1 Parlò Iddio a Moisè, e dissegli:	1 The LORD said to Moses,
2 Parla ai figliuoli d'Israel, e di' loro: l'uomo che farà alcuno voto a Dio, e prometterà a Dio l'anima sua, darà lo prezzo secondo la estimazione.	2 "Speak to the Israelites and tell them: When anyone fulfills a vow of offering one or more persons to the LORD, who are to be ransomed at a fixed sum of money,
3 (E colui che promette,) se sarà maschio e avrà da xx anni insino a Lx anni, darà cinquanta sicli d'argento secondo la misura del santuario;	3 for persons between the ages of twenty and sixty, the fixed sum, in sanctuary shekels, shall be fifty silver shekels for a man,
4 se femina, trenta.	4 and thirty shekels for a woman;
5 E dallo quinto anno insino allo xx, lo ma scolo darà xx sicli; e se sarà femina, darà x.	5 for persons between the ages of five and twenty, the fixed sum shall be twenty shekels for a youth, and ten for a maiden;
6 E da uno mese insino a cinque anni, per uno maschio darai cinque sicli, e per la femina tre.	6 for persons between the ages of one month and five years, the fixed sum shall be five silver shekels for a boy, and three for a girl;
7 Se sarà sessagenario o più, maschio darà xv sicli; e la femina x.	7 for persons of sixty or more, the fixed sum shall be fifteen shekels for a man, and ten for a woman.
8 E se fosse povero, e secondo la estimazione non potesse pagare, starà innanzi al sacerdote; e quanto parrà a lui che possa pagare, tanto darà.	8 However, if the one who took the vow is too poor to meet the fixed sum, the person must be set before the priest, who shall determine the sum for his ransom in keeping with the means of the one who made the vow.
9 La bestia che si può sacrificare a Dio, se per voto sarà promessa a Dio, sarà santa.	9 "If the offering vowed to the LORD is an animal that may be sacrificed, every such animal, when vowed to the LORD, becomes sacred.
10 E non la potrà mutare nè in più nè in meno, (se tanto è che gli sia potente di poterlo fare). E se mutasse, quello che è mutato, e quello in lo quale è mutato, sarà consacrato a Dio.	10 The offerer shall not present a substitute for it by exchanging either a better for a worse one or a worse for a better one. If he attempts to offer one animal in place of another, both the original and its substitute shall be treated as sacred.
11 L'animale che fosse immondo, che non si possa offrire a Dio, chiunque lo votasse, portilo dinnanzi al sacerdote.	11 If the animal vowed to the LORD is unclean and therefore unfit for sacrifice, it must be set before the priest,
12 Ed egli la giudicherà (secondo ch' ella vale), o buona o ria che sia, e porrà lo prezzo.	12 who shall determine its value in keeping with its good or bad qualities, and the value set by the priest shall stand.
13 E colui che la offerrà, ove la voglia pur dare, aggiungerà a quello che è stimata la quinta parte piu.	13 If the offerer wishes to redeem the animal, he shall pay one fifth more than this valuation.
14 E l'uomo che votasse (a Dio) la casa sua, e santificassela a Dio, lo sacerdote la considererà, se ell' è buona o ria; e secondo il prezzo che per lui sarà ordinato, così si venda.	14 "When someone dedicates his house as sacred to the LORD, the priest shall determine its value in keeping with its good or bad points, and the value set by the priest shall stand.
15 E se colui di cui è la voglia ricomperare, darà al sacerdote la quinta parte più che il sacerdote non la stimerà; e allora gli sia data.	15 If the one who dedicated his house wishes to redeem it, he shall pay one fifth more than the price thus established, and then it will again be his.
16 E se offerisse (a Dio la sua possessione del campo, e sia consecrata a Dio, sarà istimato lo prezzo secondo che rende; e se rendesse XXX moggia d'orzo, venderassi cinquanta sicli d'ariento.	16 "If the object which someone dedicates to the LORD is a piece of his hereditary land, its valuation shall be made according to the amount of seed required to sow it, the acreage sown with a homer of barley seed being valued at fifty silver shekels.
17 E se nello cominciamento dell' anno del giubileo votasse (a Dio) lo campo, sia stimato quello che vale.	17 If the dedication of a field is made at the beginning of a jubilee period, the full valuation shall hold;
18 E se fosse uno poco di lungi (dal giubileo), immaginerassi lo sacerdote quanto tempo puote essere insino al giubileo; e secondo che vi sarà, così trarrà del prezzo.	18 but if it is some time after this, the priest shall estimate its money value according to the number of years left until the next jubilee year, with a corresponding rebate on the valuation.
