1 וַיַּעַשׂ אֶת־מִזְבַּח הָעֹלָה עֲצֵי שִׁטִּים חָמֵשׁ אַמֹּות אָרְכֹּו וְחָמֵשׁ־אַמֹּות רָחְבֹּו רָבוּעַ וְשָׁלֹשׁ אַמֹּות קֹמָתֹו | 1 He made the altar of burnt offerings of acacia wood, five cubits long and five cubits wide; it was squareand three cubits high. |
2 וַיַּעַשׂ קַרְנֹתָיו עַל אַרְבַּע פִּנֹּתָיו מִמֶּנּוּ הָיוּ קַרְנֹתָיו וַיְצַף אֹתֹו נְחֹשֶׁת | 2 At its four corners he made horns, the horns being of a piece with it, and overlaid it with bronze. |
3 וַיַּעַשׂ אֶת־כָּל־כְּלֵי הַמִּזְבֵּחַ אֶת־הַסִּירֹת וְאֶת־הַיָּעִים וְאֶת־הַמִּזְרָקֹת אֶת־הַמִּזְלָגֹת וְאֶת־הַמַּחְתֹּת כָּל־כֵּלָיו עָשָׂה נְחֹשֶׁת | 3 He made all the altar accessories: the ash pans, shovels, sprinkling basins, hooks and fire pans; hemade al the altar accessories of bronze. |
4 וַיַּעַשׂ לַמִּזְבֵּחַ מִכְבָּר מַעֲשֵׂה רֶשֶׁת נְחֹשֶׁת תַּחַת כַּרְכֻּבֹּו מִלְּמַטָּה עַד־חֶצְיֹו | 4 He also made a grating for the altar of bronze network, below its ledge, underneath, coming halfwayup. |
5 וַיִּצֹק אַרְבַּע טַבָּעֹת בְּאַרְבַּע הַקְּצָוֹת לְמִכְבַּר הַנְּחֹשֶׁת בָּתִּים לַבַּדִּים | 5 He cast four rings for the four corners of the bronze grating to take the shafts. |
6 וַיַּעַשׂ אֶת־הַבַּדִּים עֲצֵי שִׁטִּים וַיְצַף אֹתָם נְחֹשֶׁת | 6 He made the shafts of acacia wood and overlaid them with bronze. |
7 וַיָּבֵא אֶת־הַבַּדִּים בַּטַּבָּעֹת עַל צַלְעֹת הַמִּזְבֵּחַ לָשֵׂאת אֹתֹו בָּהֶם נְבוּב לֻחֹת עָשָׂה אֹתֹו׃ ס | 7 He passed the shafts through the rings on the sides of the altar for carrying it. He made the altarhollow, out of boards. |
8 וַיַּעַשׂ אֵת הַכִּיֹּור נְחֹשֶׁת וְאֵת כַּנֹּו נְחֹשֶׁת בְּמַרְאֹת הַצֹּבְאֹת אֲשֶׁר צָבְאוּ פֶּתַח אֹהֶל מֹועֵד׃ ס | 8 He made the bronze basin and its bronze stand from the mirrors of the women who served at theentrance to the Tent of Meeting. |
9 וַיַּעַשׂ אֶת־הֶחָצֵר לִפְאַת ׀ נֶגֶב תֵּימָנָה קַלְעֵי הֶחָצֵר שֵׁשׁ מָשְׁזָר מֵאָה בָּאַמָּה | 9 He made the court. On the south side, on the south, the curtaining of the court was of finely wovenlinen a hundred cubits long. |
10 עַמּוּדֵיהֶם עֶשְׂרִים וְאַדְנֵיהֶם עֶשְׂרִים נְחֹשֶׁת וָוֵי הָעַמֻּדִים וַחֲשֻׁקֵיהֶם כָּסֶף | 10 Its twenty poles and their sockets being of bronze, and their hooks and rods of silver; |
11 וְלִפְאַת צָפֹון מֵאָה בָאַמָּה עַמּוּדֵיהֶם עֶשְׂרִים וְאַדְנֵיהֶם עֶשְׂרִים נְחֹשֶׁת וָוֵי הָעַמּוּדִים וַחֲשֻׁקֵיהֶם כָּסֶף | 11 and on the north side, a hundred cubits of curtaining, its twenty poles and their twenty sockets beingof bronze, and their hooks and rods of silver. |
12 וְלִפְאַת־יָם קְלָעִים חֲמִשִּׁים בָּאַמָּה עַמּוּדֵיהֶם עֲשָׂרָה וְאַדְנֵיהֶם עֲשָׂרָה וָוֵי הָעַמֻּדִים וַחֲשׁוּקֵיהֶם כָּסֶף | 12 On the west side there were fifty cubits of curtaining, with its ten poles and their ten sockets, thepoles' hooks and rods being of silver; |
