kad priprema svjetla;
8 and when Aaron puts back the lamps at twilight, he will burn incense on it, incense perpetual y beforeYahweh for all your generations to come.	8 neka ga Aron opet pali u suton kad svjetla zapaljuje, da to bude svagdašnje kadiono prinošenje pred Jahvom u sve vaše naraštaje.
9 You will not offer unauthorised incense, or burnt offering, or cereal offering on it, and you will not pourany libation over it.	9 Ne prinosi na njemu ni neposvećenoga tamjana, ni paljenice, ni prinosnice, ni ljevanice!
10 Once a year, Aaron wil perform the rite of expiation on the horns of the altar; once a year, on the Dayof Expiation, with the blood of the sacrifice for sin, he wil make expiation for himself, for al your generations tocome. It is especial y holy for Yahweh.'	10 Jednom u godini neka Aron obavi obred pomirenja na njegovim roščićima. Krvlju žrtve koja se prinosi za grijeh, jednom na godinu, neka obavi obred pomirenja za žrtvenik. Tako činite u sve naraštaje. Jer oltar je presveta svetinja Jahvina.«
11 Yahweh then spoke to Moses and said,	11 Nadalje Jahve reče Mojsiju:
12 'When you count the Israelites by census, each one of them must pay Yahweh a ransom for his life,to avoid any incidence of plague among them while you are holding the census.	12 »Kad budeš pravio popis Izraelaca prilikom novačenja, neka svatko dâ Jahvi otkupninu za se kad se upiše, da ih kakvo zlo ne snađe zbog novačenja.
13 Everyone subject to the census wil pay half a shekel, reckoning by the sanctuary shekel: twentygerah to the shekel. This half-shekel will be set aside for Yahweh.	13 Tko god potpada pod novačenje, ovoliko neka dadne: pola šekela – prema hramskom šekelu, gdje je dvadeset gera u šekelu. To pola šekela neka bude kao prinos Jahvi.
14 Everyone subject to the census, that is to say of twenty years and over, will pay the sum set aside forYahweh.	14 Tko god potpada pod novačenje, od dvadeset godina starosti pa naviše, neka dadne prinos Jahvi.
15 The rich man must not give more, nor the poor man less, than half a shekel when he pays the sumset aside for Yahweh in ransom for your lives.	15 Bogataš neka ne plaća više niti siromah manje od pola šekela kad daju prinos Jahvi kao otkup za se.
16 You wil take the ransom money of the Israelites and apply it to the service of the Tent of Meeting, forit to be a reminder of the Israelites before Yahweh, as the ransom for your lives.'	16 Uzimaj otkupni novac od Izraelaca i određuj ga za potrebe Šatora sastanka. Neka to bude Jahvi na spomen da se sjeća Izraelaca i da im bude milostiv.«
17 Yahweh then spoke to Moses and said,	17 Reče Jahve Mojsiju:
18 'You wil also make a bronze basin on its bronze stand, for washing. You wil put it between the Tentof Meeting and the altar and put water in it,	18 »Napravi umivaonik od mjedi i podnožje od mjedi za umivanje. Postavi ga između Šatora sastanka i žrtvenika. Nalij u nj vode
19 in which Aaron and his sons wil wash their hands and feet.	19 pa neka Aron i njegovi sinovi peru svoje ruke i noge vodom iz njega.
20 Whenever they are to enter the Tent of Meeting, they wil wash, to avoid incurring death; andwhenever they approach the altar for their service, to burn an offering for Yahweh,	20 Kad moradnu ulaziti u Šator sastanka, ili kad se moradnu primicati žrtveniku za službu da spaljuju žrtve u čast Jahvi paljene, neka se vodom operu da ne poginu.
21 they wil wash their hands and feet, to avoid incurring death. This is a perpetual decree for him andhis descendants for all their generations to come.'	21 Neka operu ruke svoje i noge svoje da izbjegnu smrti: to je trajna naredba Aronu i njegovim potomcima u sve naraštaje.«
22 Yahweh spoke further to Moses and said,	22 Još reče Jahve Mojsiju:
23 'Take the finest spices: five hundred shekels of fresh myrrh, half as much (two hundred and fiftyshekels) of fragrant cinnamon, two hundred and fifty shekels of scented reed,	23 »Nabavi najboljih mirodija: pet stotina šekela smirne samotoka, pola te težine – dvjesta pedeset – mirisavog cimeta, dvjesta pedeset mirisave trstike,
24 five hundred shekels (reckoning by the sanctuary shekel) of cassia, and one hin of olive oil.	24 pet stotina – prema hramskom šekelu – lovorike i jedan hin maslinova ulja.
25 You wil make this into a holy anointing oil, such a blend as the perfumer might make; this wil be aholy anointing oil.	25 Od toga napravi posvećeno ulje za pomazanje; da bude smjesa kao da ju je pravio pomastar. Neka to bude posvećeno ulje za pomazanje.
26 With it you wil anoint the Tent of Meeting and the ark of the Testimony,	26 Time onda pomaži: Šator sastanka i Kovčeg svjedočanstva;
27 the table and al its accessories, the lamp-stand and its accessories, the altar of incense,	27 stol i sav njegov pribor; svijećnjak i sav njegov pribor; žrtvenik kadioni;

30 You wil also anoint Aaron and his sons and consecrate them to be priests in my service.	30 Pomaži Arona i njegove sinove i posveti ih meni za svećenike.
31 You wil then speak to the Israelites and say, "This anointing oil wil be holy for you for al yourgenerations to come.	31 Onda kaži Izraelcima ovako: ‘Ovo je moje posvećeno ulje za pomazanje od koljena do koljena.
32 It must not be used for anointing the human body, nor may you make any of the same mixture. It is aholy thing; you wil regard it as holy.	32 Ne smije se polijevati po tijelu običnoga čovjeka; ne smijete praviti drugoga ovakva sastava! To je posvećeno i neka vam bude sveto!
33 Anyone who makes up the same oil or uses it on an unauthorised person wil be outlawed from hispeople." '	33 Tko god takvo napravi, ili tko ga stavi na kojeg svjetovnjaka, neka se odstrani od svog naroda!’«
34 Yahweh then said to Moses, 'Take sweet spices: storax, onycha, galbanum, sweet spices and purefrankincense in equal parts,	34 Jahve još reče Mojsiju: »Nabavi mirodija: natafe, šeheleta i helebene. Od tih mirodija i čistoga tamjana,
35 and compound an incense, such a blend as the perfumer might make, salted, pure, and holy.	35 sve u jednakim dijelovima, napravi tamjan za kađenje, smjesu mirodija kakvu pravi pomastar, opranu, čistu, svetu.
36 You wil grind some of this up very fine and put it in front of the Testimony in the Tent of Meeting,where I shal meet you. You wil regard it as especial y holy.	36 Od toga nešto smrvi u prah i jedan dio stavi pred Svjedočanstvo, u Šator sastanka, gdje ću se ja s tobom sastajati. Držite tu mirodiju presvetom!
37 You may not make any incense of similar composition for your own use. You wil regard it as holy,reserved for Yahweh Anyone who makes up the same thing to use as perfume will be outlawed from his people.'	37 A miomiris koji napraviš prema tome sastavu, za svoju upotrebu ne smijete praviti. To drži za svetinju Jahvi!
	38 Tko sebi napravi što takvo da mu miriše, neka se iskorijeni iz svoga naroda.«
