Ezekiel 2

KING JAMES BIBLE	JERUSALEM
1 And he said unto me, Son of man, stand upon thy feet, and I will speak unto thee.	1 Il me dit: "Fils d'homme, tiens-toi debout, je vais te parler."
2 And the spirit entered into me when he spake unto me, and set me upon my feet, that I heard him that spake unto me.	2 L'esprit entra en moi comme il m'avait été dit, il me fit tenir debout et j'entendis celui qui meparlait.
3 And he said unto me, Son of man, I send thee to the children of Israel, to a rebellious nation that hath rebelled against me: they and their fathers have transgressed against me, even unto this very day.	3 Il me dit: "Fils d'homme, je t'envoie vers les Israélites, vers les rebelles qui se sont rebellés contremoi. Eux et leurs pères se sont révoltés contre moi jusqu'à ce jour.
4 For they are impudent children and stiffhearted. I do send thee unto them; and thou shalt say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD.	4 Les fils ont la tête dure et le coeur obstiné, je t'envoie vers eux pour leur dire: Ainsi parle leSeigneur Yahvé.
5 And they, whether they will hear, or whether they will forbear, (for they are a rebellious house,) yet shall know that there hath been a prophet among them.	5 Qu'ils écoutent ou qu'ils n'écoutent pas, c'est une engeance de rebelles, ils sauront qu'il y a unprophète parmi eux.
6 And thou, son of man, be not afraid of them, neither be afraid of their words, though briers and thorns be with thee, and thou dost dwell among scorpions: be not afraid of their words, nor be dismayed at their looks, though they be a rebellious house.	6 Pour toi, fils d'homme, n'aie pas peur d'eux, n'aie pas peur de leurs paroles s'ils te contredisent et teméprisent et si tu es assis sur des scorpions. N'aie pas peur de leurs paroles, ne crains pas leurs regards, car c'estune engeance de rebelles.
7 And thou shalt speak my words unto them, whether they will hear, or whether they will forbear: for they are most rebellious.	7 Tu leur porteras mes paroles, qu'ils écoutent ou qu'ils n'écoutent pas, car c'est une engeance derebelles.
8 But thou, son of man, hear what I say unto thee; Be not thou rebellious like that rebellious house: open thy mouth, and eat that I give thee.	8 Et toi, fils d'homme, écoute ce que je vais te dire, ne sois pas rebelle comme cette engeance derebelles. Ouvre la bouche et mange ce que je vais te donner."
9 And when I looked, behold, an hand was sent unto me; and, lo, a roll of a book was therein;	9 Je regardai, et voici qu'une main était tendue vers moi, tenant un volume roulé.
10 And he spread it before me; and it was written within and without: and there was written therein lamentations, and mourning, and woe.	10 Il le déploya devant moi: il était écrit au recto et au verso; il y était écrit: "Lamentations,gémissements et plaintes."
