Nehemiah 11

1 And the princes of the people dwelt at Jerusalem: but the rest of the people cast lots, to take one part in ten to dwell in Jerusalem the holy city, and nine parts in the other cities.	1 Estabeleceram-se os chefes do povo em Jerusalém. O resto dos israelitas tirou a sorte, a fim de que um entre dez viesse habitar em Jerusalém, na cidade santa, enquanto que os nove outros ficariam nas demais cidades.
2 And the people blessed all the men that willingly offered themselves to dwell in Jerusalem.	2 O povo abençoou todos aqueles que se decidiram espontaneamente a vir habitar em Jerusalém.
3 These therefore are the chief men of the province, who dwelt in Jerusalem, and in the cities of Juda. And every one dwelt in his possession, in their cities: Israel, the priests, the Levites, the Nathinites, and the children of the servants of Solomon.	3 Eis os chefes de família da colônia que se estabeleceu em Jerusalém. Nas cidades de Judá, israelitas, sacerdotes, levitas, natineus e os filhos dos escravos de Salomão estabeleceram-se cada um em sua propriedade, na sua cidade.
4 And in Jerusalem there dwelt some of the children of Juda, and some of the children of Benjamin: of the children of Juda, Athaias the son of Aziam, the son of Zacharias, the son of Amarias, the son of Saphatias, the son of Malaleel: of the sons of Phares,	4 Estabeleceram-se em Jerusalém filhos de Judá e filhos de Benjamim. Entre os filhos de Judá: Ataías, filho de Azião, filho de Zacarias, filho de Amarias, filho de Safatias, filho de Malaleel, dos filhos de Fares;
5 Maasia the son of Baruch, the son of Cholhoza, the son of Hazia, the son of Adaia, the son of Joiarib, the son of Zacharias, the son of the Silonite:	5 e Maasias, filho de Baruc, filho de Colhosa, filho de Hazias, filho de Adaías, filho de Joiarib, filho de Zacarias, filho de Sela.
6 All these the sons of Phares, who dwelt in Jerusalem, were four hundred sixty-eight valiant men.	6 Total dos filhos de Fares que habitaram em Jerusalém: 468 homens valentes.
7 And these are the children of Benjamin: Sellum the son of Mosollam, the son of Joed, the son of Phadaia, the son of Colaia, the son of Masia, the son of Etheel, the son of Isaia.	7 Eis os filhos de Benjamim: Selum, filho de Mosolão, filho de Joed, filho de Fadaías, filho de Colaías, filho de Maasias, filho de Eteel, filho de Isaías,

13 And his brethren the chiefs of the fathers: two hundred forty-two. And Amassai the son of Azreel, the son of Ahazi, the son of Mosollamoth, the son of Emmer,	13 e seus irmãos, chefes de família: 242; e Amassai, filho de Azrael, filho Aazi, filho de Mosolamot, filho de Emmer,
14 And their brethren who were very mighty, a hundred twenty-eight: and their ruler Zabdiel son of the mighty.	14 e seus irmãos, fortes e valentes, em número de 128. Zabdiel, filho de Hagdolim, era o seu chefe.
15 And of the Levites Semeia the son of Hasub, the son of Azaricam, the son of Hasabia, the son of Boni,	15 Entre os levitas: Semeías, filho de Hasub, filho de Azaricã, filho de Hasabias, filho de Boni;

17 And Mathania the son of Micha, the son of Zebedei, the son of Asaph, was the principal man to praise, and to give glory in prayer, and Becbecia the second, one of his brethren, and Abda the son of Samua, the son of Galal, the son of Idithun.	17 Matanias, filho de Mica, filho de Zebedeu, filho de Asaf, o chefe que entoava o cântico de louvores no tempo da oração; Becbecias, o segundo entre os seus irmãos, e Abda, filho de Samua, filho de Galal, filho de Iditum.
18 All the Levites in the holy city were two hundred eighty-four.	18 Total dos levitas residentes na cidade santa: 284.
19 And the porters, Accub, Telmon, and their brethren, who kept the doors: a hundred seventy-two.	19 E os porteiros: Acub, Telmon e seus irmãos, guardiães das portas: 172.
20 And the rest of Israel, the priests and the Levites were in all the cities of Juda, every man in his possession.	20 O restante dos israelitas, sacerdotes e levitas, estabeleceu-se em todas as outras cidades de Judá, cada um em sua propriedade.
21 And the Nathinites, that dwelt in Ophel, and Siaha, and Gaspha of the Nathinites.	21 Os natineus estabeleceram-se no quarteirão de Ofel, tendo à frente Sia e Gasfa.
22 And the overseer of the Levites in Jerusalem, was Azzi the son of Bani, the son of Hasabia, the son of Mathania, the son of Micha. Of the sons of Asaph, were the singing men in the ministry of the house of Cod.	22 O chefe dos levitas de Jerusalém era Azi, filho de Bani, filho de Hasabias, filho de Matanias, filho de Mica, um dos cantores filho de Asaf, encarregado do serviço da casa de Deus.
23 For the king's commandment was concerning them, and an order among the singing men day by day.	23 Havia uma ordem do rei concernente a eles, e um salário determinado era entregue quotidianamente aos seus cantores.

27 And at Hasersual, and at Bersabee, and in the villages thereof,	27 em Hasersual, em Bersabéia e em suas aldeias;

31 And the children of Benjamin, from Geba, at Mechmas, and at Hai, and at Bethel, and in the villages thereof,	31 Descendentes de Benjamim estabeleceram-se desde Geba, até Macmas, Hai, Betel e em suas aldeias,
32 At Anathoth, Nob, Anania,	32 em Anatot, em Nobe, em Anania,
33 Asor, Rama, Gethaim,	33 em Asor, em Rama, Getaim,
34 Hadid, Seboim, and Neballat, Led,	34 em Hadid, em Seboim, em Nebalat,
35 And Ono the valley of craftsmen.	35 em Lod e em Ono, no vale dos operários.
36 And of the Levites were portions of Juda and Benjamin.	36 Entre os levitas, houve classes pertencentes a Judá que se uniram à tribo de Benjamim.
