1 Del maestro de coro. Salmo de David.	1 How long wilt thou forget me, O LORD? for ever? how long wilt thou hide thy face from me?
2 ¿Hasta cuándo me tendrás olvidado, Señor? ¿Eternamente? ¿Hasta cuándo me ocultarás tu rostro?	2 How long shall I take counsel in my soul, having sorrow in my heart daily? how long shall mine enemy be exalted over me?
3 ¿Hasta cuándo mi alma estará acongojada y habrá pesar en mi corazón, día tras día? ¿Hasta cuándo mi enemigo prevalecerá sobre mí?	3 Consider and hear me, O LORD my God: lighten mine eyes, lest I sleep the sleep of death;
4 ¡Mírame, respóndeme, Señor, Dios mío! Ilumina mis ojos, para que no caiga en el sueño de la muerte,	4 Lest mine enemy say, I have prevailed against him; and those that trouble me rejoice when I am moved.
5 para que mi enemigo no pueda decir: «Lo he vencido», ni mi adversario se alegre de mi fracaso.	5 But I have trusted in thy mercy; my heart shall rejoice in thy salvation.
6 Yo confío en tu misericordia: que mi corazón se alegre porque me salvaste. ¡Cantaré al Señor porque me ha favorecido!	6 I will sing unto the LORD, because he hath dealt bountifully with me.