13 וְלִפְאַת קֵדְמָה מִזְרָחָה חֲמִשִּׁים אַמָּה | 13 and on the east side on the east, there were fifty cubits. |
14 קְלָעִים חֲמֵשׁ־עֶשְׂרֵה אַמָּה אֶל־הַכָּתֵף עַמּוּדֵיהֶם שְׁלֹשָׁה וְאַדְנֵיהֶם שְׁלֹשָׁה | 14 On the one side there were fifteen cubits of curtaining, with its three poles and their three sockets, |
15 וְלַכָּתֵף הַשֵּׁנִית מִזֶּה וּמִזֶּה לְשַׁעַר הֶחָצֵר קְלָעִים חֲמֵשׁ עֶשְׂרֵה אַמָּה עַמֻּדֵיהֶם שְׁלֹשָׁה וְאַדְנֵיהֶם שְׁלֹשָׁה | 15 and on the other side -- either side of the gateway to the court -- there were fifteen cubits ofcurtaining with its three poles and their three sockets. |
16 כָּל־קַלְעֵי הֶחָצֵר סָבִיב שֵׁשׁ מָשְׁזָר | 16 Al the curtaining round the court was of finely woven linen, |
17 וְהָאֲדָנִים לָעַמֻּדִים נְחֹשֶׁת וָוֵי הָעַמּוּדִים וַחֲשׁוּקֵיהֶם כֶּסֶף וְצִפּוּי רָאשֵׁיהֶם כָּסֶף וְהֵם מְחֻשָּׁקִים כֶּסֶף כֹּל עַמֻּדֵי הֶחָצֵר | 17 the sockets for the poles were of bronze, the poles' hooks and rods of silver, their capitals wereoverlaid with silver and al the poles of the court had silver rods. |
18 וּמָסַךְ שַׁעַר הֶחָצֵר מַעֲשֵׂה רֹקֵם תְּכֵלֶת וְאַרְגָּמָן וְתֹולַעַת שָׁנִי וְשֵׁשׁ מָשְׁזָר וְעֶשְׂרִים אַמָּה אֹרֶךְ וְקֹומָה בְרֹחַב חָמֵשׁ אַמֹּות לְעֻמַּת קַלְעֵי הֶחָצֵר | 18 The screen for the gateway to the court was of finely woven linen embroidered with violet-purple, red-purple and crimson, twenty cubits long and five cubits high (al the way along) like the curtaining of the court, |
19 וְעַמֻּדֵיהֶם אַרְבָּעָה וְאַדְנֵיהֶם אַרְבָּעָה נְחֹשֶׁת וָוֵיהֶם כֶּסֶף וְצִפּוּי רָאשֵׁיהֶם וַחֲשֻׁקֵיהֶם כָּסֶף | 19 its four poles and their four sockets being of bronze, their hooks of silver, their capitals overlaid withsilver, and their rods of silver. |
20 וְכָל־הַיְתֵדֹת לַמִּשְׁכָּן וְלֶחָצֵר סָבִיב נְחֹשֶׁת׃ ס | 20 Al the pegs round the Dwel ing and the court were of bronze. |
21 אֵלֶּה פְקוּדֵי הַמִּשְׁכָּן מִשְׁכַּן הָעֵדֻת אֲשֶׁר פֻּקַּד עַל־פִּי מֹשֶׁה עֲבֹדַת הַלְוִיִּם בְּיַד אִיתָמָר בֶּן־אַהֲרֹן הַכֹּהֵן | 21 These are the accounts for the Dwelling -- the Dwel ing of the Testimony -- drawn up by order ofMoses, the work of Levites, produced by Ithamar son of Aaron, the priest. |
22 וּבְצַלְאֵל בֶּן־אוּרִי בֶן־חוּר לְמַטֵּה יְהוּדָה עָשָׂה אֵת כָּל־אֲשֶׁר־צִוָּה יְהוָה אֶת־מֹשֶׁה | 22 Bezalel son of Uri, son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah, made everything that Yahweh ordered Moses tomake, |
