LA SACRA BIBBIA	DOUAI-RHEIMS
1 Dei figli di Core. Salmo. Canto. Le sue fondamenta sui sacri monti.	1 For the sons of Core, a psalm of a canticle. The foundations thereof are in the holy mountains:
2 Il Signore ama le porte di Sion più di tutte le dimore di Giacobbe.	2 The Lord loveth the gates of Sion above all the tabernacles of Jacob.
3 Cose stupende si dicono di te, città di Dio!	3 Glorious things are said of thee, O city of God.
4 Iscriverò Raab e Babilonia fra quelli che mi conoscono. Ecco la Filistea e Tiro, insieme all'Etiopia: "Costui è nato là!".	4 I will be mindful of Rahab and of Babylon knowing me. Behold the foreigners, and Tyre, and the people of the Ethiopians, these were there.
5 Ed è proprio per Sion che è detto: "L'uno e l'altro è nato in essa" e: "Proprio l'Altissimo la sostiene!".	5 Shall not Sion say: This man and that man is born in her? and the Highest himself hath founded her.
6 Il Signore enumera nel recensire i popoli: "Costui è nato là!".	6 The Lord shall tell in his writings of peoples and of princes, of them that have been in her.
7 E cantano danzando tutti quelli che in te erano stati umiliati.	7 The dwelling in thee is as it were of all rejoicing.
