LA SACRA BIBBIA	NEW JERUSALEM
1 Poi Giacobbe chiamò i suoi figli e disse: "Radunatevi, affinché io vi annunzi ciò che avverrà nei giorni futuri.	1 Jacob cal ed his sons and said, 'Gather round, so that I can tell you what is in store for you in the final days.
2 Adunatevi e ascoltate, o figli di Giacobbe, date ascolto a Israele, vostro padre!	2 Gather round, sons of Jacob, and listen; listen to Israel your father.
3 Ruben, primogenito mio sei tu, mio vigore e primizia della mia virilità, esuberante di fierezza ed esuberante di forza!	3 Reuben, you are my first-born, my vigour, and the first-fruit of my manhood, foremost in pride,foremost in strength,
4 Bollente come acqua, non avrai preminenza, perché salisti sul letto di tuo padre; allora tu profanasti il giaciglio della consorte.	4 uncontrol ed as water: you wil not be foremost, for you climbed into your father's bed, and so defiledmy couch, to my sorrow.
