SMITH VAN DYKE	NEW JERUSALEM
1 وأراني يهوشع الكاهن العظيم قائما قدام ملاك الرب والشيطان قائم عن يمينه ليقاومه.	1 He then showed me the high priest Joshua, standing before the angel of Yahweh, with Satan standingon his right to accuse him.
2 فقال الرب للشيطان لينتهرك الرب يا شيطان. لينتهرك الرب الذي اختار اورشليم. أفليس هذا شعلة منتشلة من النار	2 The angel of Yahweh said to Satan, 'May Yahweh rebuke you, Satan! May Yahweh rebuke you, sincehe has made Jerusalem his choice. Is not this man a brand snatched from the fire?'
3 وكان يهوشع لابسا ثيابا قذرة وواقفا قدام الملاك.	3 Now Joshua was dressed in dirty clothes as he stood before the angel.
4 فاجاب وكلم الواقفين قدامه قائلا انزعوا عنه الثياب القذرة. وقال له انظر. قد اذهبت عنك اثمك والبسك ثيابا مزخرفة.	4 The latter then spoke as fol ows to those who were standing before him, 'Take off his dirty clothesanddress him in splendid robes
5 فقلت ليضعوا على راسه عمامة طاهرة. فوضعوا على راسه العمامة الطاهرة والبسوه ثيابا وملاك الرب واقف.	5 and put a clean turban on his head.' So they put a clean turban on his head and dressed him in cleanclothes, while the angel of Yahweh stood byand said, 'You see, I have taken your guilt away.'
6 فاشهد ملاك الرب على يهوشع قائلا	6 The angel of Yahweh then made this declaration to Joshua,
7 هكذا قال رب الجنود ان سلكت في طرقي وان حفظت شعائري فانت ايضا تدين بيتي وتحافظ ايضا على دياري واعطيك مسالك بين هؤلاء الواقفين.	7 'Yahweh Sabaoth says this, "If you walk in my ways and keep my ordinances, you shal govern myhouse, you shal watch over my courts, and I wil give you free access among those in attendance here.
8 فاسمع يا يهوشع الكاهن العظيم انت ورفقاؤك الجالسون امامك. لانهم رجال آية. لاني هانذا آتي بعبدي الغصن.	8 'So listen, High Priest Joshua, you and the colleagues over whom you preside -- for they are an omenof things to come -- for now I shal bring in my servant the Branch, and I shal remove this country's guilt in asingle day.
9 فهوذا الحجر الذي وضعته قدام يهوشع على حجر واحد سبع اعين. هانذا ناقش نقشه يقول رب الجنود وازيل اثم تلك الارض في يوم واحد.	9 For this is the stone which I have put before Joshua, a stone on which are seven eyes; and I myselfshall cut the inscription on it -- Yahweh Sabaoth declares."
10 في ذلك اليوم يقول رب الجنود ينادي كل انسان قريبه تحت الكرمة وتحت التينة	10 On that day -- Yahweh Sabaoth declares -- invite each other to come under your vine and your figtree." '
