1 - Il Signore parlò ancora a Mosè, e gli disse:	1 The LORD said to Moses:
2 «Parla a' figli d'Israele, e di' loro così: - L'uomo o la donna che abbian fatto voto di santificarsi, ed abbian voluto consacrarsi al Signore,	2 "Speak to the Israelites and tell them: When a man (or a woman) solemnly takes the nazirite vow to dedicate himself to the LORD,
3 s'asterranno dal vino e da ogni bevanda inebriante; non beveranno aceto fatto con vino o con qualsiasi altra bevanda nè succo qualsiasi spremuto dall'uva; non mangeranno uva nè fresca nè secca	3 he shall abstain from wine and strong drink; he may neither drink wine vinegar, other vinegar, of any kind of grape juice, nor eat either fresh or dried grapes.
4 in tutto il tempo pel quale con voto si son consacrati al Signore; tutto quel che può venir dalla vite, nè un chicco secco nè un acino, non ne mangeranno.	4 As long as he is a nazirite he shall not eat anything of the produce of the vine; not even unripe grapes or grapeskins.
5 Per tutto il tempo della sua separazione, non passerà rasoio sulla sua testa, sinchè sia compiuto il tempo pel quale s'è consacrato al Signore; sarà santo, e si lascerà crescere sul capo la capigliatura.	5 While he is under the nazirite vow, no razor shall touch his hair. Until the period of his dedication to the LORD is over, he shall be sacred, and shall let the hair of his head grow freely.
6 Per tutta la durata della sua consacrazione non s'accosterà ad un morto,	6 As long as he is dedicated to the LORD, he shall not enter where a dead person is.
7 e non contrarrà immondezza nemmeno per il funerale del padre, della madre, d'un fratello o di una sorella, perchè sul capo suo è il segno della consacrazione al suo Dio.	7 Not even for his father or mother, his sister or brother, should they die, may he become unclean, since his head bears his dedication to God.
8 Per tutto il tempo della sua separazione, sarà santo per il Signore.	8 As long as he is a nazirite he is sacred to the LORD.
9 Se qualcuno morisse ad un tratto sotto i suoi occhi, il capo suo consacrato diverrebbe immondo; lo raderà subito nello stesso giorno per purificarsi, e poi di nuovo al giorno settimo.	9 "If someone dies very suddenly in his presence, so that his dedicated head becomes unclean, he shall shave his head on the day of his purification, that is, on the seventh day.
10 L'ottavo giorno, porterà al sacerdote due tortore o due colombini, all'ingresso del tabernacolo dell'alleanza.	10 On the eighth day he shall bring two turtledoves or two pigeons to the priest at the entrance of the meeting tent.
11 Il sacerdote ne immolerà uno per il peccato, l'altro in olocausto, e farà supplicazione per lui perchè si macchiò con quel morto; in quel giorno santificherà [di nuovo] il suo capo,	11 The priest shall offer up the one as a sin offering and the other as a holocaust, thus making atonement for him for the sin he has committed by reason of the dead person. On the same day he shall reconsecrate his head
12 offrirà per il peccato un agnello di un anno e consacrerà [di nuovo] al Signore i giorni della sua separazione, in guisa che quelli prima trascorsi non contino più, perchè la sua santificazione fu macchiata.	12 and begin anew the period of his dedication to the LORD as a nazirite, bringing a yearling lamb as a guilt offering. The previous period is not valid, because his dedicated head became unclean.
13 Quest'è la legge della consacrazione. Quando i giorni determinati dal suo voto saranno compiuti, si farà condurre all'ingresso del tabernacolo dell'alleanza,	13 "This is the ritual for the nazirite: On the day he completes the period of his dedication he shall go to the entrance of the meeting tent,
14 ed offrirà come sua oblazione al Signore: un agnello senza macchia, d'un anno, per olocausto; una pecora d'un anno, senza macchia, per il peccato; un ariete senza macchia, per ostia pacifica;	14 bringing as his offering to the LORD one unblemished yearling lamb for a holocaust, one unblemished yearling ewe lamb for a sin offering, one unblemished ram as a peace offering, along with their cereal offerings and libations,
15 un canestro di pani azzimi cospersi d'olio, e di schiacciate senza fermento unte con olio, con le rispettive libazioni.	15 and a basket of unleavened cakes of fine flour mixed with oil and of unleavened wafers spread with oil.
16 Il sacerdote offrirà tutto ciò al Signore, e farà il sacrifizio, tanto per il peccato quanto per l'olocausto.	16 The priest shall present them before the LORD, and shall offer up the sin offering and the holocaust for him.
17 Immolerà poi l'ariete per ostia pacifica innanzi al Signore, offrendo insieme il canestro degli azzimi, e le libazioni dovute secondo il costume.	17 He shall then offer up the ram as a peace offering to the LORD, with its cereal offering and libation, and the basket of unleavened cakes.
18 Allora il nazareo, innanzi alla porta del tabernacolo dell'alleanza, si farà radere la capigliatura [ch'era segno] della sua consacrazione [il sacerdote] prenderà quei capelli e li porrà sul fuoco del sacrifizio pacifico.	18 Then at the entrance of the meeting tent the nazirite shall shave his dedicated head, collect the hair, and put it in the fire that is under the peace offering.
19 [Prenderà] anche un spalla cotta dell'ariete, una torta senza fermento dal canestro, ed una schiacciata azzima, e le metterà sulle palme delle mani del nazareo, dopo che il capo suo fu raso;	19 After the nazirite has shaved off his dedicated hair, the priest shall take a boiled shoulder of the ram, as well as one unleavened cake and one unleavened wafer from the basket, and shall place them in the hands of the nazirite.
20 ripresele poi da lui, le eleverà innanzi al Signore, e così santificate saranno del sacerdote, come anche il petto che è stato ordinato di metter da parte, ed una coscia. Dopo ciò il nazareo può bever vino.	20 The priest shall then wave them as a wave offering before the LORD. They become sacred and shall belong to the priest, along with the breast of the wave offering and the leg of the raised offering. Only after this may the nazirite drink wine.
21 Quest'è la legge per il nazareo, quando porterà con voto al Signore la sua offerta al termine della sua consacrazione, oltre il di più di che egli potrà disporre. Secondo che aveva in mente facendo il voto, così eseguisca acciò sia compiuta la sua santificazione -».	21 "This, then, is the law for the nazirite; this is the offering to the LORD which is included in his vow of dedication apart from anything else which his means may allow. Thus shall he carry out the law of his dedication in keeping with the vow he has taken."
22 Parlò ancora il Signore a Mosè, e disse:	22 The LORD said to Moses:
23 «Dirai ad Aronne ed ai suoi figliuoli: - Così benedirete i figli d'Israele, dicendo loro:	23 "Speak to Aaron and his sons and tell them: This is how you shall bless the Israelites. Say to them:
24 "Il Signore ti benedica e ti custodisca.	24 The LORD bless you and keep you!
25 Il Signore ti mostri la sua faccia, ed abbia di te misericordia.	25 The LORD let his face shine upon you, and be gracious to you!
26 Il Signore rivolga verso di te il suo volto, e ti dia pace".	26 The LORD look upon you kindly and give you peace!
27 Così invocheranno il mio nome su' figli d'Israele, ed io li benedirò».	27 So shall they invoke my name upon the Israelites, and I will bless them."
