BIBBIA VOLGARE	DOUAI-RHEIMS
1 Nella fine; per quella la qual consèguita la eredità	1 Unto the end, for her that obtaineth the inheritance. A psalm of David.
2 Signore, ricevi le mie parole con le tue orecchie; intendi lo mio grido.	2 Give ear, O Lord, to my words, understand my cry.
3 Intendi la voce della mia orazione, o re mio. e Iddio mio.	3 Hearken to the voice of my prayer, O my King and my God.
4 Perciò ch' io adorerò a te; Signore, la mattina (per tempo) tu esaudirai la voce mia.	4 For to thee will I pray: O Lord, in the morning thou shalt hear my voice.
5 La mattina starò dinanzi a te, e vederotti; perciò che tu sei Signore che non vogli iniquitade.	5 In the morning I will stand before thee, and will see: because thou art not a God that willest iniquity.
6 E non abiterà appo te persona maligna; e non permarranno li ingiusti dinanzi agli occhii tuoi.	6 Neither shall the wicked dwell near thee: nor shall the unjust abide before thy eyes.
7 Tu hai avuto in odio tutti coloro i quali sono operatori di iniquitade; e distruggerai tutti quelli i quali dicono menzogna. L'uomo di sangue e bugiardo, Iddio l' avrà in abominazione.	7 Thou hatest all the workers of iniquity: Thou wilt destroy all that speak a lie. The bloody and the deceitful man the Lord will abhor.
8 E io mi starò nella moltitudine della tua misericordia. Io entrerò nella casa tua; adorerò al tempio santo tuo nel tuo timore.	8 But as for me in the multitude of thy mercy, I will come into thy house; I will worship towards thy holy temple, in thy fear.
9 Signore, menami nella tua giustizia; per cagione delli miei nemici dirizza la mia via dinanzi a te.	9 Conduct me, O Lord, in thy justice: because of my enemies, direct my way in thy sight.
10 Perciò che nella loro bocca non è verità; lo cuore loro sì è vano.	10 for there is no truth in their mouth; their heart is vain.
11 La loro gola è come sepolcro aperto; parlavano sempre con le loro lingue con duplicità; tu, Iddio Signore, giùdicali. Cadano (e rimangano defraudati) dalli loro pensieri; secondo la moltitudine delle loro empietadi cacciali da te; perciò, Signore, che t' hanno provocato ad ira.	11 Their throat is an open sepulchre: they dealt deceitfully with their tongues: judge them, O God. Let them fall from their devices: according to the multitude of their wickedness cast them out: for they have provoked thee, O Lord.
12 E allegrinsi tutti quelli che sperano in te; in eterno s' allegreranno, e tu abiterai in loro. E glorierannosi in te tutti quelli che amano il tuo nome.	12 But let all them be glad that hope in thee: they shall rejoice for ever, and thou shalt dwell in them. And all they that love thy name shall glory in thee:
13 Però che tu benedicerai il giusto. Signore, tu ci hai coronati della tua buona volontà, come di uno (securo) scuto.	13 For thou wilt bless the just. O Lord, thou hast crowned us, as with a shield of thy good will.