23 וְאִתֹּו אָהֳלִיאָב בֶּן־אֲחִיסָמָךְ לְמַטֵּה־דָן חָרָשׁ וְחֹשֵׁב וְרֹקֵם בַּתְּכֵלֶת וּבָאַרְגָּמָן וּבְתֹולַעַת הַשָּׁנִי וּבַשֵּׁשׁ׃ ס | 23 his assistant being Oholiab son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan, an engraver, embroiderer andneedleworker in violet-purple, red-purple and crimson materials and fine linen. |
24 כָּל־הַזָּהָב הֶעָשׂוּי לַמְּלָאכָה בְּכֹל מְלֶאכֶת הַקֹּדֶשׁ וַיְהִי ׀ זְהַב הַתְּנוּפָה תֵּשַׁע וְעֶשְׂרִים כִּכָּר וּשְׁבַע מֵאֹות וּשְׁלֹשִׁים שֶׁקֶל בְּשֶׁקֶל הַקֹּדֶשׁ | 24 The amount of gold used for the work, for the entire work for the sanctuary (the gold consecrated forthe purpose) was twenty-nine talents and seven hundred and thirty shekels, reckoned by the sanctuary shekel. |
25 וְכֶסֶף פְּקוּדֵי הָעֵדָה מְאַת כִּכָּר וְאֶלֶף וּשְׁבַע מֵאֹות וַחֲמִשָּׁה וְשִׁבְעִים שֶׁקֶל בְּשֶׁקֶל הַקֹּדֶשׁ | 25 The silver from the census of the community was one hundred talents and one thousand sevenhundred and seventy-five shekels, reckoned by the sanctuary shekel, |
26 בֶּקַע לַגֻּלְגֹּלֶת מַחֲצִית הַשֶּׁקֶל בְּשֶׁקֶל הַקֹּדֶשׁ לְכֹל הָעֹבֵר עַל־הַפְּקֻדִים מִבֶּן עֶשְׂרִים שָׁנָה וָמַעְלָה לְשֵׁשׁ־מֵאֹות אֶלֶף וּשְׁלֹשֶׁת אֲלָפִים וַחֲמֵשׁ מֵאֹות וַחֲמִשִּׁים | 26 one beqa per head, half a shekel reckoned by the sanctuary shekel, for everyone of twenty years andover included in the census, for six hundred and three thousand five hundred and fifty persons. |
27 וַיְהִי מְאַת כִּכַּר הַכֶּסֶף לָצֶקֶת אֵת אַדְנֵי הַקֹּדֶשׁ וְאֵת אַדְנֵי הַפָּרֹכֶת מְאַת אֲדָנִים לִמְאַת הַכִּכָּר כִּכָּר לָאָדֶן | 27 A hundred talents of silver were used for casting the sockets for the sanctuary and the sockets for thecurtain: a hundred sockets from a hundred talents, one talent per socket. |
28 וְאֶת־הָאֶלֶף וּשְׁבַע הַמֵּאֹות וַחֲמִשָּׁה וְשִׁבְעִים עָשָׂה וָוִים לָעַמּוּדִים וְצִפָּה רָאשֵׁיהֶם וְחִשַּׁק אֹתָם | 28 From the one thousand seven hundred and seventy-five shekels he made the hooks for the poles,overlaid their capitals and made the rods for them. |
29 וּנְחֹשֶׁת הַתְּנוּפָה שִׁבְעִים כִּכָּר וְאַלְפַּיִם וְאַרְבַּע־מֵאֹות שָׁקֶל | 29 The bronze consecrated for the purpose amounted to seventy talents and two thousand four hundredshekels, |
30 וַיַּעַשׂ בָּהּ אֶת־אַדְנֵי פֶּתַח אֹהֶל מֹועֵד וְאֵת מִזְבַּח הַנְּחֹשֶׁת וְאֶת־מִכְבַּר הַנְּחֹשֶׁת אֲשֶׁר־לֹו וְאֵת כָּל־כְּלֵי הַמִּזְבֵּחַ | 30 and from it he made the sockets for the entrance of the Tent of Meeting, the bronze altar, its bronzegrating and al the altar accessories, |
31 וְאֶת־אַדְנֵי הֶחָצֵר סָבִיב וְאֶת־אַדְנֵי שַׁעַר הֶחָצֵר וְאֵת כָּל־יִתְדֹת הַמִּשְׁכָּן וְאֶת־כָּל־יִתְדֹת הֶחָצֵר סָבִיב | 31 the sockets al round the court, the sockets for the gateway to the court, all the pegs for the Dwel ingand all the pegs round the court. |
