Lévitique 15

1 Yahvé parla à Moïse et à Aaron, et dit:	1 And the Lord spoke to Moses and Aaron, saying:
2 Parlez aux Israélites, vous leur direz: Lorsqu'un homme a un écoulement sortant de son corps, cetécoulement est impur.	2 Speak to the sons of Israel, and say to them: The man who undergoes a flow of seed shall be unclean.
3 Voici en quoi consistera son impureté tant qu'il a cet écoulement: Que sa chair laisse échapperl'écoulement ou qu'elle le retienne, il est impur.	3 And then he shall be judged subject to this fault, if a filthy fluid, at each moment, adheres to his flesh and gathers there.
4 Tout lit où couchera cet homme sera impur et tout meuble où il s'assiéra sera impur.	4 Every bed on which he sleeps shall be unclean, and every place where he sits.
5 Celui qui touchera son lit devra nettoyer ses vêtements, se laver à l'eau, et il sera impur jusqu'ausoir.	5 If any man has touched his couch, he shall wash his clothes, and having washed with water, he shall be unclean until evening.
6 Celui qui s'assiéra sur un meuble où cet homme se sera assis devra nettoyer ses vêtements, selaver à l'eau, et il sera impur jusqu'au soir.	6 If he will have sat where that man has sat, he shall also wash his clothes, and having washed with water, he shall be unclean until evening.
7 Celui qui touchera le corps de cet homme devra nettoyer ses vêtements, se laver à l'eau, et il seraimpur jusqu'au soir.	7 Whoever has touched his flesh shall wash his clothes, and having washed with water, he shall be unclean until evening.
8 Si cet homme crache sur une personne pure, celle-ci devra nettoyer ses vêtements, se laver àl'eau, et elle sera impure jusqu'au soir.	8 If such a man has cast his spittle upon him who is clean, he shall wash his clothes, and having washed with water, he shall be unclean until evening.
9 Tout siège sur lequel aura voyagé cet homme sera impur.	9 The saddle on which he has sat shall be unclean.
10 Tous ceux qui toucheront à un objet quelconque qui se sera trouvé sous lui seront impursjusqu'au soir. Celui qui transportera un tel objet devra nettoyer ses vêtements, se laver à l'eau, et il sera impurjusqu'au soir.	10 And whatever has been under him who has undergone a flow of seed shall be polluted until evening. Whoever carries any of these things shall wash his clothes, and having washed with water, he shall be unclean until evening.
11 Tous ceux que touchera cet homme sans s'être rincé les mains devront nettoyer leurs vêtements,se laver à l'eau, et ils seront impurs jusqu'au soir.	11 All whom such a one has touched, not having washed his hands before, shall wash his clothes, and having washed with water, he shall be unclean until evening.
12 Le vase d'argile que touchera cet homme sera brisé et tout ustensile en bois devra être rincé.	12 If he has touched an earthen vessel, it shall be broken. But if it is a wooden vessel, it shall be washed with water.
13 Quand cet homme sera guéri, il comptera sept jours pour sa purification. Il devra nettoyer sesvêtements, laver son corps à l'eau courante, et il sera pur.	13 If he who suffers from this affliction will have been healed, he shall number seven days after his cleansing, and having washed his clothes and his entire body in living water, he shall be clean.
14 Le huitième jour il prendra deux tourterelles ou deux pigeons et viendra devant Yahvé à l'entréede la Tente du Rendez-vous pour les remettre au prêtre.	14 Then, on the eighth day, he shall take two turtledoves or two young pigeons, and he shall advance, in the sight of the Lord, toward the door of the tabernacle of the testimony, and he shall give these to the priest,
15 De l'un celui-ci fera un sacrifice pour le péché et de l'autre un holocauste. Le prêtre fera ainsisur lui devant Yahvé le rite d'expiation de son écoulement.	15 who shall offer one for sin, and the other as a holocaust. And he shall pray for him before the Lord, so that he may be cleansed from the flow of his seed.
16 Lorsqu'un homme aura un épanchement séminal, il devra se laver à l'eau tout le corps et il seraimpur jusqu'au soir.	16 A man from whom the seed of sexual intercourse goes out shall wash his entire body with water, and he shall be unclean until evening.
17 Tout vêtement et tout cuir qu'aura atteint l'épanchement séminal devra être nettoyé à l'eau etsera impur jusqu'au soir.	17 The garment or skin which he will have, he shall wash with water, and it shall be unclean until evening.
