Job 25

KING JAMES BIBLE	JERUSALEM
1 Then answered Bildad the Shuhite, and said,	1 Bildad de Shuah prit la parole et dit:
2 Dominion and fear are with him, he maketh peace in his high places.	2 C'est un souverain redoutable, Celui qui fait régner la paix dans ses hauteurs.
3 Is there any number of his armies? and upon whom doth not his light arise?	3 Peut-on dénombrer ses troupes? Contre qui ne surgit pas son éclair?
4 How then can man be justified with God? or how can he be clean that is born of a woman?	4 Et l'homme se croirait juste devant Dieu, il serait pur, l'enfant de la femme?
5 Behold even to the moon, and it shineth not; yea, the stars are not pure in his sight.	5 La lune même est sans éclat, les étoiles se sont pas pures à ses yeux.
6 How much less man, that is a worm? and the son of man, which is a worm?	6 Combien moins l'homme, cette vermine, un fils d'homme, ce vermisseau?
