KING JAMES BIBLE	EL LIBRO DEL PUEBLO DE DIOS
1 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,	1 El Señor dijo a Moisés:
2 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye be come into the land of your habitations, which I give unto you,	2 Habla en estos términos a los israelitas: Cuando entren en la tierra que yo les daré para que vivan en ella,
3 And will make an offering by fire unto the LORD, a burnt offering, or a sacrifice in performing a vow, or in a freewill offering, or in your solemn feasts, to make a sweet savour unto the LORD, of the herd, or of the flock:	3 y presenten un animal del ganado mayor o menor como ofrenda que se quema en holocausto o en sacrificio al Señor, ya sea para cumplir un voto, ya sea como ofrenda voluntaria o en las fiestas fijas –ofreciendo así un aroma agradable al Señor–
4 Then shall he that offereth his offering unto the LORD bring a meat offering of a tenth deal of flour mingled with the fourth part of an hin of oil.	4 la persona que presente la ofrenda al Señor deberá traer, como oblación, la décima parte de una medida de harina de la mejor calidad, amasada con un litro y medio de aceite.
5 And the fourth part of an hin of wine for a drink offering shalt thou prepare with the burnt offering or sacrifice, for one lamb.	5 También deberás ofrecer, con el holocausto o el sacrificio, un litro y medio de vino como libación para cada cordero.
6 Or for a ram, thou shalt prepare for a meat offering two tenth deals of flour mingled with the third part of an hin of oil.	6 Si se trata de un carnero, presentarás como oblación dos décimas partes de una medida de harina de la mejor calidad, amasada con dos litros y cuarto de aceite;
7 And for a drink offering thou shalt offer the third part of an hin of wine, for a sweet savour unto the LORD.	7 y como libación –como ofrenda de aroma agradable al Señor– ofrecerás dos litros y cuarto de vino.
8 And when thou preparest a bullock for a burnt offering, or for a sacrifice in performing a vow, or peace offerings unto the LORD:	8 Si ofreces al Señor como holocausto o sacrificio un animal del ganado mayor o menor, sea para cumplir un voto o como sacrificio de comunión,
9 Then shall he bring with a bullock a meat offering of three tenth deals of flour mingled with half an hin of oil.	9 además del animal, se ofrecerá una oblación consistente en tres décimas partes de una medida de harina de la mejor calidad, amasada con un litro y medio de aceite;
10 And thou shalt bring for a drink offering half an hin of wine, for an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD.	10 y como libación ofrecerás tres litros y medio de vino. Estas son ofrendas que se queman con aroma agradable al Señor.
11 Thus shall it be done for one bullock, or for one ram, or for a lamb, or a kid.	11 Lo mismo se hará con cada toro, con cada carnero, y con cada oveja o cabra,
12 According to the number that ye shall prepare, so shall ye do to every one according to their number.	12 cualquiera sea la cantidad que ofrezcas: lo mismo harás con cada uno de sus animales, cualquiera sea su número.
13 All that are born of the country shall do these things after this manner, in offering an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD.	13 Todos los israelitas procederán de la misma manera, cuando presenten una ofrenda que se quema con aroma agradable al Señor.
14 And if a stranger sojourn with you, or whosoever be among you in your generations, and will offer an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD; as ye do, so he shall do.	14 Y si un extranjero residente entre ustedes, o cualquiera que viva en medio de ustedes, a lo largo de las generaciones, quiere presentar una ofrenda que se quema con aroma agradable al Señor, lo hará también él como lo hacen ustedes.
15 One ordinance shall be both for you of the congregation, and also for the stranger that sojourneth with you, an ordinance for ever in your generations: as ye are, so shall the stranger be before the LORD.	15 En la asamblea, habrá una sola ley para ustedes y para los extranjeros. Este es un decreto válido para siempre, a lo largo de las generaciones. El extranjero hará lo mismo que ustedes delante del Señor.
16 One law and one manner shall be for you, and for the stranger that sojourneth with you.	16 En una palabra, el mismo ritual y la misma disposición estará en vigencia para ustedes y para los extranjeros que residan entre ustedes.
17 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,	17 El Señor dijo a Moisés:
18 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye come into the land whither I bring you,	18 Habla en estos términos a los israelitas: Cuando entren en la tierra adonde yo los haré entrar,
19 Then it shall be, that, when ye eat of the bread of the land, ye shall offer up an heave offering unto the LORD.	19 y coman el pan de esa tierra, reservarán una ofrenda para el Señor:
20 Ye shall offer up a cake of the first of your dough for an heave offering: as ye do the heave offering of the threshingfloor, so shall ye heave it.	20 como primicias de la harina, ofrecerán una torta; como se reserva la ofrenda de la era, se reservará también aquella.
21 Of the first of your dough ye shall give unto the LORD an heave offering in your generations.	21 Así presentarán al Señor una ofrenda de las primicias de su harina, a lo largo de las generaciones.
