1 Me condujo luego hacia el pórtico, el pórtico que miraba a oriente,	1 And he brought me to the gate that looked towards the east.
2 y he aquí que la gloria del Dios de Israel llegaba de la parte de oriente, con un ruido como el ruido de muchas aguas, y la tierra resplandecía de su gloria.	2 And behold the glory of the God of Israel came in by the way of the east: and his voice was like the noise of many waters, and the earth shone with his majesty.
3 Esta visión era como la que yo había visto cuando vine para la destrucción de la ciudad, y también como lo que había visto junto al río Kebar. Entonces caí rostro en tierra.	3 And I saw the vision according to the appearance which I had seen when he came to destroy the city: and the appearance was according to the vision which I had seen by the river Chobar: and I fell upon my face.
4 La gloria de Yahveh entró en la Casa por el pórtico que mira a oriente.	4 And the majesty of the Lord went into the temple by the way of the gate that looked to the east.
5 El espíritu me levantó y me introdujo en el atrio interior, y he aquí que la gloria de Yahveh llenaba la Casa.	5 And the spirit lifted me up and brought me into the inner court: and behold the house was filled with the glory of the Lord.
6 Y oí que alguien me hablaba desde la Casa, mientras el hombre permanecía en pie junto a mí.	6 And I heard one speaking to me out of the house, and the man that stood by me,
7 Me dijo: Hijo de hombre, este es el lugar de mi trono, el lugar donde se posa la planta de mis pies. Aquí habitaré en medio de los hijos de Israel para siempre; y la casa de Israel, así como sus reyes, no contaminarán más mi santo nombre con sus prostituciones y con los cadáveres de sus reyes,	7 Said to me: Son of man, the place of my throne, and the place of the soles of my feet, where I dwell in the midst of the children of Israel for ever: and the house of Israel shall no more profane my holy name, they and their kings by their fornications, and by the carcasses of their kings, and by the high places.
8 poniendo su umbral junto a mi umbral y sus jambas junto a mis jambas, con un muro común entre ellos y yo. Ellos contaminaron mi santo nombre con las abominaciones que cometieron; por eso los he devorado en mi cólera.	8 They who have set their threshold by my threshold, and their posts by my posts: and there was but a wall between me and them: and they profaned my holy name by the abominations which they committed: for which reason I consumed them in my wrath.
9 De ahora en adelante alejarán de mí sus prostituciones y los cadáveres de sus reyes, y yo habitaré en medio de ellos para siempre.
10 «Y tú, hijo de hombre, describe este Templo a la casa de Israel, para que queden avergonzados de sus culpas y tomen nota de su plano.	10 Now therefore let them put away their fornications, and the carcasses of their kings far from me: and I will dwell in the midst of them for ever.
11 Se avergüenzan de toda su conducta, enséñales la forma del Templo y su plano, sus salidas y entradas, su forma y todas sus disposiciones, toda su forma y todas sus leyes. Pon todo esto por escrito ante sus ojos, para que guarden con exactitud todas sus leyes y disposiciones, y las pongan en práctica.	11 But thou, son of man, shew to the house of Israel the temple, and let them be ashamed of their iniquities, and let them measure the building:
12 Este es el fuero del Templo: En la cumbre del monte, todo el territorio en su ámbito es santísimo. (Tal es el fuero del Templo.)»	12 And be ashamed of all that they have done. Shew them the form of the house, and of the fashion thereof, the goings out and the comings in, and the whole plan thereof, and all its ordinances, and all its order, and all its laws, and thou shalt write it in their sight: that they may keep the whole form thereof, and its ordinances, and do them.
13 Y estas son las dimensiones del altar en codos de codo y palmo: su cavidad, un codo por un codo de ancha. El reborde junto a la ramura, todo alrededor, un palmo. Y está la altura del altar:	13 This is the law of the house upon the top of the mountain: All its border round about is most holy: this then is the law of the house.