19 E se colui di chi è stata la voglia ricomperare, darà la quinta parte più, secondo ch' è la stimazione della pecunia; e allora sì la possederà.	19 If the one who dedicated his field wishes to redeem it, he shall pay one fifth more than the price thus established, and so reclaim it.
20 E se egli non la volesse ricomperare, e sarà venduta a ciascuno altro, eccetto colui che l'ha votata, non si potrà redimere.	20 If, instead of redeeming such a field, he sells it to someone else, it may no longer be redeemed;
21 Però che quando verrà il dì del giubileo, sarà santificata al Signore; e la possessione conse crata pertenerà alla ragione del sacerdote.	21 but at the jubilee it shall be released as sacred to the LORD; like a field that is doomed, it shall become priestly property.
22 S'è il campo comperato, e non sarà stato delli suoi predecessori, e sarà santificato al Signore,	22 "If the field that some man dedicates to the LORD is one he had purchased and not a part of his hereditary property,
23 computerà il sacerdote, secondo il numero degli anni insino all'anno del giubileo, lo prezzo; e darà colui che l'ha votato a Dio.	23 the priest shall compute its value in proportion to the number of years until the next jubilee, and on the same day the price thus established shall be given as sacred to the LORD;
24 E nel giubileo tornerà la possessione a colui di cui fu prima, e avralla avuta nella sorte della sua possessione.	24 at the jubilee, however, the field shall revert to the hereditary owner of this land from whom it had been purchased.
25 Ogni estimazione sarà ponderata con lo siclo dello santuario. Lo siclo contiene XX oboli.	25 "Every valuation shall be made according to the standard of the sanctuary shekel. There are twenty gerahs to the shekel.
26 Tutti i primigeniti che appartengono a Dio, niuno li potrà santificare e votare (per oblazione); o bue o pecora che sia (però che di ragione), sono di Dio.	26 "Note that a first-born animal, which as such already belongs to the LORD, may not be dedicated by vow to him. If it is an ox or a sheep, it shall be ceded to the LORD;
27 E se l'animale fosse immondo, lo potrà re dimere colui che l'avrà offerto, secondo la sua estimazione, e aggiungerà la quinta parte del prezzo; e se non lo volesse ricomperare, vendasi a chiunque lo vuole comperare, fatta la estimazione.	27 but if it is an unclean animal, it may be redeemed by paying one fifth more than its fixed value. If it is not redeemed, it shall be sold at its fixed value.
28 Ogni cosa che fosse consecrata a Dio, uomo, bestia o possessione che sia, non si potrà vendere nè ricomprare. Chi sarà una volia consacrato a Dio, sarà SANCTA SANCTORUM.	28 "Note, also, that any one of his possessions which a man vows as doomed to the LORD, whether it is a human being or an animal or a hereditary field, shall be neither sold nor ransomed; everything that is thus doomed becomes most sacred to the LORD.
29 E ogni cosa che sarà consecrata dall'uomo, niuno la potrà ricomperare; ma debba essere morta.	29 All human beings that are doomed lose the right to be redeemed; they must be put to death.
30 E ogni decima, o di biada (o di vino) o di pomi, sono di Dio; e a lui saranno consacrati.	30 "All tithes of the land, whether in grain from the fields or in fruit from the trees, belong to the LORD, as sacred to him.
31 E se fosse alcuno che volesse ricomperare le decime sue, aggiunga la quinta parte d'ogni cosa.	31 If someone wishes to buy back any of his tithes, he shall pay one fifth more than their value.
32 Di pecore e di buoi e di capre e d'ogni altra cosa, quel che per decima viene si santificherà a Dio.	32 The tithes of the herd and the flock shall be determined by ceding to the LORD as sacred every tenth animal as they are counted by the herdsman's rod.
33 Ne non si eleggerà nè buono nè rio, nè si potrà trasmutare in altro. E se alcuno lo mutasse, e quello che mutato, e quello per che è mutato, si santificherà a Dio, e non si potrà ricomperare.	33 It shall not matter whether good ones or bad ones are thus chosen, and no exchange may be made. If any exchange is attempted, both the original animal and its substitute shall be treated as sacred, without the right of being bought back."
34 E questi sono li comandamenti, li quali fece Iddio ai figliuoli d'Israel per (le mani di) Moisè nel monte Sinai.	34 These are the commandments which the LORD gave Moses on Mount Sinai for the Israelites.
