1 Now these are the kings of the land, which the children of Israel smote, and possessed their land on the other side Jordan toward the rising of the sun, from the river Arnon unto mount Hermon, and all the plain on the east:	1 Questi sono quelli re che isconfissono i figliuoli d' Israel (e uccisono), e possedettono la terra loro di là dal (fiume) Giordano dove si leva il sole, dal torrente (dell' acqua) d' Arnon d'insino al monte di Ermon, e tutta la parte dell' oriente la quale ragguarda inverso la solitudine.
2 Sihon king of the Amorites, who dwelt in Heshbon, and ruled from Aroer, which is upon the bank of the river Arnon, and from the middle of the river, and from half Gilead, even unto the river Jabbok, which is the border of the children of Ammon;	2 Seon re degli Amorrei, il quale abitava in Esebon, signoreggiò da Aroer sopra la ripa del torrente d' Arnon, e la metà dall'una parte in valle, della metà di Galaad, insino al torrente (dell' acqua) di Iaboc, il quale è il termine de' figliuoli d' Ammon;
3 And from the plain to the sea of Chinneroth on the east, and unto the sea of the plain, even the salt sea on the east, the way to Beth-jeshimoth; and from the south, under Ashdoth-pisgah:	3 e dalla solitudine insino al mare di Cenerot verso l'oriente, e insino al mare del deserto, il quale sì è mare salsissimo, dalla parte d'oriente per la via che mena (e va) in Betsimot, e dalla parte australe che istà di sotto ad Asedot insino a Fasga.
4 And the coast of Og king of Bashan, which was of the remnant of the giants, that dwelt at Ashtaroth and at Edrei,	4 Il termine di Og re di Basan, delle reliquie di Rafaim, il quale abitò in Astarot e in Edrai, e signoreggiò nel monte di Ermon, in Saleca e in tutta Basan, insino a termini (e confini)
5 And reigned in mount Hermon, and in Salcah, and in all Bashan, unto the border of the Geshurites and the Maachathites, and half Gilead, the border of Sihon king of Heshbon.	5 di Gessuri e di Macati e della mezza parte di Galaad, termine (e confine) di (re) Seon, il quale era re di Esebon.
6 Them did Moses the servant of the LORD and the children of Israel smite: and Moses the servant of the LORD gave it for a possession unto the Reubenites, and the Gadites, and the half tribe of Manasseh.	6 Moisè servo di Dio e i figliuoli d' Israel sì gli sconfissono (e uccisono); e diede Moisè la terra loro in possessione alla schiatta di Ruben e a quella di Gad e alla metà della schiatta di Manasse.
7 And these are the kings of the country which Joshua and the children of Israel smote on this side Jordan on the west, from Baal-gad in the valley of Lebanon even unto the mount Halak, that goeth up to Seir; which Joshua gave unto the tribes of Israel for a possession according to their divisions;	7 Questi sono i re della terra, i quali isconfisse e uccise Iosuè e' figliuoli d' Israel di quà dal (fiume) Giordano, dalla parte d'occidente, di Baalgad nel campo di Libano insino al monte la cui parte sale su in Seir; e diedela Iosuè in possessione alle schiatte d' Israel, a ciascuna la sua parte,
8 In the mountains, and in the valleys, and in the plains, and in the springs, and in the wilderness, and in the south country; the Hittites, the Amorites, and the Canaanites, the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites:	8 così nelli monti come nelli piani. In Asedot e nella solitudine e nella parte del mezzo dì fue (e abitoè) l' Eteo, l' Amorreo, e il Cananeo, il Ferezeo, l' Eveo, il Iebuseo.
9 The king of Jericho, one; the king of Ai, which is beside Bethel, one;	9 Lo re di Ierico, uno; il re di Ai, la quale cittade si è dal lato di Betel, uno;
10 The king of Jerusalem, one; the king of Hebron, one;	10 Il re di Ierusalem, uno; il re di Ebron, uno;
11 The king of Jarmuth, one; the king of Lachish, one;	11 Il re di Ierimot, uno; il re di Lachis, uno;
12 The king of Eglon, one; the king of Gezer, one;	12 Il re di Eglon, uno; il re di Gazer uno;
13 The king of Debir, one; the king of Geder, one;	13 Il re di Dabir, uno; il re di Gader, uno;
14 The king of Hormah, one; the king of Arad, one;	14 Il re di Erma, uno; il re di Ered, uno;
15 The king of Libnah, one; the king of Adullam, one;	15 Il re di Lebna, uno; il re di Odullam, uno;
16 The king of Makkedah, one; the king of Bethel, one;	16 Il re di Maceda, uno; il re di Betel, uno;
17 The king of Tappuah, one; the king of Hepher, one;	17 Il re di Tafua, uno; il re di Ofer, uno;
18 The king of Aphek, one; the king of Lasharon, one;	18 Il re di Afec, uno; il re di Saron, uno;
19 The king of Madon, one; the king of Hazor, one;	19 Il re di Madon, uno; il re di Asor, uno;
20 The king of Shimron-meron, one; the king of Achshaph, one;	20 Il re di Semeron, uno; il re di Acsaf, uno;
