1 Unto the end, in hymns, for David.	1 In fine salmo di David per Iditum.
2 Hear, O God, my supplication: be attentive to my prayer,	2 Or non sarà soggetta a Dio l'anima mia, quando da lui viene la mia salute?
3 To thee have I cried from the ends of the earth: when my heart was in anguish, thou hast exalted me on a rock. Thou hast conducted me;	3 Per che egli è il mio Iddio, e la mia salute; mio soccorso, e più non mi muoverò.
4 for thou hast been my hope; a tower of strength against the face of the enemy.	4 Insino quando tutti voi perseguitate l'uomo? uccidete, come all' abbassato parete e alla maceria rifiutata?
5 In thy tabernacle I shall dwell for ever: I shall be protected under the covert of thy wings.	5 Nientemeno hanno pensato gittare a drieto il mio prezzo; ma corsi con sete; con sua bocca benedicevano, e col cuore maledicevano.
6 For thou, my God, hast heard my prayer: thou hast given an inheritance to them that fear thy name.	6 E però a Dio sii soggetta, o anima mia; però che da lui è la mia pazienza.
7 Thou wilt add days to the days of the king: his years even to generation and generation.	7 Per ch' egli è mio Iddio, e mio Salvatore; aiutatore mio, non mi partird.
8 He abideth for ever in the sight of God: his mercy and truth who shall search ?	8 In Dio è il mio salvatore e la gloria mia; Iddio del mio aiuto, e la mia speranza è in Dio.
9 So will I sing a psalm to thy name for ever and ever: that I may pay my vows from day to day.	9 Sperate in lui, tutta la congregazione del popolo; dinanzi a lui spandete li vostri cuori; per che Iddio è nostro aiuto in eterno.
	10 Però sono vani i figliuoli delli uomini, bugiardi i figliuoli delli uomini nelle statere; acciò che ingannino della propria vanità.
	11 Non vogliate sperare nella iniquità; non vogliate desiderare le rapine; se abbondano le ricchezze, non vogliatele tenere al cuore.
	12 Una volta parlò Iddio; ho udito queste due cose, come la potenza è di Dio, e a te, Signore, è la misericordia; imperò [che] renderai a ciascheduno secondo loro opere.
