Leviticus 27

1 Yahweh spoke to Moses and said:	1 И сказал Господь Моисею, говоря:
2 'Speak to the Israelites and say: "If anyone vows the value of a person to Yahweh and wishes todischarge the vow:	2 объяви сынам Израилевым и скажи им: если кто дает обет посвятить душу Господу по оценке твоей,
3 "a man between twenty and sixty years of age wil be valued at fifty silver shekels -- the sanctuaryshekel;	3 то оценка твоя мужчине от двадцати лет до шестидесяти должна быть пятьдесят сиклей серебряных, по сиклю священному;
4 a woman wil be valued at thirty shekels;	4 если же это женщина, то оценка твоя должна быть тридцать сиклей;
5 "between five and twenty years, a boy wil be valued at twenty shekels, a girl at ten shekels;	5 от пяти лет до двадцати оценка твоя мужчине должна быть двадцать сиклей, а женщине десять сиклей;
6 "between one month and five years, a boy wil be valued at five silver shekels, a girl at three silvershekels;	6 а от месяца до пяти лет оценка твоя мужчине должна быть пять сиклей серебра, а женщине оценка твоя три сикля серебра;
7 "at sixty years and over, a man will be valued at fifteen shekels and a woman at ten shekels.	7 от шестидесяти лет и выше мужчине оценка твоя должна быть пятнадцать сиклей серебра, а женщине десять сиклей.
8 "If the person who made the vow cannot meet this valuation, he wil present the person concerned tothe priest, and the priest wil set a value proportionate to the resources of the person who made the vow.	8 Если же он беден и не в силах [отдать] по оценке твоей, то пусть представят его священнику, и священник пусть оценит его: соразмерно с состоянием давшего обет пусть оценит его священник.
9 "In the case of an animal suitable for offering to Yahweh, any such animal given to Yahweh wil beholy.	9 Если же то будет скот, который приносят в жертву Господу, то все, что дано Господу, должно быть свято:
10 It cannot be exchanged or replaced, a good one instead of a bad one, or a bad one instead of a goodone. If one animal is substituted for another, both of them wil become holy.	10 не должно выменивать его и заменять хорошее худым, или худое хорошим; если же станет кто заменять скотину скотиною, то и она и замен ее будет святынею.
11 In the case of an unclean animal unsuitable for offering to Yahweh, whatever it may be, it will bepresented to the priest	11 Если же то будет какая-нибудь скотина нечистая, которую не приносят в жертву Господу, то должно представить скотину священнику,
12 and he wil set a value on it, in relation to its worth. His valuation will be decisive;	12 и священник оценит ее, хороша ли она, или худа, и как оценит священник, так и должно быть;
13 but if the person wishes to redeem it, he will add one-fifth to the valuation.	13 если же кто хочет выкупить ее, то пусть прибавит пятую долю к оценке твоей.
14 "If a man consecrates his house to Yahweh, the priest wil set a value on it, in relation to its worth. Hisvaluation wil be decisive.	14 Если кто посвящает дом свой в святыню Господу, то священник должен оценить его, хорош ли он, или худ, и как оценит его священник, так и состоится;
15 If the man who has vowed his house wishes to redeem it, he wil add one-fifth to the valuation, and itwil revert to him.	15 если же посвятивший захочет выкупить дом свой, то пусть прибавит пятую часть серебра оценки твоей, и [тогда] будет его.
