Zaccaria 5

BIBBIA VOLGARE	NEW JERUSALEM
1 E ritornai a me, e alzai gli occhi, e vidi; ed ecco uno volume che volava.	1 Again raising my eyes, I had a vision. There was a flying scrol .
2 E disse a me: che vedi tu? E dissi : io vedo uno volume volante; e la sua lunghezza sì è di XX, e la sua larghezza sì è di X cubiti.	2 The angel who was talking to me said, 'What do you see?' I replied, 'I see a flying scroll; it is twenty cubits long and ten cubits wide.'
3 E disse a me: questa è la maledizione, la quale esce fuori sopra l' universa terra; però che ogni ladrone, sì come ivi è scritto, sarà giudicato; e ogni giuratore somigliantemente sarà giudicato.	3 He then said to me, 'This is God's curse sweeping across the face of the whole country; for, accordingto what it says on one side, every thief wil be banished and, according to what it says on the other, everyonewho commits perjury in my name wil be banished from it.
4 E menerò quello, dice lo Signore delli esèrciti; e verrà alla casa [del ladrone, alla casa] di colui il quale giura nel mio nome mentendo; e starà nel mezzo della sua casa, e (non) consumerà quella, e le legne sue, e le sue pietre.	4 I am going to release it -- Yahweh Sabaoth declares -- for it to enter the house of the thief and ofanyone who commits perjury in my name, for it to settle deep within his house and consume it, timber, stone andal .'
5 E uscie fuori l'angelo che parlava a me, e disse alza li tuoi occhi, e ragguarda quello che esce fuori.	5 The angel who was talking to me appeared and said to me, 'Raise your eyes, and see what this is,going along.'
6 E io dissi: che è quello? Ed egli disse questa è l'anfora (di vino) ch' esce fuori. E anche mi disse: questo è lo loro occhio nella universa terra.	6 I said, 'What is it?' He said, 'It is a bushel measure going along.' He went on, 'This is their guiltthroughout the country.'
7 Ed ecco, uno talento di piombo era portato; (il talento sì era una loro moneta, sì come noi diciamo uno grosso); e una femina sedea nel mezzo della anfora.	7 At this, a disc of lead was raised, and I saw a woman sitting inside the barrel.
8 E disse questa è una empietà. E gittolla nel mezzo di una anfora, e mise una massa (cioè uno pezzo) di piombo nella sua bocca.	8 He said, 'This is Wickedness.' And he rammed her back into the barrel and jammed its mouth shut withthe mass of lead.
9 E poi alzai li miei occhi, e vidi; ed ecco, due femine uscivano fuori, e lo spirito era nelle loro ale, e aveano ale quasi come ale di nibbio; e alzarono l'anfora (alta) tra lo cielo e la terra.	9 I raised my eyes, and there were two women appearing. The wind caught their wings -- they had wingslike a stork's; they raised the barrel midway between earth and heaven.
10 E io dissi all' angelo che mi parlava: dove portano costoro l'anfora?	10 I then said to the angel who was talking to me, 'Where are they taking the barrel?'
11 Ed egli disse a me: loro la portano, acciò che sia edificata una casa nella terra di Senaar, e sia fermata, e sia posta ivi sopra la sua base.	11 He replied, 'To build a temple for it in the land of Shinar and make a pedestal on which to put it.'