14 desde la cavidad del suelo hasta el zócalo inferior, dos codos por un codo de ancho; desde el zócalo pequeño hasta el grande, cuatro codos por un codo de ancho.	14 And these are the measures of the altar by the truest cubit, which is a cubit and a handbreadth: the bottom thereof was a cubit, and the breadth a cubit: and the border thereof unto its edge, and round about, one handbreadth: and this was the trench of the altar.
15 El fóculo tenía cuatro codos, y por encima del fóculo había cuatro cuernos.	15 And from the bottom of the ground to the lowest brim two cubits, and the breadth of one cubit: and from the lesser brim to the greater brim four cubits, and the breadth of one cubit.
16 El fóculo medía doce codos de largo por doce codos de ancho: era cuadrado por sus cuatro lados.	16 And the Ariel itself was four cubits: and from the Ariel upward were four horns.
17 Y el zócalo: catorce codos de largo por catorce de ancho: un cuadrado. El reborde todo alrededor: medio codo; y la cavidad, todo alrededor: un codo. Las gradas estaban vueltas hacia oriente.	17 And the Ariel was twelve cubits long, and twelve cubits broad, foursquare, with equal sides.
18 Y me dijo: Hijo de hombre, así dice el Señor Yahveh: Estas son las disposiciones del altar el día en que sea erigido para ofrecer en él el holocausto y derramar la sangre.	18 And the brim was fourteen cubits long, and fourteen cubits broad in the four corners thereof: and the crown round about it was half a cubit, and the bottom of it one cubit round about: and its steps turned toward the east.
19 A los sacerdotes levitas - los de la descendencia de Sadoq que se acercan a mí para servirme, oráculo del Señor Yahveh - les darás un novillo en sacrificio por el pecado.	19 And he said to me: Son of man, thus saith the Lord God: These are the ceremonies of the altar, in what day soever it shall be made: that holocausts may be offered upon it, and blood poured out.
20 Tomarás su sangre, y rociarás los cuatro cuernos, los cuatro ángulos del zócalo y el reborde todo alrededor. Así quitarás el pecado y harás expiación por él.	20 And thou shalt give to the priests, and the Levites, that are of the race of Sadoc, who approach to me, saith the Lord God, to offer to me a calf of the herd for sin.
21 Luego tomarás el novillo del sacrificio por el pecado: se le quemará en una dependencia de la Casa, fuera del Santuario.	21 And thou shalt take of his blood, and shalt put it upon the four horns thereof, and upon the four corners of the brim, and upon the crown round
22 El segundo día, ofrecerás un macho cabrío sin defecto en sacrificio por el pecado y se quitará el pecado del altar como se hizo con el novillo.	22 And thou shalt take the calf, that is offered for sin: and thou shalt burn him in a separate place of the house without the sanctuary.
23 Cuando hayas acabado de quitar el pecado, ofrecerás un novillo sin defecto y un carnero del rebaño sin defecto.	23 And in the second day thou shalt offer a he goat without blemish for sin: and they shall expiate the altar, as they expiated it with the calf.
24 Los ofrecerás delante de Yahveh, y los sacerdotes les echarán sal y los ofrecerán en holocausto a Yahveh.	24 And when thou shalt have made an end of the expiation thereof, thou shalt offer a calf of the herd without blemish, and a ram of the flock without blemish.
25 Durante siete días ofrecerás el macho cabrío del sacrificio por el pecado, cada día; se hará también el sacrificio del novillo y del carnero sin defecto tomado del rebaño.	25 And thou shalt offer them in the sight of the Lord: and the priests shall put salt upon them, and shall offer them a holocaust to the Lord.
26 Así, durante siete días se hará la expiación del altar, se le purificará y se le consagrará.	26 Seven days shalt thou offer a he goat for sill daily: they shall offer also a calf of the herd, and a ram of the flock without blemish.
27 Pasados estos días, desde el octavo en adelante, los sacerdotes ofrecerán sobre el altar vuestros holocaustos y vuestros sacrificios de comunión. Y yo os seré propicio, oráculo del Señor Yahveh.	27 Seven days shall they expiate the altar, and shall cleanse it: and they shall consecrate it.
