1 Si quelqu’un offre en sacrifice de communion du gros bétail, mâle ou femelle, il présentera à Yahvé une bête sans défaut.	1 "If someone in presenting a peace offering makes his offering from the herd, he may offer before the LORD either a male or a female animal, but it must be without blemish.
2 Il posera sa main sur la tête de la victime et il l’égorgera devant l’entrée de la Tente du Rendez-Vous. Les prêtres, fils d’Aaron, répandront le sang sur l’autel et autour.	2 He shall lay his hand on the head of his offering, and then slaughter it at the entrance of the meeting tent; but Aaron's sons, the priests, shall splash its blood on the sides of the altar.
3 On prélèvera une part sur ce sacrifice de communion pour l’offrir par le feu à Yahvé: la graisse qui enveloppe les entrailles et toute la graisse qui est attachée aux entrailles,	3 From the peace offering he shall offer as an oblation to the LORD the fatty membrane over the inner organs, and all the fat that adheres to them,
4 les deux rognons avec la graisse qui les recouvre et celle qui les entoure, enfin l’enveloppe du foie qu’on détachera des rognons.	4 as well as the two kidneys, with the fat on them near the loins, and the lobe of the liver, which he shall sever above the kidneys.
5 Les fils d’Aaron feront fumer le tout sur l’autel, par-dessus le sacrifice par le feu disposé sur le bois de l’autel. C’est un sacrifice par le feu, d’agréable odeur à Yahvé.	5 All this Aaron's sons shall then burn on the altar with the holocaust, on the wood over the fire, as a sweet-smelling oblation to the LORD.
6 Si l’on offre du petit bétail, mâle ou femelle, en sacrifice de communion, on présentera à Yahvé une bête sans défaut.	6 "If the peace offering he presents to the LORD is from the flock, he may offer either a male or a female animal, but it must be without blemish.
7 Si quelqu’un offre en sacrifice un agneau, il l’amènera devant Yahvé.	7 If he presents a lamb as his offering, he shall bring it before the LORD,
8 Il posera sa main sur la tête de la victime et il l’égorgera devant la Tente du Rendez-Vous, puis les fils d’Aaron verseront le sang sur l’autel et autour.	8 and after laying his hand on the head of his offering, he shall slaughter it before the meeting tent; but Aaron's sons shall splash its blood on the sides of the altar.
9 De ce sacrifice de communion, on offrira une part en sacrifice par le feu en l’honneur de Yahvé: la graisse, la queue toute entière coupée près de l’échine, la graisse qui enveloppe les entrailles et celle qui y est attachée,	9 As an oblation to the LORD he shall present the fat of the peace offering: the whole fatty tail, which he must sever close to the spine, the fatty membrane over the inner organs, and all the fat that adheres to them,
10 les deux rognons avec la graisse qui les recouvre et celle qui les entoure, enfin l’enveloppe du foie que l’on détachera près des rognons.	10 as well as the two kidneys, with the fat on them near the loins, and the lobe of the liver, which he must sever above the kidneys.
11 Le prêtre fera fumer le tout sur l’autel: c’est un aliment donné au feu, en l’honneur de Yahvé.	11 All this the priest shall burn on the altar as the food of the LORD'S oblation.
12 Si quelqu’un offre une chèvre, il la présentera à Yahvé.	12 "If he presents a goat, he shall bring it before the LORD,
13 Il posera sa main sur la tête de la victime et il l’égorgera à l’entrée de la Tente du Rendez-Vous. Les fils d’Aaron répandront le sang sur l’autel et autour.	13 and after laying his hand on its head, he shall slaughter it before the meeting tent; but Aaron's sons shall splash its blood on the sides of the altar.
14 De la victime, il offrira une part en sacrifice par le feu, en l’honneur de Yahvé: la graisse qui enveloppe les entrailles et celle qui y est attachée,	14 From it he shall offer as an oblation to the LORD the fatty membrane over the inner organs, and all the fat that adheres to them,
15 les deux rognons avec la graisse qui les recouvre et celle qui les entoure, enfin l’enveloppe du foie qu’on détachera près des rognons.	15 as well as the two kidneys, with the fat on them near the loins, and the lobe of the liver, which he must sever above the kidneys.
16 Le prêtre fera fumer le tout sur l’autel: c’est un aliment donné au feu, d’où monte une agréable odeur.	16 All this the priest shall burn on the altar as the food of the sweet-smelling oblation. All the fat belongs to the LORD.
17 Toute graisse appartient à Yahvé, c’est une loi perpétuelle pour vos descendants. Vous ne mangerez ni la graisse, ni le sang, en quelque endroit que vous habitiez.”	17 This shall be a perpetual ordinance for your descendants wherever they may dwell. You shall not partake of any fat or any blood."