22 And if ye have erred, and not observed all these commandments, which the LORD hath spoken unto Moses,	22 Si ustedes, por inadvertencia, dejan de cumplir cualquiera de estos mandamientos que el Señor prescribió a Moisés
23 Even all that the LORD hath commanded you by the hand of Moses, from the day that the LORD commanded Moses, and henceforward among your generations;	23 –cualquiera de las cosas que el Señor les ordenó por medio de él– desde el momento en que el Señor les impuso el mandamiento, y después, a lo largo de las generaciones, se procederá de la siguiente manera:
24 Then it shall be, if ought be committed by ignorance without the knowledge of the congregation, that all the congregation shall offer one young bullock for a burnt offering, for a sweet savour unto the LORD, with his meat offering, and his drink offering, according to the manner, and one kid of the goats for a sin offering.	24 Si quien obró inadvertidamente fue la comunidad, toda la comunidad ofrecerá un novillo como holocausto de aroma agradable al Señor –con su oblación y la libación prescrita– y un chivo como sacrificio por el pecado.
25 And the priest shall make an atonement for all the congregation of the children of Israel, and it shall be forgiven them; for it is ignorance: and they shall bring their offering, a sacrifice made by fire unto the LORD, and their sin offering before the LORD, for their ignorance:	25 El sacerdote practicará el rito de expiación en favor de toda la comunidad, y esta será perdonada, porque se trata de un error, y ellos, para reparar ese error, presentaron delante del Señor su ofrenda –una ofrenda que se quema para el Señor– y su sacrificio por el pecado.
26 And it shall be forgiven all the congregation of the children of Israel, and the stranger that sojourneth among them; seeing all the people were in ignorance.	26 Así será perdonadas toda la comunidad de los israelitas, y también el extranjero que resida en medio de ellos, porque esto le sucedió a todo el pueblo inadvertidamente.
27 And if any soul sin through ignorance, then he shall bring a she goat of the first year for a sin offering.	27 Si quien obró inadvertidamente fue una sola persona, ofrecerá una cabra de un año como sacrificio por el pecado.
28 And the priest shall make an atonement for the soul that sinneth ignorantly, when he sinneth by ignorance before the LORD, to make an atonement for him; and it shall be forgiven him.	28 El sacerdote del Señor, en favor de esa persona, porque ella pecó inadvertidamente. Y cuando se practique en favor de ella el rito de expiación, será perdonada,
29 Ye shall have one law for him that sinneth through ignorance, both for him that is born among the children of Israel, and for the stranger that sojourneth among them.	29 tanto el israelita como el extranjero residente entre ustedes: habrá una sola ley para todo el que obra por inadvertencia.
30 But the soul that doeth ought presumptuously, whether he be born in the land, or a stranger, the same reproacheth the LORD; and that soul shall be cut off from among his people.	30 Pero el que obra deliberadamente –tanto el israelita como el extranjero– ultraja al Señor y será excluido de su pueblo.
31 Because he hath despised the word of the LORD, and hath broken his commandment, that soul shall utterly be cut off; his iniquity shall be upon him.	31 Por haber despreciado la palabra del Señor y violado su mandamiento, esa persona será extirpada: es responsable de su culpa.
32 And while the children of Israel were in the wilderness, they found a man that gathered sticks upon the sabbath day.	32 Mientras los israelitas estaban en el desierto, se encontraron con un hombre que estaba juntando leña en sábado.
33 And they that found him gathering sticks brought him unto Moses and Aaron, and unto all the congregation.	33 Los que lo encontraron juntando leña lo llevaron ante Moisés, Aarón y toda la comunidad.
34 And they put him in ward, because it was not declared what should be done to him.	34 Entonces fue puesto bajo custodia, porque no estaba determinado lo que se debía hacer con él.
35 And the LORD said unto Moses, The man shall be surely put to death: all the congregation shall stone him with stones without the camp.	35 Pero el Señor dijo a Moisés: «Ese hombre debe ser castigado con la muerte: que toda la comunidad lo mate a pedradas fuera del campamento».
36 And all the congregation brought him without the camp, and stoned him with stones, and he died; as the LORD commanded Moses.	36 Toda la comunidad lo sacó fuera del campamento, y lo mataron a pedradas, como el Señor lo había ordenado a Moisés.
37 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,	37 El Señor dijo a Moisés:
38 Speak unto the children of Israel, and bid them that they make them fringes in the borders of their garments throughout their generations, and that they put upon the fringe of the borders a ribband of blue:	38 «Habla a los israelitas, e instrúyelos para que tanto ellos como sus descendientes se pongan unos flecos en las puntas de sus mantos, y para que aten a los flecos de cada punta un cordón de púrpura violeta.
39 And it shall be unto you for a fringe, that ye may look upon it, and remember all the commandments of the LORD, and do them; and that ye seek not after your own heart and your own eyes, after which ye use to go a whoring:	39 Ustedes llevarán esos flecos, y al verlos se acordarán de todos los mandamientos del Señor. Así los pondrán en práctica, y no seguirán los caprichos de su corazón y de sus ojos que los arrastran al desenfreno.
40 That ye may remember, and do all my commandments, and be holy unto your God.	40 Así se acordarán de cumplir mis mandamientos, y serán santos para su Dios.
41 I am the LORD your God, which brought you out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: I am the LORD your God.	41 Yo soy el Señor, su Dios, que los hice salir de Egipto para ser su Dios. Yo soy el Señor, su Dios».
