Isaia (اشعياء) 26

SMITH VAN DYKE	NEW JERUSALEM
1 في ذلك اليوم يغنى بهذه الاغنية في ارض يهوذا. لنا مدينة قوية. يجعل الخلاص اسوارا ومترسة.	1 That day, this song wil be sung in Judah: 'We have a fortress city, the wal s and ramparts providesafety.
2 افتحوا الابواب لتدخل الامة البارة الحافظة الامانة.	2 Open the gates! Let the upright nation come in, the nation that keeps faith!
3 ذو الراي الممكن تحفظه سالما سالما لانه عليك متوكل.	3 This is the plan decreed: you wil guarantee peace, the peace entrusted to you.
4 توكلوا على الرب الى الابد لان في ياه الرب صخر الدهور.	4 Trust in Yahweh for ever, for Yahweh is a rock for ever.
5 لانه يخفض سكان العلاء يضع القرية المرتفعة. يضعها الى الارض. يلصقها بالتراب.	5 He has brought low the dwel ers on the heights, the lofty citadel; he lays it low, brings it to the ground,flings it down in the dust.
6 تدوسها الرجل رجلا البائس اقدام المساكين	6 It wil be trodden under foot, by the feet of the needy, the steps of the weak.'
7 طريق الصدّيق استقامة. تمهد ايها المستقيم سبيل الصدّيق.	7 The path of the Upright One is honesty; you smooth the honest way of the upright.
8 ففي طريق احكامك يا رب انتظرناك. الى اسمك والى ذكرك شهوة النفس.	8 Fol owing the path of your judgements, Yahweh, we set our hopes in you, your name, your memory areal our soul desires.
9 بنفسي اشتهيتك في الليل. ايضا بروحي في داخلي اليك ابتكر. لانه حينما تكون احكامك في الارض يتعلم سكان المسكونة العدل.	9 At night my soul longs for you and my spirit within me seeks you out; for when your judgements appearon earth the inhabitants of the world learn what saving justice is.
10 يرحم المنافق ولا يتعلّم العدل. في ارض الاستقامة يصنع شرا ولا يرى جلال الرب	10 If pity is shown to the wicked without his learning what saving justice is, he wil act wrongly in the landof right conduct and not see the majesty of Yahweh.
11 يا رب ارتفعت يدك ولا يرون. يرون ويخزون من الغيرة على الشعب وتاكلهم نار اعدائك.	11 Yahweh, your hand is raised but they do not see! The antagonists of your people will look and growpale; with your fiery wrath you wil devour your enemies.
12 يا رب تجعل لنا سلاما لانك كل اعمالنا صنعتها لنا.	12 Yahweh, you wil grant us peace, having completed al our undertakings for us.
13 ايها الرب الهنا قد استولى علينا سادة سواك. بك وحدك نذكر اسمك.	13 Yahweh our God, other lords than you have ruled us but, loyal to you alone, we invoke your name.
14 هم اموات لا يحيون. اخيلة لا تقوم. لذلك عاقبت واهلكتهم وأبدت كل ذكرهم	14 The dead wil not come back to life, the shadows wil not rise again, for you have punished them,annihilated them, wiping out their very memory.
15 زدت الامة يا رب زدت الامة. تمجدت. وسعت كل اطراف الارض.	15 You have made the nation larger, Yahweh, made the nation larger and won yourself glory, you haverol ed back the frontiers of the country.
16 يا رب في الضيق طلبوك. سكبوا مخافتة عند تأديبك اياهم.	16 Yahweh, in distress they had recourse to you, they expended themselves in prayer, since yourpunishment was on them.
17 كما ان الحبلى التي تقارب الولادة تتلوى وتصرخ في مخاضها هكذا كنا قدامك يا رب.	17 As a pregnant woman near her time of delivery writhes and cries out in her pangs, so have we been,Yahweh, in your eyes:
18 حبلنا تلوينا كاننا ولدنا ريحا. لم نصنع خلاصا في الارض ولم يسقط سكان المسكونة.	18 we have been pregnant, we have writhed, but we have given birth only to wind: we have not givensalvation to the earth, no inhabitants for the world have been brought to birth.
19 تحيا امواتك تقوم الجثث. استيقظوا ترنموا يا سكان التراب. لان طلك طل اعشاب والارض تسقط الاخيلة	19 Your dead will come back to life, your corpses wil rise again. Wake up and sing, you dwel ers in thedust, for your dew wil be a radiant dew, but the earth will give birth to the shades.
20 هلم يا شعبي ادخل مخادعك واغلق ابوابك خلفك. اختبئ نحو لحيظة حتى يعبر الغضب.	20 Go, my people, go to your private room, shut yourselves in. Hide yourselves a little while until theretribution has passed.
21 لانه هوذا الرب يخرج من مكانه ليعاقب اثم سكان الارض فيهم فتكشف الارض دماءها ولا تغطي قتلاها في ما بعد	21 For see, Yahweh emerges from his dwel ing to punish the inhabitants of earth for their guilt; and theearth will reveal the blood shed on it and no longer hide its slain.
