1 Now Benjamin conceived Bela as his firstborn, Ashbel the second, Aharah the third,	1 Benjamin rodi prvenca Belu, drugog Ašbela, trećeg Ahraba,
2 Nohah the fourth, and Rapha the fifth.	2 četvrtog Nohu i petog Rafu.
3 And the sons of Bela were: Addar, and Gera, and Abihud,	3 Belini su sinovi bili: Adar, Gera, Ehudov otac,
4 as well as Abishua, and Naaman, and Ahoah,	4 Abišua, Naaman, Ahoah,
5 then also Gera, and Shephuphan, and Huram.	5 Gera, Šefufan i Huram.
6 These are the sons of Ehud, leaders of the kindred living in Geba, who were moved away to Manahath.	6 Oni su bili Ehudovi sinovi i bili su obiteljski glavari onima koji su živjeli u Gebi, odakle su ih odveli u sužanjstvo u Manahat;
7 And Naaman, and Ahijah, and Gera, he also moved them away; and he conceived Uzza and Ahihud.	7 Naaman, Ahija i Gera; on ih je vodio u sužanjstvo i rodio Uzu i Ahihuda.
8 Then Shaharaim conceived, in the region of Moab, after he sent away Hushim and Baara, his wives;	8 Šaharajim, pošto je otpustio žene Hušimu i Baru, dobio je sinove u Moapskom polju:

11 Truly, of Hushim he conceived Abitub and Elpaal.	11 S Hušimom je rodio Abituba i Elpaala.
12 And the sons of Elpaal were Eber, and Misham, and Shemed, who built Ono and Lod and its daughters.	12 Elpaalovi su sinovi bili: Eber, Mišam i Šamed; on je sagradio Ono i Lod s njihovim selima.
13 Now Beriah and Shema were leaders of their families living in Aijalon; these put to flight the inhabitants of Gath.	13 Zatim Berija i Šema. Oni su bili obiteljski glavari onima koji su živjeli u Ajalonu i istjerali su gatske stanovnike.
14 And Ahio, and Shashak, and Jeremoth,	14 Njegov brat: Šešak. Jeremot,
15 and Zebadiah, and Arad, and Eder,	15 Zabadja, Arad i Eder,
16 as well as Michael, and Ishpah, and Joha, were the sons of Beriah.	16 Mihael, Jišpa i Joha bili su Berijini sinovi.

18 and Ishmerai, and Izliah, and Jobab were the sons of Elpaal.	18 Jišmeraj, Jizlia i Jobab bili su Elpaalovi sinovi.
19 Then Jakim, and Zichri, and Zabdi,	19 Jakim, Zikri, Zabdi,
20 and Elienai, and Zillethai, and Eliel,	20 Elijoenaj, Siltaj, Eliel,
21 and Adaiah, and Beraiah, and Shimrath were the sons of Shimei.	21 Adaja, Beraja i Šimrat bili su Šimijevi sinovi.
22 Then Ishpan, and Eber, and Eliel,	22 Jišpan, Eber, Eliel,
23 and Abdon, and Zichri, and Hanan,	23 Abdon, Zikri, Hanan,
24 and Hananiah, and Elam, and Anthothijah,	24 Hananija, Elam, Antotija,
25 and Iphdeiah, and Penuel were the sons of Shashak.	25 Jifdeja, Fenuel bili su Šešakovi sinovi.
26 Then Shamsherai, and Shehariah and Athaliah,	26 Šamšeraj, Šeharja, Atalija,
27 and Jaareshiah, and Elijah, and Zichri were the sons of Jeroham.	27 Jaarešja, Elija i Zikri bili su Jerohamovi sinovi.
28 These were the patriarchs and leaders of the families who were living in Jerusalem.	28 To su bili glavari obitelji svrstanih po koljenima. Živjeli su u Jeruzalemu.
29 Now in Gibeon, there lived Jeiel, the father of Gibeon; and the name of his wife was Maacah,	29 U Gibeonu su živjeli: praotac Gibeon, čija se žena zvala Maaka.
30 and his firstborn son was Abdon, and then Zur, and Kish, and Baal, and Nadab,	30 Njegov je sin prvenac bio Abdon, pa Sur, Kiš, Baal, Nadab,
31 and Gedor, and Ahio, and Zecher, and Mikloth.	31 Gedor, Ahjo, Zaker,
32 And Mikloth conceived Shimeah. And they lived opposite their brothers in Jerusalem, with their brothers.	32 i Miklot, koji je rodio Šimu; pa su i oni živjeli kod svoje braće u Jeruzalemu, sa svojom braćom.
33 Now Ner conceived Kish, and Kish conceived Saul. Then Saul conceived Jonathan, and Malchishua, and Abinadab, and Eshbaal.	33 Ner rodi Kiša, a Kiš rodi Šaula, Šaul rodi Jonatana, Malki-Šua, Abinadaba, Ešbaala;
34 And the son of Jonathan was Meribbaal; and Meribbaal conceived Micah.	34 Jonatanov je sin bio Merib Baal; Merib Baal rodi Miku.
35 The sons of Micah were Pithon, and Melech, and Tarea, and Ahaz.	35 Mikini su sinovi bili: Piton, Melek, Tarea i Ahaz.
36 And Ahaz conceived Jehoaddah. And Jehoaddah conceived Alemeth, and Azmaveth, and Zimri. And Zimri conceived Moza.	36 Ahaz rodi Joadu; Joada rodi Alemeta, Azmaveta i Zimrija; Zimri rodi Mosu.
37 And Moza conceived Binea, whose son was Raphah, of whom was born Eleasah, who conceived Azel.	37 Mosa rodi Biniju, čiji je sin bio Rafa, a njegov sin Elasa, njegov sin Asel.
38 Now there were six sons for Azel, whose names were Azrikam, Bocheru, Ishmael, Sheariah, Obadiah, and Hanan. All these were the sons of Azel.	38 Asel je imao šest sinova, kojima su imena: Azrikam, njegov prvenac, Bokru, Jišmael, Šearja, Obadja i Hanan; svi su oni bili Aselovi sinovi.
39 Then the sons of Eshek, his brother, were Ulam the firstborn, and Jeush the second, and Eliphelet the third.	39 Sinovi njegova brata Ešeka bili su: Ulam, prvenac mu, drugi Jehuš, treći Elifelet.
40 And the sons of Ulam were very robust men, drawing the bow with great strength. And they had many sons and grandsons, even to one hundred fifty. All these were sons of Benjamin.	40 Ulamovi su sinovi bili hrabri junaci koji su zapinjali lûk i imali mnogo sinova i unuka, sto pedeset. Svi su oni bili od Benjaminovih si-nova.
