1 E BILDAD Suhita rispose, e disse:	1 Then Bildad the Shuhite answered and said:
2 La signoria, e lo spavento, è con lui; Egli fa in pace ciò che gli piace ne’ suoi cieli altissimi.	2 Dominion and awesomeness are his who brings about harmony in his heavens.
3 Le sue schiere si posson esse annoverare? E sopra cui non si leva la sua luce?	3 Is there any numbering of his troops? Yet to which of them does not his light extend?
4 Ma come sarà giusto l’uomo appo Iddio? E come sarà puro colui ch’è nato di donna?	4 How can a man be just in God's sight, or how can any woman's child be innocent?
5 Ecco, fino alla luna non sarà pura, e non risplenderà; E le stelle non saranno pure nel suo cospetto.	5 Behold, even the moon is not bright and the stars are not clear in his sight.
6 Quanto meno l’uomo, che è un verme, E il figliuol dell’uomo, che è un vermicello?	6 How much less man, who is but a maggot, the son of man, who is only a worm?
