Revelation 22

1 And he showed me the river of the water of life, shining like crystal, proceeding from the throne of God and of the Lamb.	1 Puis l'Ange me montra le fleuve de Vie, limpide comme du cristal, qui jaillissait du trône deDieu et de l'Agneau.
2 In the midst of its main street, and on both sides of the river, was the Tree of Life, bearing twelve fruits, offering one fruit for each month, and the leaves of the tree are for the health of the nations.	2 Au milieu de la place, de part et d'autre du fleuve, il y a des arbres de Vie qui fructifient douzefois, une fois chaque mois; et leurs feuilles peuvent guérir les païens.
3 And every curse shall be no more. But the throne of God and of the Lamb will be in it, and his servants shall serve him.	3 De malédiction, il n'y en aura plus; le trône de Dieu et de l'Agneau sera dressé dans la ville, etles serviteurs de Dieu l'adoreront;
4 And they shall see his face. And his name shall be on their foreheads.	4 ils verront sa face, et son nom sera sur leurs fronts.
5 And night shall be no more. And they will not need the light of a lamp, nor the light of the sun, because the Lord God will illuminate them. And they shall reign forever and ever.	5 De nuit, il n'y en aura plus; ils se passeront de lampe ou de soleil pour s'éclairer, car leSeigneur Dieu répandra sur eux sa lumière, et ils régneront pour les siècles des siècles.
6 And he said to me: “These words are entirely faithful and true.” And the Lord, the God of the spirits of the prophets, sent his Angel to reveal to his servant what must occur soon:	6 Puis il me dit: "Ces paroles sont certaines et vraies; le Seigneur Dieu, qui inspire les prophètes,a envoyé son Ange pour montrer à ses serviteurs ce qui doit arriver bientôt.
7 “For behold, I am approaching quickly! Blessed is he who keeps the words of the prophecy of this book.”	7 Voici que mon retour est proche! Heureux celui qui garde les paroles prophétiques de celivre."
8 And I, John, heard and saw these things. And, after I had heard and seen, I fell down, so as to adore before the feet of the Angel, who was revealing these things to me.	8 C'est moi, Jean, qui voyais et entendais tout cela; une fois les paroles et les visions achevées, jetombai aux pieds de l'Ange qui m'avait tout montré, pour l'adorer.
9 And he said to me: “Be careful not to do so. For I am your fellow servant, and I am among your brothers the prophets, and among those who keep the words of the prophecy of this book. Adore God.”	9 Mais lui me dit: "Non, attention, je suis un serviteur comme toi et tes frères les prophètes etceux qui gardent les paroles de ce livre; c'est Dieu qu'il faut adorer."
10 And he said to me: “Do not seal the words of the prophecy of this book. For the time is near.	10 Il me dit encore: "Ne tiens pas secrètes les paroles prophétiques de ce livre, car le Temps estproche.
11 Whoever does harm, he might still do harm. And whoever is filthy, he might still be filthy. And whoever is just, he may still be just. And one who is holy, he may still be holy.”	11 Que le pécheur pèche encore, et que l'homme souillé se souille encore; que l'homme de bienvive encore dans le bien, et que le saint se sanctifie encore.
12 “Behold, I am approaching quickly! And my repayment is with me, to render to each one according to his works.	12 Voici que mon retour est proche, et j'apporte avec moi le salaire que je vais payer à chacun,en proportion de son travail.
13 I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End.”	13 Je suis l'Alpha et l'Oméga, le Premier et le Dernier, le Principe et la Fin.
14 Blessed are those who wash their robes in the blood of the Lamb. So may they have a right to the tree of life; so may they enter through the gates into the City.	14 Heureux ceux qui lavent leurs robes; ils pourront disposer de l'arbre de Vie, et pénétrer dansla Cité, par les portes.
15 Outside are dogs, and drug users, and homosexuals, and murderers, and those who serve idols, and all who love and do what is false.	15 Dehors les chiens, les sorciers, les impurs, les assassins, les idolâtres et tous ceux qui seplaisent à faire le mal!"
16 “I, Jesus, have sent my Angel, to testify to these things for you among the Churches. I am the Root and the Origin of David, the bright morning Star.”	16 Moi, Jésus, j'ai envoyé mon Ange publier chez vous ces révélations concernant les Eglises. Jesuis le rejeton de la race de David, l'Etoile radieuse du matin.
17 And the Spirit and the Bride say: “Draw near.” And whoever hears, let him say: “Draw near.” And whoever thirsts, let him draw near. And whoever is willing, let him accept the water of life, freely.	17 L'Esprit et l'Epouse disent: "Viens!" Que celui qui entend dise: "Viens!" Et que l'hommeassoiffé s'approche, que l'homme de désir reçoive l'eau de la vie, gratuitement.
18 For I call as witnesses all listeners of the words of the prophecy of this book. If anyone will have added to these, God will add upon him the afflictions written in this book.	18 Je déclare, moi, à quiconque écoute les paroles prophétiques de ce livre: "Qui oserait y fairedes surcharges, Dieu le chargera de tous les fléaux décrits dans ce livre!
19 And if anyone will have taken away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God will take away his portion from the Book of Life, and from the Holy City, and from these things which have been written in this book.	19 Et qui oserait retrancher aux paroles de ce livre prophétique, Dieu retranchera son lot del'arbre de Vie et de la Cité sainte, décrits dans ce livre!"
20 He who offers testimony to these things, says: “Even now, I am approaching quickly.” Amen. Come, Lord Jesus.	20 Le garant de ces révélations l'affirme: "Oui, mon retour est proche!" Amen, viens, SeigneurJésus!
21 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.	21 Que la grâce du Seigneur Jésus soit avec tous! Amen
