Psalms 102

1 To David himself. Bless the Lord, O my soul, and bless his holy name, all that is within me.	1 Молитва нужденного, що, прибитий горем, виливає свою скаргу перед Богом.
2 Bless the Lord, O my soul, and do not forget all his recompenses.	2 Господи, почуй мою молитву; моє благання нехай до тебе ввійде
3 He forgives all your iniquities. He heals all your infirmities.	3 Не ховай обличчя твого від мене у день моєї скрути. Прихили до мене твоє вухо, коли до тебе взиваю, вислухай мене скоро.
4 He redeems your life from destruction. He crowns you with mercy and compassion.	4 Бо дні мої, як дим, щезають, і мої кості, як жар, тліють.
5 He satisfies your desire with good things. Your youth will be renewed like that of the eagle.	5 Прибите, мов трава, в’яне моє серце, я забуваю їсти хліб мій.
6 The Lord accomplishes mercies, and his judgment is for all who patiently endure injuries.	6 Від сильного мого стогнання прилипли мої кості до моєї шкіри.
7 He has made his ways known to Moses, his will to the sons of Israel.	7 Я став, мов пелікан у пустині, зробивсь, мов той пугач у руїнах.
8 The Lord is compassionate and merciful, patient and full of mercy.	8 Не сплю я й стогну, немов самітна пташка на покрівлі.
9 He will not be angry forever, and he will not threaten for eternity.	9 Вороги мої ввесь час мене ображають; ті, що лютують проти мене, кленуться мною.
10 He has not dealt with us according to our sins, and he has not repaid us according to our iniquities.	10 Бо я, неначе хліб, їм попіл і напиток мій із сльозами я змішую, —
11 For according to the height of the heavens above the earth, so has he reinforced his mercy toward those who fear him.	11 через твій гнів і твоє обурення, бо ти мене підняв і кинув.
12 As far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our iniquities from us.	12 Дні мої, неначе тінь, що простягнулась, і сам я, неначе трава, в’яну.
13 As a father is compassionate to his sons, so has the Lord been compassionate to those who fear him.	13 Ти ж, Господи, сидиш повіки на престолі, й ім’я твоє по всі роди.
14 For he knows our form. He has called to mind that we are dust.	14 Ти встанеш, змилуєшся над Сіоном, бо час над ним уже змилосердитись, бо прийшла година.
15 Man: his days are like hay. Like the flower of the field, so will he flourish.	15 Слуги твої люблять його каміння, їм милий його порох.
16 For the spirit in him will pass away, and it will not remain, and he will know his place no longer.	16 Народи будуть імени Господнього боятись, і всі царі землі — твоєї слави.
17 But the mercy of the Lord is from eternity, and even unto eternity, upon those who fear him. And his justice is with the sons of the sons,	17 Коли Господь Сіон відбудує, явиться в своїй славі,
18 with those who serve his covenant and have been mindful of his commandments by doing them.	18 зглянеться він над молитвою нужденних, молитвою їхньою не погордує.
19 The Lord has prepared his throne in heaven, and his kingdom will rule over all.	19 Хай це запишеться для будучого роду, і народ, що буде створений, хвалитиме Господа. Бо він з висоти своєї святині подивився, Господь із небес на землю глянув,
20 Bless the Lord, all you his Angels: powerful in virtue, doing his word, in order to heed the voice of his discourse.	20 щоб почути стогін бранця, щоб визволити призначених на смерть;
21 Bless the Lord, all his hosts: his ministers who do his will.	21 щоб звіщали ім’я Господа в Сіоні і хвалили його в Єрусалимі,
22 Bless the Lord, all his works: in every place of his dominion. Bless the Lord, O my soul.	22 коли разом зберуться народи і царства служити Господеві.
	23 Він виснажив у дорозі мою силу, укоротив дні мої.
	24 Я кажу: Боже мій, не забирай мене у половині віку мого: літа твої по всі роди!
	25 Спервовіку світу ти заснував землю і небеса — діло рук твоїх.
	26 Вони загинуть, ти ж будеш стояти; все постаріється, немов одежа. Наче вбрання, ти їх міняєш, і вони пройдуть.
	27 Ти ж усе той самий, і літам твоїм кінця немає.
	28 Сини слуг твоїх будуть жити, і їхнє потомство утривалиться перед тобою.
