1 Al eluia! How blessed is anyone who fears Yahweh, who delights in his commandments!	1 Aleluja!
2 His descendants shal be powerful on earth, the race of the honest shal receive blessings:	2 ALEF Blago čovjeku koji se boji Jahve BET i koji uživa u naredbama njegovim: GIMEL moćno će mu biti na zemlji potomstvo,
3 Riches and wealth for his family; his uprightness stands firm for ever.	3 DALET na pravednu će pokoljenju počivati blagoslov. HE Blagostanje i bogatstvo bit će u domu njegovu,
4 For the honest he shines as a lamp in the dark, generous, tender-hearted, and upright.	4 VAU njegova pravednost ostaje dovijeka. ZAJIN Čestitima sviće k’o svjetlost u tami:
5 Al goes wel for one who lends generously, who is honest in al his dealing;	5 HET blag, milosrdan i pravedan Jahve. TET Dobro je čovjeku koji je milostiv i daje u zajam,
6 for al time to come he wil not stumble, for al time to come the upright wil be remembered.	6 JOD koji poslove svoje obavlja pravedno. KAF Dovijeka neće on posrnuti:
7 Bad news holds no fears for him, firm is his heart, trusting in Yahweh.	7 LAMED u vječnome će spomenu biti pravednik. MEM Žalosne se vijesti neće bojati,
8 His heart held steady, he has no fears, til he can gloat over his enemies.	8 NUN mirno je njegovo srce uzdajuć’ se u Jahvu. SAMEK Hrabro mu je srce, ničeg se ne boji,
9 To the needy he gives without stint, his uprightness stands firm for ever; his reputation is founded onstrength.	9 AJIN neprijatelje svoje prezire. PE On prosipa, daje sirotinji:
10 The wicked are vexed at the sight, they grind their teeth and waste away. The desires of the wickedwil be frustrated.	10 SADE pravednost njegova ostaje dovijeka, KOF njegovo će se čelo slavno uzdići. REŠ Ljutito će to gledati bezbožnik, ŠIN škrgutat će zubima i venuti, TAU propast će želja opakih.
