1 Parlo Moisè ai figliuoli d'Israel ogni cosa che Iddio gli avea detto.	1 And Moses spake unto the heads of the tribes concerning the children of Israel, saying, This is the thing which the LORD hath commanded.
2 E parlò ai principi delle tribù de' figliuoli d'Israel, e disse loro: queste parole mi disse Iddio.	2 If a man vow a vow unto the LORD, or swear an oath to bind his soul with a bond; he shall not break his word, he shall do according to all that proceedeth out of his mouth.
3 Se alcuno uomo prometterà a Dio per voto, o per giuramento si constrignerà, non ritorni adietro le sue parole; ma ciò che promette sì adempia, (e tragga ad effetto).	3 If a woman also vow a vow unto the LORD, and bind herself by a bond, being in her father's house in her youth;
4 La femina che si voterà, o prometterà a Dio alcuna cosa per giuramento, se ella è in casa del padre, e sia ancor giovane; se il padre cognoscerà il voto lo quale hae fatto, e il giuramento per lo qual obbligò l'anima sua, e tacerà, è obbligata al voto.	4 And her father hear her vow, and her bond wherewith she hath bound her soul, and her father shall hold his peace at her: then all her vows shall stand, and every bond wherewith she hath bound her soul shall stand.
5 E imperò ciò che promettè renda a Dio. (Se tanto è ch' ella lo faccia senza volontà del padre),	5 But if her father disallow her in the day that he heareth; not any of her vows, or of her bonds wherewith she hath bound her soul, shall stand: and the LORD shall forgive her, because her father disallowed her.
6 e udendola il padre, le contradica (in quello dì che ella fa il suo voto), lo voto e il giuramento è nulla; nè sarà obbligata al voto, però che il padre le ha contradetto.	6 And if she had at all an husband, when she vowed, or uttered ought out of her lips, wherewith she bound her soul;
7 Se ella hae marito, e farà alcuno voto, e una fiata uscirà la parola della sua bocca, per la qual lei obblighi l'anima sua (o per voto o) per giuramento,	7 And her husband heard it, and held his peace at her in the day that he heard it: then her vows shall stand, and her bonds wherewith she bound her soul shall stand.
8 nel qual dì lo marito l'udirà, e non le con traddirà, sarà obbligata al voto, e osserverà quello che ha promesso.	8 But if her husband disallowed her on the day that he heard it; then he shall make her vow which she vowed, and that which she uttered with her lips, wherewith she bound her soul, of none effect: and the LORD shall forgive her.
9 Ma se udendo, subito egli il contraddice, non sarà tenuta alla promessione, perciò che il marito l'hae contraddetto; e tutte le sue promissioni, per le quali avea astretta l'anima sua, saranno per nulla; ma Iddio le sarà in aiuto.	9 But every vow of a widow, and of her that is divorced, wherewith they have bound their souls, shall stand against her.
10 La donna vedova, e quella che è licenziata dal marito suo, tutto quello al qual per voto si obbligheranno saranno obbligate ad osservare.	10 And if she vowed in her husband's house, or bound her soul by a bond with an oath;
11 Se la donna farae voto o giuramento in casa del marito,	11 And her husband heard it, and held his peace at her, and disallowed her not: then all her vows shall stand, and every bond wherewith she bound her soul shall stand.
12 se il marito udirà e tacerà, e non contrad dirà alla promissione, sarà obbligata a quello ch' ella prometterà di fare.	12 But if her husband hath utterly made them void on the day he heard them; then whatsoever proceeded out of her lips concerning her vows, or concerning the bond of her soul, shall not stand: her husband hath made them void; and the LORD shall forgive her.
13 Ma se subito le contraddirà, non sarà obbligata alla promissione, però che il marito ha contraddetto; e lo Signore le sarà propizio.	13 Every vow, and every binding oath to afflict the soul, her husband may establish it, or her husband may make it void.
14 Se la donna farà voto, e per giuramento prometterà di affliger l'anima sua o per digiuno o per astinenza di alcune cose, sarà in libertà del marito, che lei lo facci o non facci.	14 But if her husband altogether hold his peace at her from day to day; then he establisheth all her vows, or all her bonds, which are upon her: he confirmeth them, because he held his peace at her in the day that he heard them.
15 La qual cosa se lo marito l'udirà e tacerà, e aspetta un altro dì a parlare, tutto quello che ha promesso e votato osservi; però che subito che lo marito udì, istette cheto.	15 But if he shall any ways make them void after that he hath heard them; then he shall bear her iniquity.
16 Ma se lui contraddirà, dopo che l'avrà ri saputo, lui porterà la sua iniquità.	16 These are the statutes, which the LORD commanded Moses, between a man and his wife, between the father and his daughter, being yet in her youth in her father's house.
17 Queste sono le leggi, le quali ordinò il Signore a Moisè fra il marito e la moglie, fra il padre e la figliuola, la quale è in etade puerile, ovver che abita in casa del padre e della madre.