18 Quand une femme aura couché maritalement avec un homme, ils devront tous deux se laver àl'eau, et ils seront impurs jusqu'au soir.	18 The woman with whom he has had sexual intercourse shall be washed with water, and she shall be unclean until evening.
19 Lorsqu'une femme a un écoulement de sang et que du sang s'écoule de son corps, elle resterapendant sept jours dans la souillure de ses règles. Qui la touchera sera impur jusqu'au soir.	19 The woman who, at the return of the month, undergoes the flow of blood shall be separated for seven days.
20 Toute couche sur laquelle elle s'étendra ainsi souillée, sera impure; tout meuble sur lequel elles'assiéra sera impur.	20 All who will touch her shall be unclean until evening.
21 Quiconque touchera son lit devra nettoyer ses vêtements, se laver à l'eau, et il sera impurjusqu'au soir.	21 And everything on which she sleeps or sits, in the days of her separation, shall be polluted.
22 Quiconque touchera un meuble, quel qu'il soit, où elle se sera assise, devra nettoyer sesvêtements, se laver à l'eau, et il sera impur jusqu'au soir.	22 Whoever will have touched her bed shall wash his clothes, and having washed himself with water, he shall be unclean until evening.
23 Si quelque objet se trouve sur le lit ou sur le meuble sur lequel elle s'est assise, celui qui letouchera sera impur jusqu'au soir.	23 Anyone who will have touched any item on which she has sat shall wash his clothes, and having washed himself with water, he shall be polluted until evening.
24 Si un homme couche avec elle, la souillure de ses règles l'atteindra. Il sera impur pendant septjours. Tout lit sur lequel il couchera sera impur.	24 If a man has sexual intercourse with her in the time of her monthly flow of blood, he shall be unclean for seven days, and every bed on which he sleeps shall be polluted.
25 Lorsqu'une femme aura un écoulement de sang de plusieurs jours hors du temps de ses règlesou si ses règles se prolongent, elle sera pendant toute la durée de cet écoulement dans le même état d'impuretéque pendant le temps de ses règles.	25 The woman who undergoes a flow of blood many days beyond her time of menstruation, or whose blood does not cease to flow after the menstrual blood, as long as she is subject to this affliction, she shall be unclean, just as if she were in her time of menstruation.
26 Il en sera de tout lit sur lequel elle couchera pendant toute la durée de son écoulement commedu lit où elle couche lors de ses règles. Tout meuble sur lequel elle s'assiéra sera impur comme lors de ses règles.	26 Every bed on which she sleeps, and every item on which she sits, shall be polluted.
27 Quiconque les touchera sera impur, devra nettoyer ses vêtements, se laver à l'eau, et il seraimpur jusqu'au soir.	27 Whoever will have touched these shall wash his clothes, and having washed himself with water, he shall be unclean until evening.
28 Lorsqu'elle sera guérie de son écoulement, elle comptera sept jours puis elle sera pure.	28 If the blood has stopped and has ceased to flow, she shall number seven days for her purification,
29 Le huitième jour elle prendra deux tourterelles ou deux pigeons qu'elle apportera au prêtre àl'entrée de la Tente du Rendez-vous.	29 and on the eighth day she shall offer for herself, to the priest, two turtledoves or two young pigeons, at the door of the tabernacle of the testimony.
30 De l'un le prêtre fera un sacrifice pour le péché et de l'autre un holocauste. Le prêtre fera ainsisur elle, devant Yahvé, le rite d'expiation de son écoulement qui la rendait impure.	30 And he shall offer one for sin, and the other as a holocaust, and he shall pray for her before the Lord, and for the flow of her uncleanness.
31 Vous avertirez les Israélites de leurs impuretés, afin qu'à cause d'elles ils ne meurent pas ensouillant ma Demeure qui se trouve au milieu d'eux.	31 Therefore, you shall teach the sons of Israel to be cautious of uncleanness, so that they may not die in their filth, when they will have polluted my tabernacle, which is among them.
32 Telle est la loi concernant l'homme qui a un écoulement, celui que rend impur un épanchementséminal,	32 This is the law of him who undergoes a flow of seed, or who is polluted by sexual intercourse,
33 la femme lors de la souillure de ses règles, l'homme ou la femme qui a un écoulement, l'hommequi couche avec une femme impure.	33 and of her who is separated in the time of menstruation, or who has a continual flow of blood, and of the man who sleeps with her.
