KÁLDI-NEOVULGÁTA	NEW JERUSALEM
1 Aztán visszatért az az angyal, aki bennem beszélt, és felkeltett engem, úgy, mint amikor valakit az álmából keltenek fel,	1 The angel who was talking to me came back and roused me as though rousing someone who wasasleep.
2 és kérdezte tőlem: ‘Mit látsz?’ És mondtam: ‘Íme, egy színarany mécstartót látok; a tetején olajtartó van, hét mécses van rajta, s a rajta levő mécseseknek hét csövecskéjük van;	2 And he asked me, 'What do you see?' I replied, 'As I look, there is a lamp-stand entirely of gold with abowl at the top of it; it holds seven lamps, with seven openings for the lamps on it.
3 és mellette két olajfa van, az egyik a mécstartótól jobbra, a másik pedig tőle balra.’	3 By it are two olive trees, one to the right and the other to the left.'
4 Ekkor megszólaltam, és megkérdeztem az angyalt, aki bennem beszélt: ‘Mik ezek, uram?’	4 I then said to the angel who was talking to me, 'What are those things, my lord?'
5 És felelt az angyal, aki bennem beszélt, és kérdezte tőlem: ‘Vajon nem tudod-e, mik ezek?’ És mondtam: ‘Nem, uram.’	5 The angel who was talking to me replied, 'Do you not know what they are?' I said, 'No, my lord.'
6 Ő pedig felelt és így szólt hozzám: ‘Ezt a szózatot intézi az Úr Zerubbábelhez: Nem hadsereg által és nem erőszak által, hanem az én lelkem által – mondja a Seregek Ura. –	6 He then gave me this answer,'These seven are the eyes of Yahweh, which range over the whole world.'
7 Mi vagy te nagy hegy Zerubbábel előtt? Síksággá leszel! Ő majd felteszi az oromkövet, s közben ezt fogják kiabálni: mily nagyszerű, mily nagyszerű.	7 'What are you, great mountain? Beside Zerubbabel you shall become a plain! He wil bring out thekeystone while it is cheered with Hurrah! Hurrah!'
8 Ekkor az Úr a következő szózatot intézte hozzám:	8 The word of Yahweh was addressed to me as follows,
9 Zerubbábel keze vetette meg e ház alapját, és az ő keze fejezi is majd be; és megtudjátok majd, hogy a Seregek Ura küldött engem hozzátok.	9 'The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of this Temple; his hands wil finish it. (Then you wilknow that Yahweh Sabaoth has sent me to you.)
10 Bizony, akik gúnnyal illették a kis kezdet napjait, örvendeznek majd, ha látják Zerubbábel kezében az oromkövet. Az a hét pedig az Úr szeme, mely bejárja az egész földet.’	10 A day of little things, no doubt, but who would dare despise it? How they wil rejoice when they see thechosen stone in the hands of Zerubbabel!'
11 Én pedig megszólaltam és azt mondtam neki: ‘Mi az a két olajfa a mécstartótól jobbra és balra?’	11 Then I went on to ask him, 'What is the meaning of these two olive trees, to right and left of the lamp-stand?'
12 És másodszor is mondtam neki: ‘Mi az olajfáknak az a két hajtása, amelyből két aranytölcséren keresztül ömlik az aranyszínű olaj?’	12 (And I went on to ask him further, 'What is the meaning of the two olive branches discharging oilthrough the two golden openings?')
13 Ő így szólt hozzám : ‘Nem tudod-e, hogy mik ezek?’ Mondtam: ‘Nem, uram.’	13 He replied, 'Do you not know what they are?' I said, 'No, my lord.'
14 Ő azt mondta: ‘Ez az a két felkent, akik az egész föld uralkodója előtt szolgálnak.’	14 He said, 'These are the two anointed ones in attendance on the Lord of the whole world. This is theword of Yahweh with regard to Zerubbabel, 'Not by might and not by power, but by my spirit' -- says YahwehSabaoth.
