Isaiah (ישעיה) - Isaia 61

1 לַמְנַצֵּחַ ׀ עַל־נְגִינַת לְדָוִד	1 For the leader; with stringed instruments. Of David.
2 שִׁמְעָה אֱלֹהִים רִנָּתִי הַקְשִׁיבָה תְּפִלָּתִי	2 Hear my cry, O God, listen to my prayer!
3 מִקְצֵה הָאָרֶץ ׀ אֵלֶיךָ אֶקְרָא בַּעֲטֹף לִבִּי בְּצוּר־יָרוּם מִמֶּנִּי תַנְחֵנִי	3 From the brink of Sheol I call; my heart grows faint. Raise me up, set me on a rock,
4 כִּי־הָיִיתָ מַחְסֶה לִי מִגְדַּל־עֹז מִפְּנֵי אֹויֵב	4 for you are my refuge, a tower of strength against the foe.
5 אָגוּרָה בְאָהָלְךָ עֹולָמִים אֶחֱסֶה בְסֵתֶר כְּנָפֶיךָ סֶּלָה	5 Then I will ever dwell in your tent, take refuge in the shelter of your wings. Selah
6 כִּי־אַתָּה אֱלֹהִים שָׁמַעְתָּ לִנְדָרָי נָתַתָּ יְרֻשַּׁת יִרְאֵי שְׁמֶךָ	6 O God, when you accept my vows and hear the plea of those who revere your name in prayer:
7 יָמִים עַל־יְמֵי־מֶלֶךְ תֹּוסִיף נֹותָיו כְּמֹו־דֹר וָדֹר	7 "Add to the days of the king's life; may his years be many generations;
8 יֵשֵׁב עֹולָם לִפְנֵי אֱלֹהִים חֶסֶד וֶאֱמֶת מַן יִנְצְרֻהוּ	8 May he reign before God forever; may your love and fidelity preserve him"--
9 כֵּן אֲזַמְּרָה שִׁמְךָ לָעַד לְשַׁלְּמִי נְדָרַי יֹום ׀ יֹום	9 Then I will sing your name forever, fulfill my vows day after day.
10 שֹׂושׂ אָשִׂישׂ בַּיהוָה תָּגֵל נַפְשִׁי בֵּאלֹהַי כִּי הִלְבִּישַׁנִי בִּגְדֵי־יֶשַׁע מְעִיל צְדָקָה יְעָטָנִי כֶּחָתָן יְכַהֵן פְּאֵר וְכַכַּלָּה תַּעְדֶּה כֵלֶיהָ
11 כִּי כָאָרֶץ תֹּוצִיא צִמְחָהּ וּכְגַנָּה זֵרוּעֶיהָ תַצְמִיחַ כֵּן ׀ אֲדֹנָי יְהוִה יַצְמִיחַ צְדָקָה וּתְהִלָּה נֶגֶד כָּל־הַגֹּויִם