16 "If a man consecrates one of the fields of his ancestral property to Yahweh, its value wil becalculated in terms of its yield, at the rate of fifty silver shekels to one homer of barley.	16 Если поле из своего владения посвятит кто Господу, то оценка твоя должна быть по мере посева: за посев хомера ячменя пятьдесят сиклей серебра;
17 "If he consecrates the field during the jubilee year, he wil abide by this valuation.	17 если от юбилейного года посвящает кто поле свое, --должно состояться по оценке твоей;
18 But if he consecrates it after the jubilee, the priest wil calculate the price in terms of the number ofyears stil to run until the next jubilee and the valuation wil be reduced accordingly.	18 если же после юбилея посвящает кто поле свое, то священник должен рассчитать серебро по мере лет, оставшихся до юбилейного года, и должно убавить из оценки твоей;
19 "If he wishes to redeem the field, he wil add one-fifth to the valuation, and the field wil revert to him.	19 если же захочет выкупить поле посвятивший его, то пусть он прибавит пятую часть серебра оценки твоей, и оно останется за ним;
20 If he does not redeem it but sel s it to someone else, the right of redemption ceases;	20 если же он не выкупит поля, и будет продано поле другому человеку, то уже нельзя выкупить:
21 when the purchaser has to vacate it at the jubilee year, it becomes consecrated to Yahweh, like afield vowed unconditional y; ownership of it passes to the priest.	21 поле то, когда оно в юбилей отойдет, будет святынею Господу, как бы поле заклятое; священнику достанется оно во владение.
22 "If he consecrates to Yahweh a field which he has bought, but which is not part of his ancestralproperty,	22 А если кто посвятит Господу поле купленное, которое не из полей его владения,
23 the priest wil calculate the valuation in terms of the number of years stil to run before the jubileeyear; and the man wil pay this sum the same day since it is consecrated to Yahweh.	23 то священник должен рассчитать ему количество оценки до юбилейного года, и должен он отдать по расчету в тот же день, [как] святыню Господню;
24 In the jubilee year the field wil revert to the vendor, the man to whose ancestral property the landbelongs.	24 поле же в юбилейный год перейдет опять к тому, у кого куплено, кому принадлежит владение той земли.
25 All your valuations will be made in sanctuary shekels, at the rate of twenty gerah to the shekel.	25 Всякая оценка твоя должна быть по сиклю священному, двадцать гер должно быть в сикле.
26 "The first-born of livestock is born to Yahweh; no one may consecrate it, whether it be cattle or sheep, for it belongs to Yahweh anyway.	26 Только первенцев из скота, которые по первенству принадлежат Господу, не должен никто посвящать: вол ли то, или мелкий скот, --Господни они.
27 But if it is an unclean animal, it may be redeemed at the valuation price with one-fifth added; if theanimal is not redeemed, it wil be sold at the valuation price.	27 Если же скот нечистый, то должно выкупить по оценке твоей и приложить к тому пятую часть; если не выкупят, то должно продать по оценке твоей.
28 "Nothing, however, that someone vows unconditional y to Yahweh may be redeemed, nothing hepossesses, be it a human being or animal or field of his ancestral property. What is vowed unconditional y isespecial y holy and belongs to Yahweh.	28 Только все заклятое, что под заклятием отдает человек Господу из своей собственности, --человека ли, скотину ли, поле ли своего владения, --не продается и не выкупается: все заклятое есть великая святыня Господня;
29 A human being vowed unconditional y cannot be redeemed but wil be put to death.	29 все заклятое, что заклято от людей, не выкупается: оно должно быть предано смерти.
30 "Al tithes on land, levied on the produce of the soil or on the fruit of trees, belong to Yahweh; they areconsecrated to Yahweh.	30 И всякая десятина на земле из семян земли и из плодов дерева принадлежит Господу: это святыня Господня;
31 If anyone wishes to redeem part of his tithe, he will add one-fifth to its value.	31 если же кто захочет выкупить десятину свою, то пусть приложит к [цене] ее пятую долю.
32 "In al tithes on herds or flocks, the tenth animal of al that pass under the herdsman's staff wil beconsecrated to Yahweh;	32 И всякую десятину из крупного и мелкого скота, из всего, что проходит под жезлом десятое, должно посвящать Господу;
33 there wil be no examining whether it is good or bad, and no substitution. If substitution takes place,the animal and its substitute wil both become holy without possibility of redemption." '	33 не должно разбирать, хорошее ли то, или худое, и не должно заменять его; если же кто заменит его, то и само оно и замен его будет святынею и не может быть выкуплено.
34 Such were the orders which Yahweh gave Moses on Mount Sinai for the Israelites.	34 Вот заповеди, которые заповедал Господь Моисею для сынов Израилевых на горе Синае.
