EL LIBRO DEL PUEBLO DE DIOS	NEW JERUSALEM
1 Besalel, Oholiab y todos los artesanos a quienes el Señor había dotado de habilidad y talento para realizar con inteligencia los trabajos del Santuario, hicieron todo lo que el Señor había ordenado.	1 'Bezalel, Oholiab and al the men whom Yahweh has endowed with the skil and knowledge to knowhow to carry out al the work to be done on the sanctuary, wil do exactly as Yahweh has ordered.'
2 Moisés convocó a Besalel, a Oholiab y a todos los artesanos, a quienes el Señor había dotado de habilidad y que se habían prestado a colaborar en la ejecución de esa tarea.	2 Moses then summoned Bezalel, Oholiab and al the skil ed men whose hearts Yahweh had endowedwith skil , al whose heart stirred them to come forward and do the work.
3 Ellos recibieron de Moisés las ofrendas que los israelitas habían presentado para los diversos trabajos del Santuario. Entretanto, cada mañana los israelitas seguían trayendo a Moisés ofrendas voluntarias.	3 From Moses they received everything that the Israelites had brought as contributions for carrying outthe work of building the sanctuary, and, as they went on bringing their offerings every morning,
4 Pero los artesanos que realizaban todo el trabajo del Santuario, abandonando momentáneamente sus respectivas ocupaciones,	4 the skil ed men who were doing all the work for the sanctuary, al left their particular work
5 fueron a decir a Moisés: «El pueblo aporta más de lo que se necesita para ejecutar la tarea que el Señor ha mandado».	5 and said to Moses, 'The people are bringing more than is needed for the work Yahweh has ordered tobe done.'
6 Entonces Moisés ordenó que se hiciera correr esta consigna a través del campamento: «Que nadie, sea hombre o mujer, siga preparando materiales para presentarlos como ofrenda». Así el pueblo se abstuvo de hacer nuevos donativos,	6 Moses then gave the order and proclamation was made throughout the camp, 'No one, whether manor woman, must do anything more towards contributing for the sanctuary.' So the people were prevented frombringing any more,
7 porque los materiales aportados ya eran más que suficientes para realizar todo el trabajo.	7 for the material to hand was enough, and more than enough, to complete al the work.
8 Los artesanos más expertos hicieron la Morada con diez cortinados de lino fino reforzado, de púrpura violeta y escarlata y de carmesí, y con figuras de querubines bordadas artísticamente.	8 Al the most skil ed of the men doing the work made the Dwelling. Moses made it with ten sheets offinely woven linen, dyed violet-purple, red-purple and crimson and embroidered with great winged creatures.
9 Cada cortinado medía catorce metros de largo por dos de ancho; todos tenían las mismas dimensiones.	9 The length of a single sheet was twenty-eight cubits, its width four cubits, al the sheets being of thesame size.
10 unieron entre sí cinco cortinados, y lo mismo hicieron con los otro cinco.	10 He joined five of the sheets to one another, and the other five sheets to one another.
11 Luego pusieron unas presillas de púrpura violeta en los dos últimos cortinados de cada conjunto,	11 He made violet loops along the edge of the first sheet, at the end of the set, and did the same alongthe edge of the last sheet in the other set.
12 cincuenta presillas en uno y cincuenta en el otro, correspondiéndose mutuamente.	12 He made fifty loops on the first sheet and fifty loops along the outer edge of the sheet of the secondset, the loops corresponding to one another.
13 Después forjaron cincuenta ganchos de oro, y con ellos unieron los cortinados entre sí, de manera que la Morada formó un todo.	13 He made fifty gold clasps and joined the sheets together with the clasps. In this way the Dwel ing wasa unified whole.
14 También confeccionaron once toldos de pelo de cabra, para cubrir la Morada a manera de carpa.	14 Next he made sheets of goats' hair for the tent over the Dwel ing; he made eleven of these.
15 Cada toldo medía quince metros de largo por dos de ancho; los once tenían la misma medida.	15 The length of a single sheet was thirty cubits and its width four cubits; the eleven sheets were al ofthe same size.
16 Luego unieron separadamente cinco de un lado y seis del otro;	16 He joined five sheets together into one set and six sheets into another.
17 pusieron cincuenta presillas en el borde de los dos últimos toldos de cada conjunto,	17 He made fifty loops along the edge of the last sheet of the first set, and fifty loops along the edge ofthe sheet of the second set.
18 y forjaron cincuenta ganchos de bronce: así unieron la carpa, de manera que formara un todo.	18 He made fifty bronze clasps, to draw the tent together and make it a unified whole.
19 Después hicieron para la carpa una cobertura de cueros de carnero teñidos de rojo, y otra cobertura de pieles finas para ponerla encima.	19 And for the tent he made a cover of rams' skins dyed red, and a cover of fine leather over that.
20 También hicieron los bastidores para sostener la Morada. Los construyeron con madera de acacia, y los dispusieron verticalmente.	20 For the Dwelling he made vertical frames of acacia wood.
21 Cada bastidor medía cinco metros de largo por setenta y cinco centímetros de ancho,	21 Each frame was ten cubits long and one and a half cubits wide.

34 Finalmente, recubrieron de oro los bastidores, les pusieron unas argollas de oro para pasar por ellas los travesaños, y también a estos últimos los recubrieron de oro.	34 He overlaid the frames with gold, made gold rings for them, through which to place the crossbars,and overlaid the crossbars with gold.
35 Hicieron, además, el velo de púrpura violeta y escarlata, de carmesí y de lino fino reforzado, y lo adornaron con figuras de querubines diseñadas artísticamente,	35 He made a curtain of finely woven linen, dyed violet-purple, red-purple and crimson and embroideredwith great winged creatures,
